I am a transplant to South Florida from Minnesota where I worked and raised my family. I moved here permanently in 2020. Recently, my passenger window was smashed by a burglar. I went to the web for automobile replacement companies near me. I recognized the name City Auto Glass as their shop and corporate office was located in South St Paul, Mn. near my business. I called them and requested a quote. I thought the price was a little high so I got a a second estimate that was slightly less expensive but by a national chain. Being loyal to a company I once knew, I contacted City Auto Glass again and asked if they would match their competition s price. They said they would match the price and that they could replace it the same day with OEM glass. A few hours later my window was replaced by a technician with over twenty years experience in that industry. I am very pleased with the window City Auto Glass replaced on my car.

Great Service and customer service!! Technician was sent to my location. It took 1 hr. to get my auto side window replaced. The service was great and excellent customer service. They also had the best quoted price!

I believe the Tech was Brandon,He was very professional, and did an outstanding job. Brandon made sure I understood the do s and don ts of the new windshield. The people were very nice to work with. Appointment was set up fairly quickly. We gave a 4 because we thought the small crack would be filled in better. In order to not see it, we have to do a full windshield replacement.Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

Unfortunately, got a cracked windshield. The cracks were spreading fast. Called city auto glass. Where they offered to help us through calling the insurance company. Which I was very happy as it seemed as if the insurance company was trying to not replace the windshield. City auto glass had already screened me. So. They stepped in and helped the process go forward. Needless to say, I was very happy with the service start to finish. Thank you City Auto Glass! If needed I will always be a return customer!

Couldn't have been better or more helpful. The customer service rep went beyond helpful and courteous, she actively helped me deal with the insurance company, who were being jerks. Once that was straightened out, they got me scheduled quickly. Technician showed up on time, did the work quickly and well; and left the van immaculate- that never happens, especially with broken glass. Great job across the board.

Mike Goyette arrived timely, was professional in all respects, and repaired a rear view mirror which our Lexus dealer said could not be done. We had originally asked for a windshield replacement which was much much more costly than the repair. Mike was also very knowledgeable about our 2011 Lexus and explained our unrelated problems. He knew more about the car than our dealership. Great company great technician. Perhaps this is what Employee Owned which his card stated is all about. The window has been good. Although, the window was $300.00 then he over charged me for a metal piece. $200.00. "Watch out they try to over sell you"....

Excellent customer service! I had a crack in my windshield that was promptly replaced. However, the windshield wasn't quite what I expected, and City Auto Glass re-replaced the windshield. I needed a windshield cut and installed in a 32 Chevy. They picked it up when doing a different windshield for me and delivered it the next time when they came to silver bay. Also prices are outstanding

Great service. Broke a window over the weekend. They were out Monday morning to replace it. Took apart the door and meticulously cleaned out the door of broken glass. They cleaned up the entire area around the car and were professional and courteous.

I was 15 miles from home, starting a trip, when an oncoming vehicle lost a very hot lug nut that flew through my windshield and landed in my lap. My only damage was the windshield. My insurance agent arranged for me to stop at City Auto Glass in Duluth. An installer postponed his lunch, so I wouldn't be delayed any more.
