It a so hard to rate a gas station I expect nothing. I quietly shuffle. Order. Dude (TIAN?) doesn t react. He says I paid for your. Order. I didn t trust him. And asked 3 mores times. Finally rings me up. Dude was trying to frame. Me. For stealing Shady shady boy

I bought a product from their store and then when I came back to inquire about it, the lady at reception threatened to call the police. Don t go here imagine paying money for a product and then going back to inquire about it and being threatened with the police. So much for equality.Even their phone number doesn t go through. What kind of garage is this???Rather request Uber Eats or Doordash

If I could give 0 I would. This car wash is horrible, the rain does better than this car wash. Water is leaking from everywhere but not from the jets.

It doesn't deserve any stars. I went one night to get quick car wash, paid and it didn't work. I was told I didn't know how to use the car wash (umm ok?) went back today for gas, the man infront of me encountered the same car wash problem and they didn't bother returning the money to him either. What type of customer service is this?

This is not the best stop for Uber drivers and Lyft drivers because the management is rude and does not want your business.

This new management is terrible they jack up the prices when you are at the counter when checking out. Plus the bathroom are filthy no toilet paper . Stay away from this station

Sad place doesn't deserve any stars. Very unfriendly staff. Place is always dirty over priced fuel many items in store drinks food is outdated. Have to buy something to get quarters for vacuum and air pump. Stay away.

Visited this location the evening of July 4th with a buddy of mine. We just stopped to get something to drink. Clearly we were not welcome upon arrival because the gentlemen behind the counter was scowling at us. When we got back to the coolers it was evident that they were unable to restock the beverages. We can see the Arizona ice teas sitting on the floor from where we were standing behind the coolers. My buddy simply asked the gentleman if he would be able to get him the tea from the back and the guy went postal. He started screaming at my buddy using foul language and saying that he can t sell us the tea. It was extremely uncalled for! We were shocked as we didn't understand what provoked this man to snap. I then stepped into the situation and stated that I have never seen a customer service representative act like that. The gas station employee then escalated the situation by getting another customer involved who then began to physically threaten us. Knowing that the situation was taking a turn for the worst we left immediately! If we had not removed ourselves from the situation things could have gotten much worse. The point is... I work in retail management and we are trained to de-escalate situations like this. The way this gentleman acted during his shift could have resulted in violence and law enforcement getting involved. This is all due to the fact that we were customers that were preventing him from getting another task done and we were an inconvenience from the time we arrived. This is all over a tea! Not a safe location to visit!

I went to the hand car wash that they have there. They wash my car in 15 minutes and they left the car dirty. They don't clean the rims well and I have to go back because the forgot to put shine in two of the tires. The price includes air freshener and did not put nothing. Don't waste your money, they don't know how to wash a car.

Guy behind the counter was extremely rude and doesnt care how he talks to people. I have been going to this Chevron for years and when mr Kelly was the manager it was a very pleasant place. Now they have new owners who obviously dont care about there customers and dont care how they talk to them. Even there employees quit because of the new disrespectful managers. I will not be going on back to this chevron again. I was so enraged but I decided to keep calm and walk out. I guarantee not everyone would handle it like i did!!! Hopefully this Chevron gets new management. Who knew just going to the gas station could ruin your night

1/2 Car WashNormally when I pay for a touchless car wash the machine has both sides working. In this case the right half does not even exist but the cashier made no note of it when taking my $9.

Don t not walk out with out counting your change they will not help you if they didn t give you your change I gave the cashier 20 dollars to pay for a pack of cigarettes and a vitamin water went back with in the hour and asked if they could count the drawer I was met with excuses and an all around negative attitude will not be buying anything from this location anymore it s now day two and I ve asked the current cashier if the manager had mentioned anything about it or if he could call and find out and again I was met with the attitude of people just not wanting to help someone out I feel like I m being robbed and will not return
