My family has been going to see Gene for over 15 years. He runs an honest business with fair prices and incredible service. We used to shop around for pricing and he was always the best. Recently we brought in our sons truck and when it turned into a transmission issue, he helped get the truck to the transmission specialist down the road. A+ Service.

Took my 4runner to Certified for Jean and his guys to install a lift and new tires on. Jean and his employees are all honest people who do awesome work for a more than fair price. I would absolutely recommend certified auto to anyone in the area needing work done on their vehicles!

An honest business doing honest work 5TARSGene and the team took very good care of my car. Their services are excellent, prices are more decent than a dealership... REAL affordable!Two of the dealerships near by and a few other larger shops told me it would be costly and they had to replace big items on my car but Certified Auto Services looked at the car in depth and an 02 Sensor would be the fix. My car is now fixed for a fraction of the cost.I would and have recommended Certified Auto Services to others. I like honest people!

I had been in Boca a couple of weeks and my engine light came on the last morning of my stay. Last minute repairs are always a challenge and I had an 800 mile drive scheduled the next day. Certified Auto had great reviews and were conveniently located to Mizner Park. Gene understood my dilemma and made the extra effort to work me in. They analyzed the issue, offered options and pricing and completed the work that afternoon. I always support local businesses, especially those offering exceptional service and true value. The Jeep dealer wanted to charge me $200 just to look at my car. Then they said it was going to take them DAYS to even look at it, despite my appointment being set two weeks before. And since it was tail light related, my extended bumper to bumper warranty wouldn t cover any of it. Apparently a tail light isn t between the bumpers???So I listened to my dad and went to see Gene. He had a quick simple fix and I was back on the road in 15 minutes and he didn t even charge me for the bulb. He was honest about the state of my tires as well. It was a refreshing change from most mechanics who look to rip off a young woman alone because they just see an easy target. I ll be bringing my Jeep to Gene first from now on. Lesson learned!

Gene Fallon(owner) is honest and fair with prices and service.when a mechanic has been in business for at least 25 year he is doing something right. He was recommended from 2 friends and I have also recommended him. You can't do better than Certified Auto Services and Gene

My car broke down in that area (30 miles from my house). I had it towed there and they were very professional, fair, and accommodating! I would highly recommend if you need car repair in the Boca area.

This is the only general auto repair shop you need. Scrupulously honest and competent. I've never been to better. They're busy and you'll have to wait, but they're busy for a reason.
