There is a reason this place has five stars. I did my research, trying to find an auto body place that does quality work and good customer service. This place is it. Thank you for the amazing work that you have done on our car On two separate accidents!

From my 1st phone call to scheduling the repair it went as smooth as imaginable.The repair was as perfect as the car was before the accident and the time it took was exactly the amount of time I was told it will take.It was refreshing dealing with the people from CARSTAR.

Everyone at CarStar Euro is extremely professional in every way. They fixed my car faster than two other shops AND the Hyundia dealer (the dealer once had my car for a month for a different repair!). CARSTAR also did a PERFECT job & they actually corrected something that the dealer left as half finished during a previous repair! FIVE STARS for CARSTAR!!! I HIGHLY recommend them for any type of vehicle with any type of problem!!!

They were recommended to me by my insurance company in Canada. Was in a real bind as someone went into the back of my van while on vacation and while there was not enough time to do the repairs they managed to do an excellent patch job to allow us to drive back to Toronto safely. Extremely professional and excellent work. Would highly recommend.

beyond happy with the fantastic service i received from Carstar European in Boca. my truck needed a new tailgate and Carstar made the process so easy. they took care of all my insurance details which i loved. i stopped by 3 quick times: once for a quote, once to have them remove tailgate to match paint and swap out letters and lastly, a couple days later to have new tailgate installed. each visit was super fast and at my convenience. eric was always available to help me on the spot. he took the time to listen to and answer my unrelated truck questions. [don t laugh, but on my last visit i noticed a dead bird in my grill and without hesitation he removed it for me, eeek.] i am thrilled with my new tailgate and Carstar s quality work. thank you, Eric & team, for treating me, (especially as a woman which is still not as common as one might expect,) as professionally and kindly as you did. Our car was hit by a flying object on 95 (of course ) and caused a lot of damage to the front end. Our insurance company, State Farm, recommended CarStar.From the minute we were greeted by a very knowledgeable professional, we Weren t prepared for the incredible follow up and text messages throughout the process. They kept us updated the entire time, and it was ready when it was promised. We highly recommend CARSTAR.The business lot is very very full with cars so that is also a good sign.Service: Body & Trim

Friendly staff.Car came out good. Only complaint is that the front bumper has a small gap where the bumper meets the fender/headlights. That gap wasn t there before. Very minor and not noticeable unless you are a car-guy. I understand that non-OEM will not fit perfectly like OEM but really wish they would.

I was hit by a car in August 2021 and the entire back of my car was unrecognizable when the parts finally arrived, they completely fixed and renovated my car in about a month. It was as if nothing had happened. The staff members were very kind and helpful as well through my questions as this was my first time being in a car accident. 10/10 would recommend, I will be going back if ever needed!

On time, good work, and went above.I originally took my car here to fix damage to my car tailgate. They schedule me to bring my car for specific date then send reminder before. When i took it back to get it drop off Mike performed a full body inspection and highlighted some other issues he noted. Then he kindly also provided me detailed quote to fix them which came out at a very good price and was able to compete them while the car stay there for the original damage repair i took the vehicle for.One thing to have in mind is that they are very busy shop so after original quote of the vehicle they may schedule you to bring it back to perform the job around 2-weeks . However in my case the car was drivable and the damages were purely cosmetic so i was able to wait.But overall really good service, they communicated very well, and they overall offer good value.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best service I have EVER experienced dealing with an auto body shop. What can I say? This place is amazing. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands. Eric was extremely helpful, as was the rest of the staff. When I went back to pick up my car, my car was cleaned and looked expertly done. I ve never done a insurance claim after being in an accident before, but this definitely a great first experience with the matter. My car was expertly repaired and I couldn t ask for anything better. They even replaced my license plate frame that was bent. I was so excited to get my car back and I would HIGHLY recommend this location for any insurance claim, especially for European vehicles! 10/10 without a doubt.

Service by CarStar was amazing. They repaired a damaged bumper & replaced a tail lamp in 3 days & everything was done to perfection. The service and work from CARSTAR was phenomenal. Dealt with some bad luck on the turnpike when road debris wrecked my front bumper and tore up the undercarriage of my new Prius. They took care of absolutely everything and coordinated with my insurance provider every step of the way and even made sure I was set up for my rental while the car was in the shop. My car now looks and runs perfect. CARSTAR is fast, honest, and they seriously deliver on their work. Seamless experience and I so appreciate it after that scary experience on the road.

Owned by Mike Sobel, who managed the body shop for Mercedes Benz of Palm Beaches before going out on his own, they do great work from minor fender benders to major restorations of your loved vintage treasure. Honest, friendly, fair priced, excellent work. Been using this place since it opened and have referred many extremely satisfied friends and family to CARSTAR European Paint and Body. A breath of fresh air on the car repair industry; integrity, reliability, quality( they will treat you and your car like family.
