Great customer service! I had a flat tire and turns out ALL of my tires were bald and they ordered my custom tires OVERNIGHT! Quickest turnaround time and a great price. I highly recommend these guys!

Got my tires changed twice at this place. Not only do you receive great service and quality of work but also complete honesty. Al and Scott are honest and upfront about the condition of your car and provide great insight to any issues or inner workings of the car. It s hard to find honest mechanics within the car repair/maintenance industry but these guys are honest and mean completely well all of the time. They have the customers best interest in mind. I would totally recommend this place if you re in the area or nearby for your car needs.

Al is the best . He is knowledgeable about what needs to be done on your car and will not take advantage of you. He will explain every detail so you understand . I can t say enough about his mechanics. They have a great team in boca lead by Al . Truly people you can trust with any car . They will not do work you don t need . Thank you again !!

Even though It was over 5:30 pm and people were starting to pack up, I appeared with low pressure on my tires desperate for help since 3 gas stations air machine were not working. One employee welcomed me and helped fill up my tires with a smile on his face, I even offered to tip after such help and I'll never forget when he said to me "I don't help for the money". Thank you immensely. And nice installations I might add.

I brought my car in for a simple tire rotation and balance. The man that helped me told me, in his opinion, I needed new tires and other minor work done, with an estimate of around $1,000. I told him I didn t want all the extra work done, I simply wanted my tires rotated and balanced. He told me to take my car somewhere else. I made sure to confirm with him that he was refusing to perform the services I was asking for and was turning away business. He claimed I never said I don t want your business, but you should take your car somewhere else . I was shocked at this. Makes me wonder if management is aware that they have an employee who s turning away customers who disagree with his assessment. Guess I am taking my business and every referral I have in the future somewhere else, what a shame.

I had a great experience with Boca Tire and Auto - Firestone. They installed the tires I bought for my car quickly and professionally. They also explained to me why I could not use the metal valve stems I brought in for them to install. They said that metal valve stems are not compatible with the aftermarket wheels in my car, and that using them cause a leak. I appreciated their honesty and expertise. The tire disposal price was also very reasonable, less than other places I have been to. The only thing to note is that this place is a private Firestone, not a corporate one, so they could not perform the lifetime alignment I had purchased with the corporate Firestones. This was not a big deal for me, but it might be something to keep in mind for other customers. Overall, I was very happy with the service and quality of work at Boca Tire and Auto - Firestone. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable tire shop. Thank you!

Went for an oil change there. My Mazda 6 Grand Touring that has a 2.5L Turbo, requires SAE 5W-30 oil. They gave me SAE 0W-20 which is actually recommended for the non-turbo engines of Mazda 6. At the time of servicing, I did not notice this. The oil light came on afterwards. Unfortunately, I was moving out of the area at that time, and I could not take my car back to them. I changed oil again immediately from my local Mazda dealer. I would suggest checking the engines specs carefully before performing any service. Same car model can have different specs of engines, transmissions etc.

I had a great experience bringing my car here. The mechanic evaluated the issue, pointed out the specific problem with the car up on the lift, gave me an honest assessment, and did not recommend unnecessary repairs.

First of all it is by far the cleanest automotive store I ve ever seen. The staff is friendly and the service was done exactly when they said it would be.These guys are professionals and I plan to send anyone I know to them.The phone number is wrong online and they are aware and trying to get it fixed.I got a business card from them which I ve added, they have 3 locations!! Boca, Delray and Boynton, all locations are locally owned! I love supporting local businesses!

Camr in for a nail in my tire, ended up having to replace my w of my tires. AL helped me out very much, and was able to order/install thr tires the SAME DAY, Thanks firestone and AL. I'll be coming back

These people are very shady...don't give them your business! I picked up a small screw in my brand new car's tire, And brought it to them to plug. Mike at the register was very nice and accommodating and so was his service man Initially. But then they called me at work and said the tire could not be repaired and that the screw was in the sidewall... I would have to buy a new tire. They were going to charge me $336 for a new tire and it wasn't in stock. I ended up taking the car back to the dealer and when they looked at it they said that it was a very small screw, was not in the sidewall (which I knew) and when they took it out there was no damage to the tire at all! It's really horrible that these people thought they could take advantage and charge me for a tire that was not needed on a car with a brand new tire!

I had a great experience when I got my oil changed here. They were very friendly, efficient, and affordable. It was the first time in a long time that I ve gone somewhere for an oil change by myself (female) and haven t been approached about fixing something else that was wrong with my vehicle. Whenever this has happened in the past I ve gotten my husband on the phone and he always called their bluff. The two gentleman who helped me were very kind and honest.

My daughter is a college student at FAU, and her brake light was out. She had the light because when the other one needed changed, 2 bulbs came in the pack. She went in there to see if they could change it for her. They wanted to charge her $75 to change the bulb! Way to try to take advantage of a young female college student. Way to go guys!

Al is one of the best, most caring dudes out there! By far the best customer service I have ever received from a car mechanic shop, the owner is lucky to have him on his staff. Mike and Scott are also pretty good and also deserve praise, but Al is the man!Al does tell it like it is, and I can see where some people would be unhappy with him. However, he goes above and beyond.Heck, one day while I was waiting on my car an elderly couple that could barely speak any English came in with a problem with their vehicle. Al s shop didn t cover their warranty, but Al took it upon himself to make sure they would go to the right place, and even took the time to figure out what exactly was wrong with their car at no charge!

I would highly recommend this auto shop on the corner of Glades and Federal. The ownership started around 2 years ago, so the reviews before that is the previous owner, which I found out from a customer from referring me to them who said they wouldn t go anywhere else now. They acknowledge you when you walk in. They explain any issues thoroughly and if something doesn t need to be done they are honest enough to tell you and not rip you off. A+++

Walked in on Saturday April 29 they had bunch of empty bays hardly any customers. I said hello good morning and the gentleman said hey. I said I m going on a Riad trip and I need my tires rotated can you guys do that for me ? He just flat out said NO. I just walked out. Great customer service and very welcoming. Never will I step foot back there again and I have a business a block away I always recommend my customers to go there when they ask for car repairs. But never again.

My sister just had work done on her ford edge. We called to price out tire replacement. We spoke with a gentleman named Al who took the time and care to find us the best bang for our buck. I would like to emphasize the kindness, care, and concern he expressed. In a world where it is difficult to find honest service, i believe we found a genuine place to have your car repaired. Thank you Al for all your help today. 10/10 would recommend.

Do not Go Here!!! This location has the rudest employees on earth and disgustingly rude to women. I ve been hung up on, called honey, sweety, baby and pretty much the things men shouldn t call women they don t know! This was the closet location to where my car was located and he turned what was already a nightmare into a bigger one! The phone number on their profile is inactive and always says they re closed, I was yelled at and told I would be charged Storage fees I was never informed about, the pay link I texted only works for certain type of cards and at this point im questioning if the work will even be done right! Do NOT GO Here!!! Take your money somewhere else!!!Review Update; I went to pick my car up and I was verbally disrespected when I arrived by AL. When I drove off I took my car to the Gas station and it would not pump gas; I took my car to another Mechanic that stated the Pump was damaged where the gas goes: I can only assume Al put a whole in it to teach me a lesson. I called back to let them know what happened and they stated why mess up your pump we don t fix those and we would ve damaged your tires so you d have to buy new ones from us! I couldn t believe Scott said that; I m reporting this company to the better business Bureau and I know they damaged my car

I used Firestone direct, but it came from this store. Christian came out and was absolutely friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST! He told me what I needed now, what I could get in a few months, and what I didn't need---and why. I admittedly know next to nothing about automobiles and maintenance, but it's so refreshing and assuring that I wasn't oversold, pressured, or guilted into getting something I didn't need or overpaying for things. Would and will absolutely use Firestone Direct again.

Their a independent store, not a corporate store and the same pricing and perks do not apply however, theirs no where online or within their directory that is informing the customers before having their vehicles towed their. Even though the staff is honest and transparent.

If you re going to get any mechanical work done at this garage, be wary! They are ultra-overpriced. Get quotes from other places and see for yourself. Work I had done for $590 at another garage was quoted at almost $2000 at this Boca Tire. The exact same stuff was done.

Great service, good prices , fantastic sofa. I needed an oil change and four new tires for my 2009 Honda CRV. I didn't need the most expensive tires out there. I had a specific budget and there was no upselling from any of the staff. Not only did they give me a great deal on four new tires, but they fixed a weird scraping sound that my rotors were making. Most importantly, they have the most amazing sofa and lounge chair in the waiting room. I literally fell asleep on these things. So come for the service and great prices and stay for the nap.
