Karen at the desk is a joy to schedule with. Luis and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. They ve never ripped me off or overcharged me and Luis takes his time to explain exactly what s going on with the car so you can see it and understand. I m very grateful their shop is here, I don t like to go anywhere else. I recommend them to anyone that asks me if I know a mechanic.

While visiting relatives in Boca, my wife's Mercedes ML350 had a brake line failed. They were very helpful accomodating the repair. I got the car repaired and back on the street on the same day I brought it in. Luis and Pedro did an excellent job, at a reasonable price. Very satisfiedService: BrakesService: Brakes

I just moved to area & met Luis & Pedro at Boca-Star based on many recommendations. I was told they did excellent car service & repairs & they did not disappoint. If you expect & demand the absolute best in car service, I assure you they will exceed all expectations. It feels good knowing someone that demands excellence & is trustworthy is working on your cars. They are the best in automotive care.

Compared to the rip-offs and horrendous customer service at the dealership, Boca Star was a welcome breath of fresh air. Karen at the desk was warm and friendly and Luis did excellent work. We spent a half hour after the work was done chatting about cars -- I felt like I was with friends.Don't bring your car to the dealer for regular service, Boca Star is the way to go. I will be bringing my cars here from now on...Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Excellent service - very honest.Factory trained technicians without the factory prices !Sam has replaced my suspension and repaired my motor mounts and drive shaft on my e class. The car has never run better! Pricing was more than fair! We have set up a service plan to keep my car in perfect driving order. If you have a Mercedes and are looking for an honest shop, this is the place !!

I'm very impressed and happy with Boca Star. I took my 2008 E350 in for service and am happy with the work completed. You'll know this isn't any ordinary shop as soon as you pull your car into the bay. Sam immediately put the car on the lift and we walked around it, top to bottom, inspecting everything together. You'll see exactly what needs to be done (Unlike the dealer where they just print out a checklist and tell you to sign on the dotted line). When I picked the car up, the engine bay was completely cleaned - looked brand new (Dealer NEVER did this). Experienced, honest, punctual, and competitively priced. I'll definitely be back if/when my car needs anything!

I just moved to Boca. The dealer in Maryland had done all service on my M320 since 2000. I would have continued with a dealer here, but Boca Star was much closer & I had a coupon. I had B service, water pump replacement, belt tensioning parts, etc. The car, with 141,500 miles, runs better and more quietly than it has for years. Very highly recommended.

when i first bought my mercedes s550 i hated it because unfortunately the previous owner has been abusing the car so bad, after dealing with a different type of mechanic with a full trust and loyalty even i had the money to send my car to mercedes service, i wont do it because they wont be trustful as sam. thanks buddy. your the man

Extremely conscientious, responsive, friendly place. Sam goes above and beyond, over and over. Trust him implicitly. Fair prices. Highly recommend.

Work can be done anywhere, but Sam & team set this apart from any other shop I've ever seen. The best.
