Save yourself the trip and the headache! The owner waived the deductible, true indeed; but he fails to inform you the work is going to be horrible because of it. Literally, nothing was completed that was supposed to be completed, except that the dent is no longer visible. He left off the tint (because he did not use my same window and tried to find an easy, inexpensive way out), the pin striping was not put on like the rest of the vehicle, the rubber protective strips were not replaced, and the airbag light came on after he completed the work and he said it was not because of the work he did. Additionally, he placed the lower molding on the door, but it was NEVER glued on correctly and he attempted to glue it back on a second time with the same issue. Furthermore, this company "REFUSED" to provide me with a receipt for the work completed after I asked for it several times. The owner was very rude to me every time I attempted to ask him about a resolution and constantly gave me excuses as to why he could not get the work completed. This work was started in December 2018 and still is not completed. This was the worst experience I have EVER had with an auto body company and I would not recommend them at all. Moving forward, I will be certain to utilize the company that my insurance company is affiliated with. This way, I will have a warranty. Extremely dissatisfied customer.

I recently used them to fix damage to my right bumper. They were amazing and promised everything they offered ! Waived my deductible completely !! Will definitely be using them again in the future!!

I had a very wonderful experience at Boca express they handled my insurance claim very well replace the parts that needed to be replaced they said it would take a week and they had my car done in less definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends thank you Sean and Kelly
