I was referred by the AAA tow truck driver after receiving an unfair and unbelievable estimate for my Range Rover Sport from a local repair shop in Boca. I am so happy I went to Boca's Best , not only was their estimate $2700 less , my car was ready in one day. Pauly at Boca's Best knew exactly what was wrong with my car and even sent a video of the issue. I will refer Boca's Best to any of my friends or coworkers that need car repairs. Thank you !!

Simply needed a new car battery asap. Called for their expertise on the best battery for my Mustang GT (the last battery they installed lasted just over 5 years!). Stopped by a few minutes later, and was in & out less than 15 minutes after that. Very happy. Highly recommend Boca's Best.Service: BatteryService: Battery

The other day my transfer case exploded on the highway and I called Boca Best and after talking with Paul I had my truck towed to their shop. They fixed my car record time and the price was so reasonable and service so superb that I couldn t believe. I recently started taking my car and my wife s car to Boca s Best European & Domestic Auto Repair after years of going to the dealership. We have both been very happy with our experience. Paul is always very friendly and great about providing updates as to when our vehicles will be ready. Our cars are taken care of in a timely manner and the service when we drop off and pickup our cars is timely as well. The pricing feels fair and honest. I was also very pleased with another company they referred me out to for something that they did not handle. Overall Boca s Best provides great service for the customer, does a great job with our cars and is fair and honest with pricing. A family friend highly recommended Boca's Best for my vehicle repairs so I took my car here to have a noise investigated. I picked up my car around 4:30 and made sure to ask the guy if the noise problem was fixed. He quickly waved me off saying the replaced the front brakes and the back ones would need replacing in another 5,000 miles. So I paid the $478.00 and went on my way. Of course as soon as I started driving the noise was even louder then when I brought it in! I called and brought my car back immediately. The guy seemed annoyed that I brought it back, especially because they closed at 5 and it was 4:45- but after test driving my car he told me to bring it back in the morning so he could remove the wheels and have a look. When I brought it back the next morning a simple 30 min inspection showed that a back brake was the issue, not the fronts. The guy came out and showed me a picture of the grinding metal on my back brakes- if they had actually looked at my car yesterday when I brought it in, that would have been seen. The guy had the audacity to ask me to remove my one star review because they apologized and didn't charge me for the additional repair but honestly I am still pretty dissatisfied by the inconvenience of having to bring my car back. Especially since the next morning it seemed like such an easy fix. If this place paid more attention to the vehicles they serve BEFORE charging you, id probably give it 3 stars.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

We had an issue with a door not latching as we were on our way to a surgery center for my husband s cataract surgery. We are from out of the area and Boca s Best was able to get the part & have the car fixed by the afternoon. They kept me informed about the repairs so if I had needed to rent a car for a day or two I would have had time to arrange for one. Glad I didn t have to and accomplished everything by taking Ubers between the repair shop, surgery center & hotel until the car was ready.

The Acura dealership in West Palm told me it would take 4-5 days for a starter replacement on our Acura MDX. I pushed back on time and cost and then they said two days for an after market option with only $100 discount. With my neighbor s recommendation, I towed my car to Boca s Best European & Domestic auto repair. They had our car done in a day, almost 1/3 the cost quoted by dealership, and gave me a two year warranty. All our cars are going here from now on. Paul (the owner) and Kevin (I think that was his name) were both a pleasure to interact with.

A pleasant weekend family visit quickly turned into a nightmare when my 18-year-old Lexus RX330 started smoking from under the hood coming off the I-95 exit ramp in Boca Raton. I knew it would be a long weekend because all auto shops were closed for the weekend, and I was 200 miles from home. Fortunately, my AAA phone app provided a great recommendation - Boca's Best European & Domestic Auto Repair.I waited anxiously until Monday to call AAA for a tow, still concerned that I might not get a tow truck immediately or Boca's Best might not be able to take my car right away. My good fortune continued as I was able to get my car towed early in the morning to Boca's Best.Paul, the Boca's Best owner, was already at work before his official business hours when my car and I arrived. He had already reviewed the email I sent via his website and was prepared to take my car immediately. Professional and empathetic, Paul put my mind at ease that his staff would finish the repair on my car that afternoon. Nightmare quickly laid to rest!I can't thank Paul and his staff enough for their knowledge, efficiency, and positive attitude. Paul was recommended to me by a neighbor. He was incredibly candid, trustworthy and competent. He was able to save me almost 50% as compared to Braman BMW for my service. He was also able to complete the work in a day after I approved the charges. Incredible enough but considering it was already a short week due to Thanksgiving, it was amazing. They opened my hood while the windshield wipers where up, the whole motor mechanism shifted and they now don't work properly. And they claimed it was like that when I brought it there. Dident do anything about it because I have no "proof", treat others and their things like you would want your stuff treated. Pretty simple.

I ve been using Boca s Best for a few years now and I m completely satisfied. They have tremendous knowledge of automotive maintenance/repairs and can foreshadow the next step you may need to take if you put the miles on your vehicle. I m at the end of the life for my current vehicle and they helped repair what is absolutely necessary to have a fair trade-in.

Paul and his staff are amazing, he made time to get a car I bought in, and told me it was not a good vehicle. I got the dealer to give me a different one, Paul again made time to check it out and told me this one is good. He saved me thousands in repairs , but more importantly he gave me peace of mind. There are not many people who without knowing you will go out of there way to take such good care of you. After waiting days for AAA to respond to my needs u reached out directly to BOCA S Best. He told me a tow service that had the special truck I needed and had the car fixed before days end. It was amazingmy second experience was quite the opposite. I had work done and when the car was returned it has the same issues 4000.00 later. they made all sorts of excuses the issues still exist. they were totally dismissive and sexist. told me my starting issue was because of how I turned the key . l is le I haven t turned a car key for over 40 years. the my convertible blew out another part which is typical only they never said it was even a remote possibility. horrible service

Paul and his staff are stand up and honest professionals. As a county employee I definitely recommend this place for your repairs. You notice a difference when you pay your bill. I had an appointment with Bocas Best around 11:45 AM this morning.When I got there, an employee (or possibly the owner) looked at me and said you can t just show up and park here . I explained that I had an appointment to get my vehicle repaired and he responded you re at the wrong place . So I apologized and just left.

After recently moving to Boca. I ran into some car trouble. Paul and his staff took care of me immediately and treated me like family from the get go. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fair, honest and reasonably priced mechanic.Simply the best!!!

Ive never written a review for anything in my life, but im genuinely impressed with how bocas best treated me. I bought a 99 blazer a few days before bringing it in with bad sputtering. Car sat for a long time. Brought it in letting the owner Paul know I plan on taking it on a 4k mile road trip, and to check out the car for me and let me know what's causing the sputtering.Within a few hours I got a detailed, color coded breakdown of the cars complete condition with multiple pictures and a quote for the fix. The price was competitive with other shops and when I was at advanced autoparts everyone there had nothing but great things to say about the shop.I admittedly was being quite annoying and kept calling the shop ( like 4 times in 1 day lol ) to see when it was going to be ready because I need it for work. They answered all of my calls and gave me updates everytime.When I came to pick up the car after about a mile the check engine light came on. Called and spoke with the mechanic that was working on it and he was cool enough to let me in the shop to check it out with him and let me know exactly what he did to the car to fix it. He figured out the issue in a few minutes and the car has been running great ever since.Again, I've never written a review so sorry if this is a bit long. To sum it up, They're an honest, well priced, fast turnover, clean, professional shop that won't screw you over. When my old blazer inevitably has another issue i wont think twice about where to bring it. Highly recommend these guys! Good dudes.
