We are so happy using the bicycle doctor. It was very easy to make an appointment and every time we have used them they have been so courteous and helpful and get the job done very professionally and efficiently! We couldn't be happier with their service. 5 stars for the bicycle doctor!

The Bicycle Doctor came to my home and not only repaired my daughter's brakes for a fair price but also raised the seat and handle bars to extend the life of the bike! I highly recommend this company for bike maintenance.

Totally impressed with the level of service from Tim. Fixed broken spokes, aligned wheels, fixed front fork,new brake cable, found another gear on derailer. Came out within 1 day and very reasonable price for amount of work performed. Also came with warranty. I highly recommend and have told others in the neighborhood about the bike doctor.

The owner installed a brand new tire on my E bike on his day off I really appreciated that . BICYCLE DOCTOR is my go to place now for all my bike needs. Please do your self and your investment a favor a go with these guys and i promise you will not be disappointed.

I ve been using Bike Doctor since I moved to Florida 17 years ago on the recommendation of my dad. The Dodds family are reliable, courteous, and knowledgeable. I wouldn t hesitate to refer their services to anyone who loves their bike, cycling and wants to deal with people who care and take pride in what they do!

Based on my experience, for two days my son and I have tried to call during their listed business hours. No one answers the phone. I left two messages and still not even a call back. Based on other reviews, I am shocked that a small local business would ignore a possible client. The worst part is that this service came highly recommended by two local neighbors that had good experiences. My review is based on my experience and feel that this business needs to be much better at tending to potential customers. Since they have business hours listed, part of my review is largely based on the failure and frustration of wasting my time as I assume this place means business.

This is the second visit that my husband had from the Doctor . Cary is a great craftsman and runs an efficient and reliable service. He was recommended to us by a neighbor and we have done the same to other folks in our community.

Bicycle Doctor is supporting my road bike needs for a while. Last week I called them in to transfer the gear from my aluminium road bike to a new Carbon Fiber frame bike. They came over, picked my road bike and the new frame and worked on it. Very next day it was at my door, check the pictures. It was professionally done, the bike looks and feels amazing. I rode 100mi last April 22 and the bike was nothing but great. Thank you so much Laura and Tim for the great customer service and great quality.

I live on campus at FAU, so being able to get mobile repair services for my adult tricycle were a plus for me. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my bike and then fix it right on the spot in minutes. If you want fast and professional service done right, call the Bicycle Doctors. And it s affordable - even for a college student!

My sister and I have been customers for a very long time. When she worked for the Breakers of Palm Beach Island, she struggled to find a reliable bike service and repair shop. She eventually came across the Bicycle Doctor and then all of her questions and issues were answered! They took on her entire line of bikes and have been extremely helpful ever since.I have personally used the Bike Doc as i cal them and they have provided me with amazing service and my bike has never let me down. I can t go anywhere else. Thanks!

The Bicycle Doctor is a great option for anyone who needs bike repairs. They offer a wide range of services and are very knowledgeable as well. The best part is they come to your home, so you don't have to worry about transporting your bike to a repair shop. Always a great experience, highly recommend!

I've been using the bicycle doctor for 25 years and it's one of the few companies in South Florida that I've found a delight to work with and consistent for that long amount of time. My kids are always messing up their expensive bikes they promise they won't mess up and the doctor is always there to fix it. I tried to save money by ordering an electric bike online and put it together totally wrong I have no idea how but he worked his magic and fixed whatever I did wrong. I tried going to a bike shop down the street once and they are just so snooty about cycling so never again... Bike doctor for life. And he comes to you so what could be better. Local family owned business that's been around for decades. Support local!

Great service and very quick! Needed a tune up (brakes, chain, etc) and they were able to do everything very quickly and at a great price. Only place I ll ever bring my bike now. Great work!

A friend gave me the business card for The Bicycle Doctor and I'm so glad he did.I've had to use their services 3 times so far and I'm very happy I did. Professional service and trustworthy. Willing to accommodate you if you not at home when they come around.Would recommend them to anyone who has a bike.

Old Bike had a flat, never been tuned in 17 years. Cary arrived the next day, as agreed, and knew exactly what he was doing. The ultimate professional. Reasonable price (they come to you which saved me a lot of hassle). What more can one ask? Will definitely use them again.

I called Bicycle Doctor to adjust and tune up three bikes. The owner of the company, Cary, came to my house. He was on time, extremely professional, and a very nice person to deal with. He is an excellent mechanic, and he did a great job tuning up my bicycles. I will be using his services in the future.

Just really disappointed in how this company does business. Lady on the phone is nice and will tell you one thing and then when the repair person finishes the job its an entirely different price. Don't mind paying for a job, but at the same time don't like getting hoodwinked. Why would a repair person do a $65 mini tune up on a $100 kids bike without consulting and being honest with the customer first about pricing. Mini tune up is air in tires and oil on chain -- took five minutes at most. Had other work done on a couple of other bikes and they found ways to overcharge more than what I was quoted. You have to trust people in business and I guess I learned my lesson the hard way with this company. Definitely not going to recommend to anyone in my neighborhood.

I got a flat tire on way to work today, and I called bicycle doctor house calls. They saved me!! First of all they squeezed me in to their schedule, the gentleman came to my place of work. For the price they told me which was $55 for the visit, he replaced the bike inner tube, the actual tire , and inflated the other tire. Checked and tightened my brakes. All in a matter of 10-15 minutes while I waited!! Fantastic. I will need to replace the other tire eventually and will definitely be calling them again. Now I can get home. Thanks Bicycle doctors house calls!! You really did save me!!

I had a 3-month old e-bike (purchased somewhere else) that was having lots of rear brake noise and rubbing issues. The manufacturer sent me replacement parts that I wanted the Bicycle Doctor to install.They arrived in a fully equipped van and the two technicians went right to work on my bike. Within an hour, they not only had the new brakes installed, but they gave the bike a once-over and it is now running better than when it was new! In addition, the cost was very reasonable, especially considering they came right to my house.I am happy to recommend them I would definitely use the Bicycle Doctor again in the future.

Tim was just here at my house and he is an ultimate professional. I made the appointment on Friday and he showed up on time the day after Christmas. It was raining and I thought he might cancel. I had a few bikes each with little issues from brakes, gears to flat tires. He even pointed out some things I didn t know. Thank you Bicycle Doctor!

I had an aging bike and was on the fence about getting a new one or having the bicycle doctor repair my existing bike. These guys are great, they replaced several parts in addition to a tune up and my bike is feeling better than when I first purchased it! The convenience of coming to my location combined with a great price! Its clearly a win win! I highly recommend the Bicycle Doctor!

I needed my bicycle repaired. And the locals referred me to the Bicycle Doctor. I had a good experience. Cary Dodds fixed me right up and sent me on my way with quality work, quality time, and a Professional quality personality. He came to me, as advertised!!!

Had to reschedule a house call repair with them because their technician caught the flu, but worth the wait. Had two bicycles undergo their overall maintenance. Besides making these older bikes run like brand new (through brake, tire, chain, gear and other maintenance), without asking or pointing them out, Tim added a sleeve to a missing bike handle, fixed a longtime issue with one bike's seat, and even the kickstands are moving smoothly. We are beyond impressed with the quality of the result. I think the pricing was fair. Do not hesitate to call this family-owned business.

My mountain bike was in serious need of some love. The Bicycle Doctors came to my house and replaced the drive train (both derailuers and shifters), brake assemblies, all cables and trued the rear wheel. The bike now rides - and looks - as good as new. Excellent service at a very fair price. I'm a happy customer.

I have never been to their shop/office/stationary location, to my regrets.However, I have used their "house call" service many times and every time is a great experience. They are a father and son team that both have a passion for cycling and it shows. They are so fair with pricing that I have an uncontrollable urge that forces me to tip them extra(buy them lunch). I've had simple repairs on cheaper bikes done and I've had my multi-thousand dollar e trike abducted, repaired (electronic repair, not mechanical) and returned in great condition by them. I just hope they took it for a little joy (test) ride before returning my baby.These guys are hands down the best experience I've ever had in the realm of repairs and advice. These guys almost make me wish that I would need their service more often.I so very highly recommend doing business with this more than fair, friendly and fun team.

I was extremely satisfied & impressed with the service provided. Bicycle Doctor makes house calls which is very convenient & work around your schedule. They are the only razor certified provider in the area. The job was done exceptionally & in a timely manor. Prices are affordable and well worth it, they truly are the bicycle doctors. **If you are looking to buy any bikes or scooters they have a wide unique selection, for all ages & will adjust the bike to fit you. I bought my sons first toddler bike from them it is a specialized bike it came with a secure helmet and they added training wheels, adjusted the bike & helmet to fit him on the spot! They also tuned my mountain bike up as well & fitted it. They have numerous bike accessories. I purchased a wider gel seat for a more comfortable ride. Overall great experience, I highly recommend them!

Recently I had two older bikes overhauled and added accessories like bells, mirrors, baskets, etc. I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. The bikes ride like new. This is a completely family run business and they show up with a fully equipped mobile bicycle repair van. Had the pleasure of working with Laura in the office, Cary & Timothy in the van on the repairs. Makes a lot more sense than dragging your bicycles to a repair shop.They also sell new bikes. I can not highly recommend them enough!!

Fixed my kids bikes after they almost destroyed them trying to do tricks off a ramp. Grateful they could help, bikes are like brand new again!
