I had my vintage corvette servicedby Max and had completeconfidence in his work, he mademe comfortable knowing that mycar was in good hands and hepatiently kept me updated in detailof all the issues that he was ableto diagnose and repair.I feel like I have definitely found ahard to find mechanic that allowsme to actually use my car(not justhave as a trailer queen) knowing someone who can service my carand truly care about it as if it werehis own.Thanks again Max, I will spreadthe word about your amazingservice and fair prices with all mycollector car friends!All the best,David

Carlos and Max are very professional and knowledgeable mechanics. They are patient and respectful of your automotive needs. I trust them with any vehicle I own, and I am glad I found this repair shop.

Max was extremely honest and did only what was needed on my jaguar. Definitely will be using him again in the future.

Never again... this place with no other customers in the building took 2 hours to do an AC refrigerant top off/recharge which Lasted exactly 8 days. The AC worked just fine before my visit. Only decided to get a recharge when I came across his advertising for a recharge which made me think, can't hurt, why not, never had one before and my air was cold but seemed to lack that crispy cold. Again 8 days later the air now only blows at 79 deg at the vent. Called the mechanic who did Not offer to fix whatever he did however, said I can bring the car back up for an estimate to repair the AC system?? Estimate?? What?? I even had to ask if he was serious. I told him there was nothing wrong before you worked on it... I'm pretty sure there are laws to protect against this, after all it was only 8 days later. My advice, skip this place and find a reputable service shop that stands behind their work. This shady place does not. Complaints with local and state authorities will be filed.Reply to owners attempt for justification...It was not done a year ago, it was a few days after this review. Of course they cannot find it... Lol. Not to mention the follow-up with them 3 days later. Shoddy work With excuses... Cannot Recommend. Damage was done.

Groupon for Brakes and A/C. I called three times, left messages for my A/C. Three days went by, no return call from any of my messages. Went there in person after traveling almost 100 with no A/C. Only saw one mechanic, replacing a head gasket. They would not take me as a walk in, I had to make an appointment. Why not? He told me there's other appointments. Funny, I was the only person there. I asked him again, you won't take me today, he said No! So you're going to make me drive back home another 100 miles with no A/C, he said, Yes! I was scared looking at the surroundings coming into the lot. That made me so relieved that they will not touch my car and I had Groupon refund my money. Worst ever experience I've ever had and the lack of concern of my welfare to travel all this way and sent me home on a hot day with my air conditioner not working. HeartlessUpdate to their reply:At no time did the owner state that they were closing. Doesn't take an hour to recharge the air contioning. How can you make an appointment when I called and both time leaving a voice mail. You never returned my call to give me an appointment you require. Worst part was the Employee had no sympathy about sending me back on the road for 100 miles with no a/c. These same business control their feedback, so it's hard to do your homework. Look at the location and this will help in your decision making. Look at the coupon they're charging you. If it's too good to be true, it's most likely to lure you in and then the add on's are coming. It was obvious with me, no compassion, only the big dollar. Beware!

I have been going to Beach for years; even though I have moved out of the area, I make a point to drive down for routine maintenance and any car troubles. As a woman, it can be difficult to trust that you are not being ripped off, but I can say with confidence that Carlos has always provided phenomenal service at a fair price and in a timely manner. Every member of my family uses Beach with a five-star experience each time. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others!

Starting with Estela the customer service is superb. Carlos is an honest, and experienced mechanic. I ve been going there for few years and I always drive off with confidence. I would suggest using this car auto repair shop for all of your repair needs. I have been a customer for years, and will continue to be a customer for life. The owner, Carlos, has always been fair in his repair pricing and is honest with the information he provides. They are flexible with drop-offs, and really care for their customers. I had some damage under my car and just went to get an estimate to see how much it would be to fix. They were so nice and understanding of my situation that they took care of my car for free. I am so thankful and highly recommend this place for anyone in need or on a budget. Wonderful service. 10/10 will definitely be coming back.

Great service! Great staff! Great auto shop! I have been using Carlos as my mechanic for over a decade now. He is fast, reliable and most importantly, honest. He never tells me my car needs something that it doesn't. I don't even live in Boca Raton, but I travel there to ensure that I get great service at great prices, and I do every time! As a side note, the waiting area in Beach Auto Service is painted and decorated beautifully and it is very customer friendly!

Great Service, I went there because of all the great reviews I read online , They were all true ......I needed some extensive work done on my Rotors, Bearings ,and Brakes, They Kept me informed every step of the way with parts and labor, Great prices! Carlos runs a very respectable and honest business .Would definitely recommend going there for repairs. Nice Clean comfortable waiting area and a very friendly staff .Wish I would have known about them awhile ago . Verry professional. Fast and friendly. Affordable. I went for an oil change. They saw an issue with something under the car, next to a tire. They explain to me why is important to fix that. After the job was done, I could feel the difference. My car run now much better. I definitely recomand Max and his team.

Carlos has always been excellent when it comes to fixing my car. Every time I bring my car for service he walks me through every step of the process, from showing me the actual damage to ordering the part from a reliable and affordable source. I'm always certain that he will get the job done, and within budget. No need to haggle or argue about pricing/work/parts. He gets the job done the right way. Highly recommended. Perfect.

New to S Florida, this shop was recommended, very impressed with the service. Took vehicle in to have brakes checked, was told brakes were OK, had a rough rotor from sitting over the summer but not a safety issue, shop did not charge for checking the brakes. This is one of the few places where they don t upsell anything you don t need done. I love their transparency when telling you what s wrong with your vehicle. This is the only local place I trust as I have a Smartcar and not many places know how to deal with my car. Staff is very courteous and honest. Their receptionist is very professional. Let me tell you this. They earned every 5 star feedback they received. I too, will be back and only come here to have my van serviced (2015 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite). I needed my brakes done and after calling around, I not only got the cheapest price here, but their service is well worth more than what you pay. They say you get what you pay for, but you get more here. I'm very impressed. They went above and beyond for our wellbeing. They love what they do. They care about their customers. They do things the right way. So as a community, let's support the good businesses. This business deserves it!! You don't have to hesitate, trust me, this is a great place. I read one feedback that brought me here. I hope my feedback helps you decide to come here too. They're awesome. I'll do what I can to help them out for the extra help they did for me.

While servicing your car can be stressful, this shop guarantees that you will be given the best experience possible and ensure stress be the last thing on your mind. Carlos is extremely professional and you are always in good hands with him. The shop is clean and the waiting room is a nice beach theme that makes for a comfortable experience. Carlos will make sure your vehicle is well taken care of and that you are satisfied with your experience. Hands down one of the best shops in Boca and highly recommended to anyone around.

This place is a rip off. I went in for an oil change. They said they did it and I paid them. Then I took my car to my mechanic in Hollywood. They checked the oil and it was never changed. Beware beware.

Excellent staff and service here. Carlos is such a friendly guy and makes sure you re taken care of. I d highly recommend this wonderful shop to anyone. And I m definitely coming back if I ever need my car serviced.

I have been using Beach Auto for over three years now. Carlos and his expert team have done work on my F-150 and my Sprinter Van, Brakes all around, exhaust work, they do it all, great work and totally professional.I highly recommend Beach Auto Service, just off 2nd Ave in Boca good local and Great Service!

Car performance went well for 1 month after "tune up" services. A month later engine light and battery was completely dead. Was told that it was "normal" that engine light indicator was on because of electrical issues with vehicle. Which I never had in the past until getting serviced there. I wish I was told about my battery prior so that could've save me the hassle being that i was told they ran a full diagnostics. In actuality, 3 stars. Have a 4 because of their mannerism.

This is the only place I've come to whenever I get my oil change done ever since I moved down from Raleigh NC. The service is top notch they always greet you as soon as you walk in the door they always honor the Groupon no matter what. I wish the Groupon included a tire rotation so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere to do it at Costco because it's more affordable to do it there either way this is a great place to get your car serviced.

Went for an oil change due to a groupon. Guys who run the place are young and courteous. Informed me my rear brakes need to be replaced soon. I requested a quote for the work...and it was $ 40. Less than I paid for a solar service last year. Definitely worth a try.Younger hungry for the business guys.

Just left the establishment for a brake pad replacement. As I waited for them to inspect my car, they came back to advise I have metallic brake pads and they only use ceramic, which is partly what the Groupon mentions, (the Groupon mentions 'organic'). But what the Groupon fails to mention is that to replace the metallic with ceramic for some reason it's $45 extra per axle. Why? I came in fully expecting to pay the extra $3.97 disposal fee and $3 shop supply fee, but ended up paying an extra $115 on top of the $115 Groupon. Not to mention they said the extra fees so non-chalantly. As if people don't have to take off work, drive far for what they think is a "good deal" and spend gas money getting to and back from the establishment. Therefore, more people are likely to just stay and pay the extra fees because of the inconvenience. When I drove my car off the lot I no longer had any brake sensitivity. Had to push on the brake hard for it to brake. I went back in and Max was nice enough to drive the car around for a bit but it still doesn't feel anywhere near as sensitive as when I came in. Worst money I've ever spent.

Very friendly, owner operated auto repair shop Honest, reasonably priced repairs, far less expensive than Dealer or chains like Tire Kingdom. I have had these jobs done there: Brakes, tires, belts, hoses, etc. and I highly recommend it. (Dave D., owner of a Hyundai Genesis and a Toyota Camry).
