On Friday 4/5/24I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for and oil change tire rotation. The tire rotation wasn t done and I wasn t charged. On Monday 4/8/24 I called to inform them that the tire rotation wasn t done and that I live 40 minutes away. The man I spoke with casualty said I could do it next time no apologies. I ve been going there for several years and this the first time I ve had any issues.

Really straight and honest mechanics. They really know what they are doing. I went to a different mechanic and they tried to change my entire suspension. Turns out it was just the tires. These guys saved me thousands of dollars. I appreciate their honesty and would definitely come back again.

Man I recommend anyone who has anything on 2/4/6 wheels go see Auto Clinic. Yoni and Peter have been working on all my personal and fleet cars for over 20 years. Doesn t matter what brand, type or job they always get it done. Not only do I know when it s time to pick up my car. Everything will be working just the way it should be. They are fair and honest with pricing which makes any situation that much better. Definitely will continue to recommend this shop to everyone!

These guys are awesome!! Very honest and upfront. I had a problem with my Jeep, but they figured out that I was still under warranty and had me go to the dealer instead of charging me for something that was covered under my warranty. I highly recommend this place!

Not knowing much about cars, I have my guard up every time I have to take my car in because I don t want to be scammed. Yoni and his team took the time to explain what was needed vs what was recommended. It s a great feeling to know I now have a mechanic I can trust. Thanks Yoni!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE . They have terrible customer service and their mechanics are lazy. I brought my car over there to get a problem fixed and they recommended I changed my brakes, so I payed 240 dollars to get it fixed. Less than a month later there was noise everytime I pressed my brakes. So I brought my car back and they said it s not the brakes and said it was a different problem . I had another mechanic check it and he realized that they broke my knobs and charged to change brake pads , but the brake pads was never changed.Service: Brakes

Wish I could rate higher. On a road trip with the family and the thermostat went bad. I told the mechanic what the issue was and all he had to do was remove the faulty thermostat and run the my vehicle without. The mechanic declined which I understand for a stock vehicle that was the right decision. But when a customer states he has a full built 416 motor and says it will be fine you should listen to the customer. I ended up spending 2 bucks on a bag of ice to cool the motor and remove the faulty thermostat on the side of my the road in 20 mins. Auto clinic of boca wanted to charge 4 hrs to remove 3 10mm bolts.

I have used this business before but my last visit was disappointing.I arrived before 7:45 a.m. to get an oil change. My car was put in the bay at 8 a.m. opening time. It took 1 1/4 hours for a simple oil change. When I asked why the long wait I was told by the combative owner that his oil changes take 45 minutes because they do it right. Upon leaving the place I found my tire pressure light on my dashboard lit.I checked my air pressure and found my tires overinflated by 5 # ovGuage.manufacturer suggestion as noted on the car door jamb.I will have to deflate all 4 tires in order to recalibrate the guage. Won't go back

Jacob was wonderful ..took us in immediately and replaced our battery . Also another time our check engine light was on and he figured out the problem and fixed it right away .When we got rear ended he referred us to Dannys Auto Body who gave us a new beautiful bumper washed the car and delivered it to us!!! Wow .they were all very nice to us and did a great job!!!! We feel very well taken care of and will use them for regular maintenance of our car!!!!!Service: Auto battery replacement

Giving this place one stars, this is the second visit that my car was being serviced at this establishment. The first visit went well, that my mom decided to visit them again when an issue with the car came about on the right FRONT side. So noise was coming from the lower right FRONT passenger side and my mom decided to take the car to this establishment since the first visit went well. My mom first went to two different auto shops before coming to this location and both places had the same answer to what could be the issue for the noise on the LOWER RIGHT FRONT side. So I was not present for this but, my mom drops the car off to them, the owner calls her and tells her it could be the wheel barrow and my mom gives them the approval to go forward with the job. Nowhere in the conversation to her knowledge did he reference anything pertaining to the back tire or the back in general as to where the noise is coming from. $1,072 later I drive the car later that night after work and the same noise in the LOWER RIGHT FRONT side is making the same noise again. Come to find out this establishment never addressed and fixed the underlying issue. My mom visited this establishment the next day and told the owner that the noise and the problem is still occurring and the owner refused to diagnose the car, pretty much gave her the advice to keep driving it until it gets worse, to bring it back when or if the noise occurs and just overall adamant that the noise was coming from the back. Despite that we the customers drive the car on a daily basis and are 100% affirmative that the noise was coming from the right passenger side. So after an unpleasant visit my mom had with going back and forth with the owner, I booked an appointment with a different auto shop that diagnosed , listened and discovered the root of the problem. $645.00 later the noise was gone. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone I know, people work hard for their money $1,072 was wasted on a job that didn t address the issue and having a owner argue or go back and forth with a customer as if that person is being deceitful is overall unacceptable and unprofessional.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Brought car in for oil change & tire rotation. Picked it up and right away AC has loud humming and rattle coming from front end. Owner claims it is entirely coincidental. Magic garage where car goes in fine and comes out broken. Most expensive oil change you will ever get.A few weeks later found out they also forgot to put back on 4 out of 5 lug nuts on the rear wheel. Yes, they set me up to drive on highways with just one lug nut hold on a wheel!

On Saturday I was visiting a friend in Boca and my temperature gauge was really high. I called Auto Clinic of Boca and not only were they open on a Saturday when everyone else was closed, but they advised me to tow my car to them to prevent damage. First thing Monday morning they gave me an estimate and it was ready to be picked up at the end of the day!!! Complete life savers!!! Thank you so much! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and quick to get fixed. I would highly recommend!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I recently bought an 07 Mercury Milan Premier and this shop was highly recommended to me from a family member. They're very honest, pricing is fair, and they communicate with you constantly so you can make informed decisions on the service of your vehicle. Also, their credit card processing machine seems to have problems so bring cash as a backup just in case.

Totally rip-off. Charging by not of his experience but by the "fake book of fake hours" .Replacement of alternator he do for $360 and claiming 3 hrs, when I can do without lift for less that 2 hrs.So his rate now $120 per hour with elevation of his hours to whatever he likes to...Be aware of ...

I was traveling back home to Islamorada and was having problems with my AC. What a gem this auto repair shop is! Everyone was so friendly. I actually enjoyed sitting on the couch waiting on my repair and watching them treat every customer that walked through the door with kindness and respect -- it was like a stepping back in time with old fashioned genuine customer service.The fixed my issue, great price and got me back on the road quicker than what I ever imagined. Hung up on me for not knowing tire size after I said give me a second to look and bam hang up.The worst customer service, and he was super rude for no reason. Hung up on me.Funny part is I came here as a kid 16 for my first car said why not give them business again and this was my experience.

I've taken my car to them to get an alignment and was told that they couldn't perform it due to several parts that were damaged. I knew this damage existed, yet they were the only ones who were honest about it. Then i had my son's car towed there for a stuck lug nut and the price they offered was fair and comparable to what I've seen listed elsewhere. I can't complain!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

They quoted me $179 over the phone for a A Service for my car. It was supposed to be done in 2-3 hours. When they never called to say it was done, I called and they said they wrote down the wrong number. I went to pay and they said it was $209. I sail I was quoted $179. They said that was the price BUT they add shop supplies , oil disposal and tax. I felt I was being cheated and asked why they didn t tell me that when I called. He said if I want to total price, when I call next time I should ask for the price out the door. Imagine!!!! He was saying it was my fault fir not asking if it was really the price! He also said I should be happy because he was saving me so much money from the dealership cost. Imagine!!!! Bait and switch. Dishonest. Never go back!!!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Over the years I had my vehicle, they have charged me outrages amounts to fix minute problems, and considering I had no choice at times but to choose this mechanic since it's so close to home, I have had a lot of problems with them. The owners are rude and outrageously unhonest. They tell you one price before you go in, and a a higher price when you are to pay. My father came into the shop quoted $380 for a new radiator install, then after the installation he came to pay, and was told he owed $480. These are dishonest, scam artists. NEVER trust your vehicle in their hands unless you want even more problems!!!!!!

Their greeting was friendly. Their diagnosis was accurate. Their work was good, clean and timely. Their charges were reasonable. All together, Auto Clinic of Boca was a very good find, especially when considering how many problematic places exist. I intend to be a regular and satisfied customer! Thank you!!

Out of the blue something in front of my car was falling off!! Some shield for protection underneath. I was so concern because I have to travel to the airport tomorrow. I stopped by Auto Clinic and they were so wonderful and without question fixed the piece and I won't have any problem driving to the airport!! I would recommend them and I'm going back for an oil change!!

Been using them for about 10 years. Always works with me since I rarely make an appt. I have retired from the automobile business so I have a great knowledge of the auto service business and they have always been fair with pricing and quality work. Highly recommended!!!

We send the customer there with our warranty contract people told me they fix transmissions and at the end they didn't do anything , wanted to charge 108 doll per hour for ac repair and i did not claim the ac. Why they told me to come if they dont fix transmissions. I regret bringing car there had to take it to other shop. If you are a dealer or you sell cars do not send your customers there, they charge so much for repair and didn't want even to pick up the phone and talk to me, i send the customer to different shop and he was able to fix everything. Why tell me i can do it and then charge me 1000 for ac repair on 2011 VW.If you ever decide to call me back i might consider to remove this review.Look me up i have a lot of reviews.
