My company has a commercial account with yall, and I only get parts and materials from Advanced Auto Parts. The hispanic lady at the counter this morning at 9AM 12-01-23 was very rude, unprofessional, and doesn't even know her battery warranties. She was treating another commercial customer very poorly and was giving misinformation. So I stepped in and explained to the client the battery warranty and policy and I guess she was offended by my professionalism and knowledge of the store inventory and very rudly said "I know how to do my job". If she did know how to do her job, then she would have knowledge of the battery warranties and actually have some decent customer service and hospitality. She obviously doesn't want to be there and maybe should find another line of work.Im very disappointed with this Boca Raton location.

When they are busy they simply disconnect your calls. I called 10 times in a row and each time they just drop the call. terrible place.

I literally drive past the other Boca location just to come to this location because it always saves me time because the people who work at this location actually know what they're talking about always willing to help you and is very knowledgeable on anything that you need out of every Advance store this is the only one that actually have people that know Auto

Please remember at Advance Auto Parts, they do MOST battery installation .meaning at APP they are not able to install batteries on all vehicles. To make matters easier for you call before arriving.

I used to love this place. The employees were so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a woman so this is nothing to do with gender but they had two oblivious woman at the store alone who knew nothing and not very nice. The main reason I used this store is for their knowledge

This place is pretty much like every other store in the chain except I asked them to run diagnostics on my car like they advertise but their diagnostics computer was stolen so they couldn't and the parts I needed had to be prepaid and ordered and it was going to take 3 days to get them. Went to their competitor where they gladly ran diagnostics on my car, gave me 3 of the 5 pieces I needed for my car and had the other 2 by the end of the day, for $20 less per piece. Needless to say, I shop at their competitor first from now on

You should have nicer people work the morning hours and not be upset that a customer gets there when you open. The lady unlocked the doors and walked away without even an acknowledgement and when I opened the door myself, she just kept walking away so I had to follow her to the cash register to ask her a simple question.

The manager at the store ( Brenda ) it was very rude, and unhelpful, when I walked into the store she walked by me and I said good morning and she didn t even respond , Also she never asked if I need it help !!I would never go back to that location .

Nearing 2yrs and have YET to be able to get ALL of my supplies to preform an oil change on my 2013 Toyota Camry 2.4L SE, with 1 swoop here!Prior to every attempt, I verify online inventory to see if Castrol Edge High Mileage 0w-20 Syn is in stock, along with Purolator Boss filter PBL25608. Low and behold, online (inaccurately) always shows the oil (5qt conatiner) in stock, which has NEVER been the case. Every visit I have asked at the counter IF it may be stocked in the back, and yet to have received it from this location.While asking about the oil today, and again informed the Mgr that it shows "in stock" online, I was told that it must be discontinued because it doesn't have a display location for 5qt conatiners, yet is stocked in qt bottles, which was abundant.So once again I was discouraged from using Advanced Auto Parts as my "go to" for simple maintence needs.(FYI, Walmart just across the street had a full inventory of this oil and filter readily available, AND also $12 less for the oil and $7 less for the oil filter!)FAREWELL Adavanced, this location has lost my time, effort, and $$$!

I came here for windshield wipers and Mr. Daryl was the one assisting me and he was wonderful. Located the products I needed and also installed them and make recommendations on wiper fluids. The place was clean and the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Long story short, had an issue with my starter that Acura repaired, but my battery ended up being bad that I bought here. This stuff happens, and fortunately it was under warranty. Brenda and crew were super helpful in rectifying everything in a timely friendly manner. Thanks again!!

I don't write reviews very often, but I have to share my experience. I think this store deserves to be shut down, or at the very least get new general managers. Let me tell you about my experience at this location.First, I walked in around 9am on Tuesday, ready to buy all necessary parts and supplies for an oil change and maintenance for my truck. Probably would have spend over $300. There is only one other customer in the store that is being helped out by a fat white guy with a beard. There is no "Hello" or any acknowledgement from him. I patiently waited for about 5 minutes behind the customer for my turn. right as this customer was finishing up, another customer walked in and goes straight to the counter bypassing me. I thought that he might have a quick questions, but after he jumped the line and the GENERAL STORE MANAGER BY THE NAME OF "BOB" proceeded to help him, instead of me, i asked him: " is there a reason why you are helping somebody else who cut in line, instead of me at this point?" His response was, that this customer was here 30 minutes ago and therefore gets to jump the line. he was extremely rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. I said that if a customer walks in 2 hours ago, and then tells you that he will be back, are you going to stand around and not help anybody until he comes back. where i get a response: "Have a good day" After i asked him for his name, he lied and said that his name is Joe. I was upset. i walked outside and there was another representative outside. I asked what this guys name was, and he told me that he is the General Manager by the name of BOB. I recommend that everybody stays away from this store and especially from BOB. This guy deserves to be fired. I filled a formal complaint with corporate immediately. I will update the status as more information becomes available. also they had inappropriate radio station playing that was talking about sex.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, UNLESS YOU ENJOY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Awesome customer service! Thank you for help us with our battery today. An honest employee told us our battery may still be under warranty at a different auto parts store. Due to the sticker on the battery being less than 2 years old. They were right and I received a battery under warranty today. Great Advanced Auto Location

Terrible customer service. I asked the clerk ROY if they had any electrical tape. No he replied but in a manner as if I was bothering him. I tell him I'll check to make sure anyway and bam a whole section with tape. Then I had to stand and wait till the lady clerk was done because he didn't still want to help me. Only customer in the store at moment.

Two employees were both 'busy' with the computers for at least 5 minutes while a line grew, no greeting or request for a few minutes, just let the line grow.They didn't have Bosch or ngk plugs in stock, and neither could even answer simple questions about pre-gapping, grease, or literally anything about cars - I've never left an auto-parts store with such a disappointed feeling.Terrible!

Cody is by far the most customer service oriented person we have had the pleasure of dealing with so far at any location. I highly reccomend coming to this location for all your car part needs. Will definitely be back

They're more interested in fixing the paper towel holder than helping you. Asked one person about my ac and he had no clue what I was talking about. Walked away in the middle of me asking him a question since he had to get 2 water bottles back inside, which I guess was more important to him. Went to Jiffy Lube and they fixed the issue in 5 minutes and didn't even have to pay.

Wyatt the manager of this store has very bad customer service. His employees wanting to help customers and he doesn't let them because he wants to close the store quickly because he is with his girlfriend inside the store waiting for him. I have always come to this store to buy items for my car and trucks but unfortunately with the attention of the manager of this store. I m not going to come back.

I've been coming to this location for years now, always great service and knowledge, except for today. Came in for a simple part lookup to get what i needed and get on with my day. Easy, Year, make and model. Engine size and what parts im looking for. Gentleman that was helping was very laconic, barely spoke, almost like he expected me to know what to do, and then he neglected to input the engine size for the vehicle (selected the dont know option). Scrolled to the first result for each part and gave the part number. I wrote them down and proceeded to find the part. Triple, even quadruple checked part numbers. Purchased and went out to install said parts. One part was the wrong one so I looked it up myself and then found the RIGHT part on my own. Went in to return said part. My annoyance stems from the neglect that was taken in ensuring details were correct to avoid a situation such as this. Even during the return process, the guy was unapologetic, customer service was non-existent. During the refund part, he just stood there staring at the screen and said card, like I was supposed to know what that meant. Overall, terrible experience and turned a 20 minute errand into a 45 minute errand.

I've never had any problems with this or any other physical locations. However, their online store needs a lot of work. It may say the part is in stock when it's not and has to be ordered. Call the store(s) first before wasting a trip.

Never keep enough parts of what i for my car needed a brake rotor a few weeks ago. Not in stock will have to order. Today needed a brake caliper not in stock will have to order. Staff isn't always friendly about the issue either. I will use another parts store. Don't like having to wait a day to get simple wear and tear parts for my cars.
