I won't be returning to this store. They are unreasonable with their customers. Despite my battery being under warranty, they still require proof of purchase, which I don't have. The main issue is their misdiagnosis; they blamed my alternator and made me buy one, but when I consulted a mechanic, they identified the problem as my battery. Initially, Advance Auto Parts insisted my battery was fine, only to later admit that it was dead.Also, the battery manufacture code was within one year and that I had to spend money to pay a mechanic to do what they should have done in the first place. They do not seem willing to compromise with their customers, even when they were the ones who initially claimed my battery was fine.

Very very very rude employees. I just wanted to get a quote for a part the manger put me hold twice in the middle of giving him my vin number which he was frustrated about taking in the first place. I called back one of the employees claim he was getting off lunch and he put me on hold while explaining what s going on and cut me off and transferred me to the manager without even telling me. Left me with never getting a quote. I Will be calling corporate to report this store and employees.

Last night, the AAR team at East Boca location on Dixie made me the happiest girl in the world! Thanks to their amazing support, they were able to find my purchase receipt online and replace a $$$ warranty item, and were kind enough to swap it out in my truck. Never before have I received such fantastic customer service, and I owe it all to BRAD, CALEB, and RENZO. Thanks, guys your supervisors should be proud of your smiling friendliness, your happy teamwork, your efficient work ethic, and your professional dedication to your job, respectively. Y all can t begin to imagine how impressed I was (especially because I arrived near quitting time). Thank you for making me feel as special as if I was driving a Ferrari, and not just an old pickup (which I was, lol).

The check engine light surprised me this morning on my 2013 Prius. I went to the trusted advanced auto parts in Boca Raton and spoke with Gerry. That guy turned me into a mechanic in just a few minutes. He connected a scanner to my car a gave me code P0101. I was confused, but he told me I needed to change the filter and the sensor. Sensor $126.25, filter and screw driver $55.62, 15 minutes of time, dirty hands and PROBLEM SOLVED! Love it! Big THANKS to Gerry G!

I was in need for a new battery for my SUV. I was approached by Latoya at #09136 store. She was kind, knowledgeable and placed the new battery in my car. I will come to those location again because of her service.

Randomly lost power in my battery. I called about 15 minutes ahead of time and they had the battery ready for me and even installed it free of charge. Great customer service.

Last night, my car would not start and I was stranded. Had a tow company come out and jump it. This morning went to Advanced Auto Parts and asked them to check my battery. I had the great fortune of meeting German, who diagnosed the problem and installed a new battery. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. German was super nice and professional, and my car is running smooth again. I am from out of town and need to hit the road tomorrow. The relief and gratitude I have for German and his help can not be measured. Steller man! Stellar job! Thanks German!

Bad service for the most part not all employees some of the old guys that's there you could be at the service counter and some of the people that works there some of the older people walks right by does not offer to help

On February 26th 2023 I came in to this store with a list of the items I needed to purchase. I stayed in line and when it was my turn I asked employee to help me to find items in the store. His reply was I have people behind you go find them in that corner. I went to the corer he pointed out to and was not able to find 3 items from my list. He told me that they do not have and he asked me if I want to order them. I agreed to order him and paid for the items I found and the ones that were ordered. He promised that my items will be in the store in 2 days. I returned to the store in 3 days and the other employees told me that my order is not in the system. I showed him receipt but he mentioned that he is not able to find the order and return my money because my order is not in the system. I asked him to call the original employee who took the order and that person told me he doesn't know what happened and I won't reimburseme the money I paid. Unfortunately it was cash transaction. The temper he used to answer me was very insulting. I asked for his name and he told me that he is not going to tell me the name and asked me to leave the store. In response to his brutal behavior I took his picture for the purpose of identifying him, so I can show his picture to the manager and they will be able to identify him. After that he cursed me several time and almost attacked me. I need to admit that another employee that was next to him was very professional in communication with me, but was absolutely quiet during the our conversation with the other guy. I would never recommend anyone to go to this sore and will file the complain with their main office.

I remember when Mr Harri and the other employees at that time really took care of customers I wish they were backbeing a old customer with a comercial account I went to store to purchase some parts for my vehicles and the gentleman that was helping me was really no help at allThe new generation at this store (not all of them) is not in they re interest to actually put some effort to find the parts needed Don t have does not even come up in computer but he doesn t realize that his description is wrong and starts raising his voice when I told him that was the wrong part descriptionAnyway I see advance loosing me as a customer specially if I have to deal with those guysWent to o Reilly and they were happy to help me with all the parts I needed.Amazing

They were ok but I saw a worker but the change from a customer in his pocket. It was not alot . The customer left and he put the change in his pocket. I mentioned it to the other guy and he said that's what they do. I said ok. Never saw thst before. If I did that when I worked, I would of been I. Trouble. But I guess it's not a big deal there.

Great customer service in large chains like advance, but these guys do it right. After having an issue with an employee earlier in the week I went in to discuss my battery warranty with another employee. Sure enough I received excellent service and assistance from Chris working behind the counter. Such a pleasant surprise and change of pace from what I'm used to and I felt the need to share, and commend Chris and his manager Gray for showing an interest in the customer rather than reading off of a script like others I've dealt with in the past

I would never come back to this location again because Although the staff was friendly i couldnt use the restroom before shopping. If there was an covid issue they didnt say. I had to go urgently before shopping around in the store. I had to go behind the store immediately me being a busy man. I couldnt go further. Imagine yourself in my shoes.

The young gentleman behind the cash register with reddish-brown hair was amazing. I would give him 100+ rating for his kindness. I came to the store with an oil pressure problem in my car. I don't know a lot about cars. He took time to explain the problem and offer a solution. He then came outside and checked my oil levels and told me how to fix my problem. Afterwards, he checked the oil levels again. I could tell that he wanted to make sure I had no more problems. My car runs so smoothly now, and I didn't need an expensive mechanic. I didn't know a simple fix could could save me from bigger problems. That gentlemen's kindness and willingness to help me makes me want to shop at AAP for all my car needs.

Don't go to this store. The GM will not back his own warranties, and has bad customer service skills. They installed a battery for me, broke a 5.00 terminal connector and wouldn't fix it, look at it, or order a replacement part.I did call corporate and they helped me. I do not think this problem is systemic.

Craig and Alec were very helpful in helping me select batteries and installation. They quickly got be me the perfect mounting kit for two new batteries for my Nissan Titan XD Platinum Reserve Truck. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Store is clean and organized. Will come again.

The battery in my Tahoe died unexpectedly with my windows down, 2 kids in the back and a big storm rolling in. I called Advanced while getting a jump from roadside service and the man on the phone confirmed they had my battery in stock. It was at least $20-50 cheaper than the other shops in town. Drove right there after getting a jump. Elliot was quick, courteous and thorough. He had me back on the road in no time. This place is wonderful. Thanks for making a stressful day so much easier.

I was at Advanced Auto Parts located at 1776 Dixie Hwy., Boca Raton, FL 33432 last evening at 7:23 pm on March 10, 2019. I called ahead and spoke w/Nick and explained that I wanted to purchase fix a flat since I had a flat tire. He answered that it was almost closing at 7:15. They close at 8:00 pm. I arrived at 7:23pm. The first can of fix a flat was defective. I wanted him to show me how to use it and waited around for one hour. He was busy. I purchased a second can. It was defective as well. Nick confirmed this and told me to call AAA. All this after waiting for him for an hour. Another hour after they had closed AAA shows up and also confirms the fix a flat can was defective. I tried knocking on the door, but they refused to open it. I also reported through the glass that a man had pulled into the parking lot and was just sitting there and that I did not feel safe. I asked that they call Police. It was a dark BMW. All of this is on security video.Today, Monday March 11,2019. I arrived again to return the can of fix a flat. Nick lied and said it wasn't defective. The Office manager who was a woman was rude and refused to return it without a slip. I was there for two hours last night and Advanced Auto cannot return with all of your video? I later did find the receipt, but am appalled at the treatment and blatant lies from two of the employees,one was the manager ( Amac M) who actually approved the receipt and Nick who was too busy to take care of me and admitted the second can was defective as well and to call AAA.I want my credit and I promise, I will never return there.It was a horrible and condescending experience since the Office Manager said I could stand there forever. She said she will never refund me. I,myself, am an Office Manager. I would never treat a client like this,especially for an inexpensive item such as fix a flat at $ 14.97. She was willing to give me a third fix a flat. Why would I want a third can when the first two cans they sold me were defective.
