Exceptional company! I can't thank them enough. We had a service tech have a blowout headed to a job. Mallory Towing came to the rescue, help get our techs spare tire on and on his way. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff

These people are wonderful. I had a semi driver wreck with a piece of my equipment attached. They were super helpful in the process of getting my equipment back and also in getting it prepared to transport back to Jacksonville. Thank you guys so much for your help.

I am not going to write a book on why I had to use Mallory Towing. It was a small mishap with my car and my insurance company sent them to the rest area where I was located. I thought it would take much longer than it did for someone to get there. Someone called me first and asked what happened and Matt was there within minutes. I can't thank him enough for his fast and courteous service. EXCELLENT customer service.

I was able to coordinate a tow request by phone. Quote given, and sent via email, payment by phone was completed. My receipt with photos were made available by email. I thought the first pickup being so easy was a fluke, but they repeated it.

If you need a reliable company to get you out, these are the people. Truck was stuck in a lake bed, they had me out within an hour of arrival. Affordable and offer repair services.

Not happy with the way it was handle, they told me they will pull one of my truck out of sand it was stocked in for $750, when they finished the job it went up to $880 due to fuel surcharge $80 and $50 more due to time used to do the job. it took less than 30 minutes to do the job. when I asked why it was not explained upfront the tow truck driver got an attitude and got mad telling me if I wanted to run his business for him. I understand some time a quote might change due to different circumstances but take advantage of the situation is a different thing. I just hope this might help some one in the future if you have to use their services.Service: Car towing

I had a really awesome experience with Mallory towing! I called at 10am on a Sunday afternoon and they informed me they could be out in about 3 hours. Matt showed up around the estimated timeframe. I was stuck on a sandy road and needed my car pulled out. He winched it out with no damage to my car! Prices were reasonable for the job. The estimate I got is what I ended up paying! I will definitely be using them again for any future towing needs!Service: Car towing

A HUGE thank you to John Mallory! I am from SC, and broke down on side of road. He was professional and nice even waited to take me to a truck stop to wait for my ride after dropping off my car. Great service! John was awesome on the phone and even moved us up the line since we were on the side of the road. If I ever need a tow in the future this is the company I'll use. My husband and I had a flat tire on our boat trailer on I 10. We called AAA for assistance. They sent out Mallory Towing from Blownstown, FL.John Mallory came to our rescue. He called first on the phone and talked with my husband. He was very assuring and would be headed our way.When he arrived, John was very professional. Immediately started working. We broke down on I-10 between Blountstown and Marianna Florida. Mallory was sent by our roadside assistance plan. They got there quick, got us to the mechanic, and then took us to the rental car agency. Could not have been more professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them if you have trouble in their coverage area.

These guys have saved me many times before I finally broke my habit of locking the keys in my car. Their prices are reasonable; I am quick to call if I or anyone needs a tow or to unlock a vehicle. They are also AAA qualified roadside service technicians.

Nice folks but didn't bother to tell me there was a 2 hour minimum of $350.00 for the 15 minutes they spent helping me get unstuck and then his truck got stuck in the sand and had me pull him out of the sand. Not particularly pleased!

Tractor was bottomed out and truck wasn't budging it. John responded very quickly and pulled tractor out with no problem. Really appreciate yall and will definitely recommend.

Picked up our truck on the side of the road and towed it about 28 miles to our home in the woods. Professional. Recommend!
