These people here are about the dumbest I swear corporate will hire anyone and call them a manager. These people don't know the first thing about vehicles more less running an auto store. Dixie the manager lol rather call people's personal phones and ask them if this is the right part after googling. Several things ordered and sent out Everytime it's ALWAYS THE WRONG ITEM...... CORPORATE PLEASE get someone in this place that actually knows what their doing instead of always outside smoking cigarettes.

This store usually has great customer service but today 03/4/24 @2:05pm with was awful the young man as an employee was very rude and unprofessional consistently wanted to argue back and fourth. He stated that the part was not in stock before even asking what vehicle was it going on and when I gave him the car information to properly look up the part then he says oh its in stock . He made many smart comments/ remarks and rudely intervened while I was on my cell said "well this not Tallahassee "and I was not talking to him at all I was just telling my daughter it showed in stock there as well. He has poor customer service , dont know how to properly do his job and very unprofessional . The type behavior and bad customer service does not align with Autozone pledge and values and he need to be held accountable for his action and realize we as customer is the reason he has a job.

great place to get parts from. thankfully they had everything we needed and allowed us to work on the truck in their parking lot. staff was super friendly and helpful and could not have been better. thank you autozone

Came in to pick up a headlight and plate lights, and an associate ended up helping me install them. Never would have expected that, but headlight bulbs are a little out of the way on a Subaru, and so I was very grateful for the assistance. Above and beyond what I would normally expect from AutoZone.

Did not have part I was looking for, 1 employee on the phone, 1 stocking shelf, had to get the part elsewhere. Got no amswers here, amd no help.

I don't necessarily require a bubbly attitude from the parts guy. But I do expect them to be competent. I bought a new 12v battery for my car, $130+ in November of last year. 7 months later it was bad.I carried it back and the store manager told me that battery only had a 3-month warranty. I ask why I wasn't told that at time of purchase. His response was, he didn't train the other shift. My response was that I will start shopping at locally owned stores, where my business is valued.

Customer service was terrible! Lady at the register had a terrible attitude. She threw the product in the air that the customer in front of me was going to purchase, when he ask where to find something else he needed rather than just step down the isle a very short distance and get it for him she told him where to get it then when he did not see it on the shelf she yelled at the bottom with a nasty face and very hateful voice. I suggested to her co worker that she may need to find another job! She definitely is not happy with the one she currently has!

A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation.It s time for a new manager and District Manager. Ron has a horrible attitude.! I won t be spending my money here anymore.It s gotten where Auto Zones in this area take thirty minutes to go in and get out because ONE person is working and that s generally on the phone. The person that walks in after you gets helped first.Ron is slick at the mouth.

Great prices and selection of items for auto care weather your a do it yourselfer or a business that does mechanic work they can get you any parts you need for most vehicles on the road today, one thing I like most personally if you know another place offers something they have but their price is higher if you let them know they will give you the price to match sometimes even a lower price for choosing to do business with them instead of the other place! I've used them for personal needs and as a mechanic getting parts for customers and ive always been treated very professionally by the workers over the last 8 years so I highly recommend this place!

Bad Service Manager. The service employee that assisted us was great. He went the extra mile in attempting to help with our car troubles, but his manager pulled him off and left us hanging. All we needed was a car battery to correct our problem. But the Service Manager wouldn't allow the service employees put one in.

I had my wife go here to get a new battery for my lawn mower. There were two employees in the store, but one was in the back. The store had four or five people at the checkout and the one employee called the other person to come help out in the front. My wife was the next customer in line. She told the employee what she needed and the employee acted put out that they had to get the battery. She was very curt and apparently rude to the point that my wife called me and told me that she would not be going back to this store.

Part they ordered was wrong and came in 2 hours late. 2nd trip and 2nd part did not come with all the parts needed and I was not informed. (Hub assembly came without bearings or a seal. Assembly should be the whole package. First and wrong part had it all.) Trucks down another day and will require a 3rd trip to another parts store because I'm done with auto zone. Employees are nice and hospitable, but lack knowledge of parts.

I don't ever have any problems with this store they have always helped me on getting what I needed.If I have to order something it has always been there when they said it would be. Thank You Ron and Tegan for all their great Help.

They are very helpful there the store is very clean and very fast service and for your first responders and firefighters that don't know they give you a firefighter discount
