Had to make a quick pit-stop last Sunday on my way from Panama City to Orlando as I realized my wipers were falling apart. Quick visit with Robby who looked up my size wipers, offered his best recommendation, and even helped me install them after I couldn't quite get them on myself. Thank you, Robby.

For two days I have called and called and called this store. Nobody answers. I have now called for 30 minutes. And nothing. The store is open. Has been open. I called the other night for an hour straight at 7. And no one bothered to answer. This store has just gotten horrible on customer service at this point. Nobody is doing their job anymore. All of your good employees quit. It is absolutely not acceptable that this store has been open since 7:30 and NO ONE can answer the phone.

I was on my way home today, with another hour to go. My passenger side window was down and the switch was not working. Rain was imminent. I had to get the window up. My sister, a resident of Altha, took me to Advanced Auto in Blountstown because she said the folks who worked there were friendly and might help. I'm so glad she did, because she was right. I told John my story and, while he couldn't actually do the work, he loaned me his own tools and walked me through taking the inside panel off the door and getting the window back up. He was personable, friendly, and vey patient with this old lefty. The rains held off until the job was done, and John stuck with me until we were sure the window was in place and would hold. Great man, great place, great hometown service. Thank you, John, I appreciate you!

I have never been treated at an Auto Parts store as it did today. The Manager Lilly said she didnt have time to sell me a part for my truck and was rude. Price for the part was $220.00 lost my business forever.

Ordered a part online and husband has been inside now for 20 minutes apparently they don t have it so I suggest fixing the online system it doesn t seem to match inventory online I would call ahead for this reason. We don t live close so it s not just a waste of time but lost funds in gas too.

The staff at any of these stores are awesome. This gentleman helped me so much. I ordered a fuel pump for my truck which was priced at $250 but the guy who worked there got it for me for $190. I was so happy I got to save a few dollars. Thanks to the worker there that made it happen!

I use to do a lot of business here but now I go to auto zone the new girl working in there just not what you want when getting parts it's more then just using a computer that says a part number good parts people over the years actually have knowledge of what parts your looking for and I've known several women so don't think I'm just saying because she is a woman is why I'm saying this not the case at all just seemed like she was out of place there is all

It's ok they have good products I would not suggest alternators starters and such they use the cheapest bidder on these reman parts and of course you get what you pay for

Buddy is the crown jewel of Advance! If I ever need anything for my vehicle, he is the one I go to. His incredible knowledge of vehicles and his willingness to always help everyone, is what makes him the most valuable asset at Advance Auto parts in Blountstown FL. He goes above and beyond and he is the reason that most of this community are loyal repeat customers of Advance only. He deserves more recognition and appreciation for the passion and hard work he does for this company!

Went into the Advance Auto Parts today to return some items and ended up having to call the police to the employee! Bought these parts last week and yes I used my credit card! Never asked them to give me cash back instead of putting the money back on my card. When the young lady said it would have to be put back on my credit card, I just said nevermind and that ill just keep the parts and worry with the process at a later time. As I started to gather the parts, another employee(Lloyd) grabbed one of my parts and refused to give it back to me! told me that the parts were not mine! I called the police to get my parts back that I had already paid for!! I have going into the parts store since it was Discount Auto Parts and I have never had a problem with anyone who has ever worked there. I really do not know how he thought he could keep my parts knowing that I had paid for the parts a week earlier and had the receipts showing such, but I assure I will never shop in this establishment ever again!!

Went in today and no one would help me even though I was the only customer and at least 3 workers saw me standing at the front desk waiting. They ignored me so I left. Do mot go here, would not recommend to anyone.

They have very helpful staff, great service; and usually have anything that you need in the store, but if not then they're more than happy to order the parts that you need right then and there.

We always use Advance Auto parts for what we need and this time I needed wipper for our f150 and my 2001 ford explorer sport the employee wasn't nice and he gave me a size 18 and a 14 any autoparts specialist should know that was wrong I needed 2 18's
