10 out of 10! The building doesn't look like much... and it is a smaller shop, but it's what's inside that counts! Honest- Fair priced mechanics. Also, Jo at the service counter is a very cool lady. Definitely give them a try!

The prices for repairs are great. The staff here are very friendly and are great at communicating with updates. Had to have a tire patch put on the inside my tire. I was quoted $30 I came in at the requested time they took me right in did the repair and only charge me $20 as a repeat customer very satisfied !!

Great ppl and great prices , I know! Been there will return as needed. So I am updating my review of this business . They are the absolute most KINDEST people we have ever met ! They go above and beyond what they are asked to do for us and they are always so willing to work with your timeline. Great service great repairs , Great Attitudes Thank you to you all Jay and Jo are truly one of a kind folks and we are truly thankful for their kindness and their service . Call needed an assessment of what was wrong with vehicle I bought the night before. They got me on the next day let me know what the problem was and scheduled a fix. Didn't charge for assessment fixed my truck at a fair price and checked out the electric window not working. The motor in the door had came unplugged. They were very courteous, helpful fair prices and went above my expectations. I would highly recommend.

I took my car to R & B based on the positive reviews on here. They replaced the rotors, brakes, and calipers on my 2017 Fusion. A month later the brakes failed. I towed the car to a certified mechanic. Diagnostics concluded R & B failed to put the vehicle into "Service Mode" when doing the rear brakes. This resulted in the rear parking brake motor, housing, and calipers having to replaced. I was out of pocket the money I paid R & B and an additional $1300+ for repairs the car. I will never take a car here again.Service: Auto brake repair

It's such a pleasure to be associated with this family owned business. Repair costs are very reasonable. They're not trying to rip off customers with illogical expenses. They let you know your options, so you can make sensible repair decisions. We have and will continue to recommend R&B.

Outstanding auto repair garage. Locally owned and operated. Although the mechanic (John) had another customer s car on a lift, he greeted me politely and professionally. I told him I had a tire that needed to be plugged. His reply was, no problem . I asked how soon would he be able to get to it... he replied, right now . By the time I went in to pay for the service (less than 10 minutes), it was done and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone!

A great experience. Just drive by their shop and you'll see a lot of vehicles to be worked on. That's because they have fair prices, do good work, and stillprovide service putting the customer first!

I was getting a flat on 491 and was so happy to see these guys on the side of the road. I pulled over and they took care of me very quickly and got me safely back on the road. 10/10 do suggest. Excellent neighborhood garage. They treat you like family. The idiot light in my car said I need oil. Went by R&B, he double checked to make sure I did need oil, put the oil in. I'm very surprise with excellence in customer service. Everyone is polite and friendly. They treat you with great honor I took my car in for service and they offer one day rental OMG...They are Best....happy employees are hard to come around and R&B's Auto Care Inc.

I was on the way to Clearwater from Ocala when my check engine light came on. I stopped into R&B, and the guy was extremely polite and helpful. He not only fixed my car enough for me to get home, but also did not charge for it. I am just sad that I do not live closer so that I can give them my business. No one I have met in Clearwater can come close to the service that I received there. The English fellow that helped me is a credit to the business. I came in to have my tires checked because I was told I had 2 flat flats and they plugged them free of charge so I could quickly get to the hospital since I was in labor thank you and they were the most honest people will use again and highly recommend

Terrible service, had auto towed to this repair shop after a roadside breakdown. Soon after I received a phone call stating that the computer codes indicate a fuel problem and the repair could exceed $2k. I authorized the shop to proceed and diagnose the problem. Eight days later, no action, the shop had not even touched the vehicle. There was no communication on the status of the repair process. In fact the owner was quite rude and unfriendly, refusing to speak with me when I had to tow the vehicle to another repair shop. I would not recommend this shop.

I live near Belleview, but I happened to be in the Beverly Hills area today when my van started to have problems. I managed to limp into the R&B parking lot, hoping that it was something minor that they could fix and send me on my way. No such luck. :-( They gave me a reasonable estimate for repairs, but the problem was that I couldn't leave the van that far from home (and had no way to get home or to come back to get the van once repairs were made). So, I had to call my insurance company to arrange for a tow (and a ride) back home.The reason I wanted to leave this rating is because everyone at R&B was so kind and helpful, even though they weren't going to be making the repairs. They let me wait for hours in the A/C while they checked out my van, test drove it, worked up an estimate, and then I waited for the tow truck. They gave me a bottle of cold water and were so hospitable and friendly. I wish that I could have left the van with them. While I was there, other customers who were also waiting told me how much they love and trust the people at R&B. A great recommendation all around! It was wonderful to encounter such nice people on such a hot, frustrating day.

After getting a flat and going through the hassle I went through. I wish I would have found them first! Nice personable people, very affordable and you don t feel like they are trying to take advantage of you in any way. (As I sat in the office I observed this with every single customer.) This is the place to go people, these guys saved my day!!!!!!!Thank you R&B s

Ready to have it feel like friends are working on your car? The reason I started going here, is because I was going to Maintenance and More in Crystal River. Every time I would leave there I would literally feel robbed and like they would say anything to get me to spend more moneyNot here at R&B. First off, they take the cake when it comes to professionalism and timeliness. Im a full time student and because of that I dread repair costs. I never feel robbed there or like they're trying to talk in circles to me. Straight to the point and highly affordable. I literally have a love for them! I'll never go anywhere else!
