This is my go-to auto parts store. Great prices. Great service, military discount I always have the parts I need for any of my vehicles. If they don't have it in stock look at it from another store or the warehouse

Average chain auto parts store, they seem kind of pricy for oil and oil filters, if thats all you need drive down the road a little further and visit Walmart and same some $$

Walked in here looking for a torx bit. Four employees standing at the counter when I walked in. None acknowledged me. They stood and talked about the young employee's upcoming driving test. I looked for about 5 minutes then left. They all looked at me on my way out and again didn't bother speaking to me.Also - unrelated, but please show your appreciation for first responders without desecrating the flag. The flag of the United States is Red White and Blue.

Carol was amazing, I was given the wrong part at a different location, a good while ago, but didn't need to change the part till another brake change that occured yesterday,so I tried to call and see if the wrong part given could be rectified,I called thinking it was a very long stretch to being able to make it happen and Carol made it so easy it was amazing !!! Very very much appreciated ! Customer service was at 1000%no hassle given to me about it being awhile ago

Amazing device selection and staff. Management was super effective and efficient. Nick, I believe his name was, had the knowledge and suggestions that saved me probably thousands in the long run. By checking one simple issue (that he suggested) before I started dropping my whole pay check on new system I didn't need. Thank you. You've won a life long customer. 10 out of 10

Every time I m here for anything I always ask for Jess and she is happy to help me. I ve never been in a happier workplace filled with good people. They re all like a little family. Jess has given me a lot of help, advice, tips, and extra knowledge with things. She s an amazing employee with a great attitude and will always put customers first! I really hope she becomes manager with the way she treats this job and gets the promotion she deserves!

Before O'Reilly I went to the competitor A Z across the street and was told the spark plug that I needed was not available and there's no alternative replacement. O'Reilly had the exact part same brand with matching number and all. The assistant manager at O'Reilly assisted me, she was courteous and professional.

Between my wife and I, we own 7 vehicles. A little late model imported sedan, a pick-up, a van, and four motorcycles, going back 5 decades. Needless to say, I need things on occasion. Lol! I have several nearby choices, but always use O'Reilly. They simply have better customer service, and knowledge, across the board. I assume it's the "Corporate Philosophy", but they are so much better than "Brand X"I live ten minutes from this store, but from my experience, they are all pretty much the same.

I usually come in here with my boyfriend. The staff is often courteous and helpful and greets everyone, and jokes around with the other men in the store and keeps a light, welcome mood. Well yesterday I went in solo to buy a hand cart for my massage table. They are right in front of the register, and I had seen them on my last visit, so I went straight to pick one up and straight to stand in line. There were three male customers in line, and three male employees. Two of the employees were talking to the three customers. Another male customer came from down the aisle that was clearly no where near in line, then one of the two staffers speaking with the three men came and helped him first, even though I was clearly in line waiting. Then another staffer finally came to assist me. It wasn't a long wait at all, maybe under a minute, so this isn't a complaint about the time. Like I said, everyone is often helpful. But to be a woman in a room full of men and to be ignored as a customer who is next in line or not treated with the same courtesy is disheartening.

I've normally never had any issues with O'Reilly Auto Parts, but today was the worst visit I've ever experienced. Lack of employees should never cause you to have a negative attitude towards customers. I myself have worked in parts for almost 30 years so I'm normally understandable. Today I was disappointed with employee attitude towards me and my wife. I will return but it may just be to return my purchase!

I was completely ignored. The old guy wouldn't even look up from the computer to acknowledge me until I walked away headed for the door leaving my merchandise on the counter. I'm not a rude person. I don't deserve to be treated like I'm invisible. Maybe this company should think about improving their customer service before they lose all their customers. I refuse to step foot in any of these stores in the future.

Installed windshield wipers for my husband when the place across the street refused because it has been raining about 20 minutes before. They did it nicely and even commented how they actually spent 30 minutes in the rain installing wipers for another customer earlier. That's great customer service.

After being told by the guy at Auto zone that they couldn't change my dead battery that had to be jumped to start again, I went over to O'Reilly auto parts and the lady there had no problem helping me out. And she did a professional job! So BIG shout out to O'Reilly auto parts! Thank You for your help! Oh, and the battery was better than the ones at Auto Zone too.

I have gone into other parts stores to be ignored because I am female.Here they are always helpful and friendly. The staff was awesome. They went above and beyond.My starter died on my 5speed Corola. They got me the right part and gave me a push to start my car, so I could get home to install it.

I had a dead battery in my car so I started it at home and went to get a battery around 7:30 am 12 November . When I arrived I turned off my car a then found the store wasn't open because of the hurricane. At 8:45 I called the district manager who said some one would contact me . As I started to return to my car Carol pulled into the parking lot. Carol ask what I needed , I told her my car would not start and she replied " this my day off and we're on delay opening because of the hurricane but I'm going to help you." Carol then unlocked the door and gathered some tools and checked my battery and then checked to confirm under warranty and brought up a new battery and headed to the door ,i said i could install it and she replied you have waited long enough I'll install it for you.A few minutes later i was on my way.Carol is and example of a person that believes in customer service. She is an asset to the o riley's organization and such a breath of fresh air when it comes to helping a customer .The care I get at O'Reilly is why I only shop there. Thank you so much Carol.

Went in for a cabin filter for my car. Carol was just fantastic. Quick service, extremely pleasant, and even came out and put the filter in for me !!!!!You can get a part anywhere, but great customer service is a true find !!!!!!J.C.

Help was great in store. Best service in an O'Reilly store compared to the store in Rancho Cordova, CA. Where service sucked. Guys here in Beverly Hills are the best who've taken care of us. Unfortunately, which wasn't their fault we wanted a gel battery for our Harley, but the electrical attachments come on the wrong side compared to our battery settings. These guys leave the counters to help you & all are friendly, not grouchy like in CA. We're repeat customers!

Friendly people on the valuable customer more than AutoZone anymore I know the managers I see the same players every day they held me a lot when I need it and they've been caring a lot of parts for my car down places do not carry

Very helpful. They able to hook my car to their computer reader and figure out what the trouble codes were. Thankfully, it was simple. But they were very professional and kind, even though they were really busy.
