Listen folks. I have used Wilke's since I was referred to them by Jerry at Seamless Gutters. Since 2020 my husband and I have taken our various vehicles to Wilke's and have always been 100% happy. Pleased with the service, the honesty, the prices and the repair timeI am truly sorry for not reviewing this business in the past. We highly recommend Ken and Dave at Wilke's General Automotive Services.

Very knowledgable on vehicle diagnosis. I had a weird clunking noise coming from the rear of my 1998 4 Runner . Ken and Dave got it up on the lift and found both rear shocks to be blown out . Parts order and installed at lightning speed. Had me back on the road in about a hour. I Will bring all my vehicle to this shop without hesitation. Thank You Ken and Dave

I know that honest and mechanic don t always go together, but it definitely does at this shop. Dave, Ken, and Macy are all super knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and efficient. I ve brought my Jeep to them several times(and the truck once)and each time I ve been super happy with everything. The old parts are always saved until I pick up the vehicle, so they can show me how worn they were.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great Honest mechanics who go above and beyond. Point out things that could effect performance or safety but without making you feel pressured to do something before it s time and not trying to upsell you. Very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain and answer questions to be sure you are making the right decisions for yourself or your family. Highly impressed with Ken Matthews the new owner as well as Dave And Maycie. Five Stars! It s so great to say I have an honest mechanic who got all of the dummy lights to go off and I feel great about referring others to.

Took my truck in for a basic repair and I have had to take it back to them 3 times over 4 weeks to make them fix what was broken after they "fixed it". Beware this shop the owner is kind and reasonable but his workforce and the parts that they use are a joke. To be more specific i had the front CV axles changed and they have broken twice now and after I got my truck back the second time the front differential was completely empty of gear oil. When I received the truck back the entire vacuum system was taken apart and my radio was gone with no sign of a breakin the doors were still locked and there were no signs of forced entry. I have had to go back and fix this on my own paying for it out of my pocket. They do not check their work and look for the quickest way to make a profit without thinking of their work quality.

I ve waited to write this for a couple months. Firstly, the crew at Wilkes is just outstanding. Courteous and friendly staff who really understand their profession.I was having issues with my engine and had taken it to be diagnosed at another reputable shop. Well long story short the team at Wilkes saved me at least $7000 and had my truck done within a three days. I ve driven the truck long enough now I can say with out a doubt that these guys do quality work, there hasn t been a single issue pop up.I don t do many online reviews but these guys just blew me away with the quality and speed of their service.Services: Engine repair, Transmission repair

Ken is awesome! I came in to get help with my car and was referred to them by a church member! He was very attentive and listened to my issue and gave me a fair price for the repair AND had it done the same day! Great work, fair price and trustworthy! Thank you for doing a great job on my car! It's working great!

Brought my 2006 lexus in for a timing belt and Ken and Dave were honest, reasonably priced and went above and beyond. If I ever need something done to my car in the future, I will always come back here.

They have great everyone have great customer service and all mechanics have a lot of years of experience a mechanic named Ken let's just say he gets it done from prices to customer service go check them out!!!!!!

I cannot express to you what wonderful experiences I have had with this shop, the owner or the mechanics! I have found the most honest and caring shop with quality work at reasonable pricing and without the high pressure upselling practices that so many other shops employ. In the last several months they have assisted me in triaging what was an eminent need to repair for safety s sake and what I could put off until my budget allowed without consequence while we have worked through the list. My tahoe was a used vehicle purchase and in the last 4 years of ownership it has never run as well or driven as well as it has since Ken Matthews and Dave have gone through it and made her more road worthy and at great pricing! These guys are fair honest and have shown integrity which is apparently becoming a rare thing in the world. I love my Tahoe again and I owe it to these folks. Give them an opportunity. You won t regret it and as a female I can tell you they educated me without making me feel uncomfortable or as though I couldn t comprehend the issues while assisting me and I appreciate that. Highly recommend to everyone! Five Stars

I have used Wilke's Automotive for over 20 years and never had a single problem or complaint. Most honest repair shop around. They take the time to fully explain everything they do. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone else. They definitely are a +5 star business.

Really appreciate how transparent they are. They diagnosed my problem before quoting me and charged me almost half price what I received from other shops. Fixed my car in a few hours and I drove off the same day! Definitely recommend for upfront business practices and awesome customer service

Owner and his worker were very nice and helped me out with an issue last minute Later came to have them fully fix the issue with an oil change as well it came out great my only complaint is that they re a bit pricey (for our area I think so at least)

I had my water pump fixed here a year ago and it was supposed to fix the radiator fluid leaking. Unfortunately not only did the fluid start leaking again within months, but now the water pump has gone bad. I suspect he uses very cheap parts. Jack is good at what he does but the parts he uses are very cheaply made.I also had an oil pressure sensor replaced. It too went bad within 6 months.He does great work but it won't last because he isn't using quality parts. Buyer beware.

By far the best! Stop by & Jack the owner is there 99% & he is a hands on owner. We have 3 cars Wilke s is our mechanic shop. Give them a shot you will not be disappointed. As far as price they re great.

Jack was very pleasant, proper and polite. He knows his business. I am very happy with the service I received from him and his shop. Will be back again and will refer him to all people who are looking for a good Repair shop.

Folks you deal with the owner Jack. Prices are great when compared to dealer or even other shops. Workmanship & service exceptional. I strongly recommend this place. Shop is bigger than pictured. Give them a shot. You ll be hooked.

Took my truck...said he can fix itPaid all kinds of money for part'sTruck was at the shop for 3 weeksHe never fixed itBut he did give me a bill for 800$But I paid the billTook my truck to Orlando to a shopThey took one day and got the job doneI don't recommend this shop for anything it was a rip off

these people pretend to be mechanics and yet have no idea what they are doing, they cant figure something out and then blame someone else. DONT bring your vehicle here and waste your money, the one gentleman looking at my daughter strange he might be a pervert.

Had my vehicle for several months when I got tired of being told it'll be done tomorrow every day I went up there to tell him I wanted my car back that day and was tired of being lied to his "step daughter" who is also the "receptionist" felt it necessary to threaten me while I'm pregnant nonetheless then after being told to shut up by the owner she walked away while punching her hand dont go here unless you want incomplete work and rude customer service I've brought two cars to him both of which ended in the same way he had them for several months and didn't get the job done at all
