The whole team was great to work with. Tom was great at helping me sort through options and Mr Jackson was pleasant and efficient getting things squared away on the test drive. Their facility is immaculate! They conveniently offer oil changes so I was also able to knock that off my check list while I was there as well. They are constantly referenced in the many RV groups I m a member of online and I ve never once seen a negative thing said about the team or service.

I own a boat sales and service center and appreciate great sales and service. I called three days ahead, scheduled an install of Safe T Plus steering and Koni shocks for my 2017 Tiffin Phaeton 40AH. Due to bad weather we left NC for FL a day early and Tom got me in a day early so no time was wasted. HQ sent me a nice professional quote by email so there were no surprises. Upon arrival I was greeted by name by Tom, the manager. Appreciating the upsell, I ended up also installing motion control units... which they had IN STOCK for my application. The install tech "Tyler" went with me on a road test and after a long day's work im sure he was tired and ready to rush through this part... but no he was patient, courteous and articulate in his instructions... and he took his time to make sure all was good... even asking me if I was comfortable with the new handling. The tech made a small adjustment on the road test to make sure we were good. He takes pride in his work and explained how he torqued bolts and checked for air leaks. And so we are now off to the races feeling more confident in my handling. By the way the shop is clean with a waiting area, snacks, fluids and a clean restroom for the Misses Paul. And bonus, I didnt feel like driving home that night so we dry camped out back for the night. Can't say enough about this nice tight operation. The tech deserves a raise! (Did I mention the gift bag upon departure from Tom?)

Went to SafeTPlus today for installation of some upgrades. Once the tech, Barry took a look at the front axle he noticed a snapped U-Bolt. This had to be repaired before the work was completed. The store manager, Tom Lannert & Barry explained the issue and this was something that they do not have in stock. No worries ..Tom hopped in his vehicle & set off on a 1 1/2 hr. round trip to pickup the U-Bolt. Barry removed the old equipment before Tom arrived back & work was completed as scheduled.Cannot express how much we appreciate them going on and beyond the call of duty. Very happy with the upgrades & would highly recommend this company.Special thank you to Tom & Barry for making it all work out .

Went to Safe-T-Plus to have the stabilizer installed on our coach, and we ended up adding the Koni Shocks. The manager, Tom was very helpful. The location is new, but still very clean and well maintained. Highly suggest visiting this location!

WOW! What a great shop! We stopped in the new Safe-T-Plus store in Belleview to get my Safe-T-Plus inspected. The Shop Manager, Tom, went above and beyond to help resolve my issues. This shop is now doing Oil Changes on Motorhomes. We love how the Safe-T-Plus Steering Damper has made my Tiffin Allegro Bus even safer and easier to drive! Be sure to look them up.

All I can say is.... Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!I have a 2021 Bay Star on the Ford F53 chassis. It wandered all over the road and when a tractor trailer would go by I would have to hang on for dear life. On top of that my steering wheel was not centered and it always looked like I was turning left. I had the coach aligned and that did not fix the problem and was told that is just the way it is. I went to two other places and they told me the same thing. I contacted Safe T Plus and they said they could fix all my issues and they now have a place in Florida where I live. So that this doesn't become a book, lets just say they fixed every issue and now my coach is a dream to drive. I am so pleased with how professional and pleasant everyone was at the shop. I would highly recommend Safe T Plus.

I drove my class A motorhome from DeLand Florida to belleview Florida to have them put a steering assist on and koni shocks. The drive over on route 42 had a bunch of turns and I was White knuckled all the way. my stress level was high. I had to use both hands swinging the steering wheel back and forth. I finally got there. They had a team there and jump right on it. Drove back on route 42 but this time I was driving one-handed eating a hot dog without a care. Great experience I'm going back next week to have them put sumo springs on.Service: Steering & suspension repair
