I went to this place with my mom to get her oil done. So far we've been here for about 30 minutes. They are short a technician today. So it's going to take some extra time for us to get our oil change. Of course I'm only visiting here in Ocala. Me and my mom are going everywhere she needs to go and getting done everything she needs to get done. The people are very friendly here at this establishment. Thanks for being so nice to my mom. Anyone who treats my mom nice their friend of mine. Thank you for the great experience and making sure that my mom's car is safe for the road

First of the day. Everyone was ready to go, from the service advisors (thanks for your help, Joe) to the techs who did a 60k maintenance plus additional work and still took under a couple of hours. Made my day! Car is performing beautifully. Thanks for a great experience.

Took my F150 in for oil change, wiper blades, engine air filter, cabin filter, and front brake pads/rotors and was performed in less than 2hrs at no charge and at no charge thanks to Fords Premium Service Plan it pays to have it. Great Service good guys and no appt. needed. Highly recommend Gary Yeoman Ford Villages.

It was okay. I use Quick Lanes at Ford locations when traveling. No one ever went over the maintenance check. No idea if belts and filters or anything else need to be addressed.

Pleasantly surprised. They don't do appointments so I took a chance. Arrived at 2 PM for a 20000 mile service and was on my way home at 3 PM. Austin Lee checked me in and spent time both before and after the service explaining what they were doing and after, what they had done. Very happy customer. You'll be seeing me next service.

I have been getting my cars serviced here for 8 years. I am sorry to say it is getting worse. It's about a 2 hour wait now for an oil change. The front desk guys seem disinterested and the technicians move like they have until noon tomorrow to finish a job. A good Manager is needed to motivate this group.

Was being painted but service was good and wait was shorter than stated. Only negative was asked for 40,000 mile oil change and didn't ask what oil i wanted. Put synthetic blend but manuel suggests full synthetic.

The people are very nice, helpful, explain everything. My gripe is every time I get my car back the mats have grease on them, the steering wheel is filthy, and the seat controls have been changed. I get it that a big guy can't fit in the car with my seat settings, but please, just push it back, don't alter the tilt! Such a small thing to keep a customer's car clean. They always cheerfully clean it up. But today I was just too tired to ask for this to be done.

I called to make an appointment for the 35,000 mile check up. They fit me in the same day. Everything was done and the car washed in about two hours. Service staff were very polite and accommodating. Had a nice chat with a sales person who did not pressure me to buy a car. I did find that one valve stem cover is missing but I had a spare one.

This Dealership is heads and shoulders above the rest (Keys Scales).. Service advisor Jay is beyond expectation for customer service. Everyone in the Quick Lube, parts and sales department just really care. Did I mention how great Jay the Service advisor is? Need service. Just go there and know they care! (,And I'm a PIA)

Staff is kind, asked and assisted me in getting myself scheduled for oil service.Was told 40 minute wait..1.5 hours later still waiting. Asked for my keys back and went down the road into town to a Havoline oil change. Same price..seen immediately and same price for oil change.

I had a simple four wheel auto alignment performed. I called ahead of time and the service advisor let me know the best time for quickest service, which was later in the day. The work took less than an hour including inspection of other systems. I would recommend using Village Ford for maintaining your automobile.

I have had the best experience each time I take my autos in for service. This last visit was by far the best. Friendly staff willing to help me make the right choices as for the service needed to keep my Ford in top condition.

I have been using this Quick Lane for 7 years, since I bought my truck in 2012. Always been professional and extremely helpful. They have never tried to up-sale unless it was needed.

Sitting here for over an hour. For an oil change. Stopped here Saturday morning , they did not have filter. I asked them to order it. 2 miles down the road. To be there late Saturday, So I could come back Monday and not have to wait. I called this morning they said it would be here by 10:30 0Or 11:00 am. I'm here at 11:00 ,,,, now for an hour and a half. So it gos to show you Village Ford will do the least for their customers as they can . I suggest ocala, or keys. Next visit.

No appointments necessary. Took me right in around noon and out just 45minutes later. Clean waiting area and rest room. It was all good.
