The moment I walked in the store I instantly felt the sense of unwelcome. The employee behind the desk almost didn't want to talk to me. I had to ask him twice for help, he just pretend he didn't hear me. His face expression was very unwelcome. As I was walking out with my son, he looked at me and said yeah I felt that too. It was such an awkward feeling. The man didn't want to talk to us. We were the only customer in the store at the time. Keep in mind we're from out of state, he dosen't know us. We were just passing through. It was my first time in that store. We went up the block to another auto store, the atmosphere was very present and welcoming. What a difference. It was like night and day. Writing this review feels just as weired as it did in that store. Thinking about that experience just sends shiver up my spine.

Great service. They spent alot if time searching out the wheel bearings I needed for the 40 + year old axles on a cargo trailer. Thank you for your knowledge and persistence.Greg Hall

they do not respect the schedules. supposedly on Saturdays they are open until 5pm but it is not true. When you get to the store you find a sign that says until 4pm but not even that is true, I was here at 3:50 and they were already closed. disappointing

Joe did his best to find a set of wheel bearing seals for a trailer but they were just a little small. He then referred me to another business where I found a set to fit .I returned the seals back to him and in return bought some other items for my truck. I appreciated his effort to help me out and will return for any future needs I may have.

Unfortunately, they acted like I didn't know what I was doing. Stopped in here because it was omwh. it's been 20 years seems nothing has changed.

This store was excellent. They got me the parts I needed at a fair price. They also worked with me on what I needed as I needed it, since I broke down and was an out of towner. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area.....they are definitely worth the visit.

good car and truck parts,and more. sales people are all trained and know what they are doing. The web site is good also. Some times it is so busy in there it reminds me of a kicked ant hill.

Went in expecting to hear a big NO, because I had checked every parts store in town for a specialty wheel to take off pin stripes. They knew what I was talking about, had it in stock, and gave me a discount after hearing my story of checking EVERY parts store in town.AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING store. I usually buy $5,000+ in auto parts stores a year between maintenance and just adding stuff to my vehicles. They now have all my business.

Owned locally, had what I wanted. Cheaper then the chain stores. Had employees that could actually do their job. Great place to get your autoparts.

DEAD DEAD battery. Wouldn't even turn on their meter to check it. They put on a charger for an hour, got to 12.6 volts.Sent us out the door. Sure hope it will operate the RV slides so we can get it sold. Only 11 months old. Deep cycle marine. NAPA'S top of the line. Store help was good. NAPA'S policy on batteries, not so goodWe'll see when I take it off the trickle charger.

I have been a customer at this Napa for 4 years now since I moved from NY to Ocklawaha Florida, I am a retired repair shop manager and auto mechanic as well as a General manager of a used car Dealership and body shop manager. In these positions I had to buy thousands of dollars of all types of auto parts daily.I buy all of my batteries for my personal vehicles from Napa because I know they are the very best batteries money can buy, they are extremely reliable and last for many many years!I also buy most of the replacement parts I use to service my personal vehicles because the quality is top notch as well.I purchased a tool set from Napa I carry with me when I am on the road and I love the feel and quality of the tool set I purchased from Napa because it is as good as Craftsman, Matco and Snapon and it is very good value for the price i paid and for what you get for your money.Napa's oil filters are made buy wix and again the quality is top of the line.Napa hires knowledgeable counter people who are always happy to answer any questions I have and never give me the wrong part.I never had a bad experience with Napa and there prices are very competitive to on line auto parts retailers.I can see what I am getting and even compare the part to the part I am replacing.I will never buy a part on line if Napa sells it because I also feel very strongly that if I don't support my local store's they won't be there when I want to buy a quality part.Recently i wanted to buy a transmission filter screen for my 03 Infiniti G35 RWD sedan and i wanted to compare prices to on line sellers and I loged intoEbay and the least I saw the filter screen selling for $23.00 and other sellers wanted $28 to $38 dollars and they were unbranded products,this morning I gave this Napa a call and the transmission filter screen part was $19.95 Napa branded and when I went to the store I could clearly tell this part was a very high quality product and of course I purchased it.We all know you get what you pay for but I feel that at Napa you get experienced counter help and high quality products.I have also compared prices to Auto Zone and I find most of the parts at Napa are better quality parts and in most cases cost less money for the part I need.I regard Napa as one of the best places to buy parts and tools to repair my cars or your car,, truck,, or SUV.Bottom line is, it pays to compare parts and prices and don't forget to call or go into a Napa location and compare the parts and prices to the on line stores and the mass retailers in your area !

If you need a specific part this is definitely the place to go. I traveled all over Ocala and couldn't find what I needed then I came to Napa and he had exact what I needed. Good customer service
