Great place with great employees. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place. When no one else would install my spoiler, they did and did it the same day. Very fast and excellent work.

This is not a place everyone wants to visit (like a deli or pub), but if your vehicle needs auto body work, by all means this is where you want to go.My truck was damage o behalf of a valet driver not knowing that a 3500 Dually with crew cab and 8 bed requires much more room to turn and decided to remove some of their building with my trucks quarter panel. Their insurance was a little slow to handle initially, but once moving all was set. Aaron handled my initial quote and fully communicated with me along the repair process. Bobby the technician assigned to the repair did a totally outstanding job and was able to do the complete repair without having to order new panel.First photo was the damage, middle was actually partial repair to show that it could be dome without the new panel and the final was day of pickup at their shop. Everyone was more than kind and polite.Again, it s not a restaurant you plan to frequently visit, but if you ever have damaged caused by someone else (or yourself), give this place a chance. They have an amazing shop and crew.

Mitchell Collision Repair did a great job repairing my truck. They had very good communication throughout the process and finished my vehicle sooner than we they estimated it would be completed. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.

Mitchell Collision is very professional. They do amazing repair work. Their prices are better than other places (l checked). They go above and beyond for their customer's satisfaction. I recommend them 100%. When I got my car back after an accident it looked perfect, like it had been put through a time machine. Seriously! They also found things that were safety issues. I am so grateful to them and will return to them for work in the future.

Very impressive!! I had a great experience from beginning to end. Danny and E are excellent guys that kept me informed of every step of the way. They even went out of their way to help with the insurance company. So happy to deal with honest people who do excellent work!! Not to mention would you believe I got my car back cleaner than when I brought it there. I m extremely happy with the service and the honesty is so refreshing. I recommend Mitchell Collision Repair to anyone who needs their car repaired.

I picked up my car this afternoon and couldn't be happier with the work done. The paint match looks fabulous and the car looks as sharp as the day I picked it up years ago. The staff was professional and personable each time we spoke and the car was finished in the time they said. As a 1st time customer I was impressed and as a bonus, the interior was detailed to make it as clean as the outside. Best repair shop I have ever experienced. All staff was very cordial and accommodating. They spent much time and effort working with my insurance to get the funds essential for my repairs. Some insurers do not inspect your damages right away. They have an app for you to take pictures of the damage. Obviously, this method does not accurately assess internal damages. I think staff went back at least 2 times with claims to get all needed. Finally, an adjuster went to Mitchell s to check for themselves. That is when the ball really got rolling and car was finished.

My car was side-swiped so badly the driver's door wouldn't open. Mitchells was so easy to work with, got my car in there as soon as I contacted them and repaired my car faster than I expected. It now looks as good as new!!! Highly recommend!!

I brought my car here after I was rear ended at a traffic light and they were very professional and friendly. When they finished the repair there were a few minor imperfections in the repair but overall I am very happy with the repair. It was not an easy repair and they made it look almost perfect. I will not hesitate to bring my car to them again in the future if needed. Excellent body shop.

Everything, and I mean everything, about the process went extremely well. I can be fairly critical and I'm coming up empty on how Mitchell's could improve their business. The staff, the shop appearance, the communication, and most importantly the repair was all amazing. Kudos to them.

This is such a reliable and fast collision center, they are incredibly professional and understanding and work with you and consider your personal situation and needs. We personally worked with E who took an amazing care of us and was very punctual and made sure to keep us updated. We were expecting to wait at least 3 days for service to be completed and we got it back day of after ordering parts last week. Jason also gave us a free car wash out of curiosity. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely come back when needed!

Took my 2023 Nissan Altima to Mitchell's for an extensive glass and paint repair. From start to finish they were professional in every way. The body shop is spotless and looks like they take great care in making sure their work is done right and in a timely manner. Got the car back today and it looks like new. Don't hesitate to take your body work needs to Mitchell Collision Repair in Belleview, Fl. In my opinion, they're the best in Marion County.

We took our Mini Cooper Roadster here after hitting a deer. I will never use them again or recommend them. My first red flag was when the secretary asked if this was out of pocket or insurance. My biggest complaint is that the repair was not complete when we were asked to pick it up. The driver side marker is missing. There is an empty impression where it should go. A component (light washer) from the driver headlight is missing. There is a hole where it should be. When I asked about this, I was told that I should order the parts from eBay and watch YouTube videos. I was then told by another staff member that the parts were on order. When I asked whether I would be charged for them, I was told that yes, I would be charged since they were not on the estimate. Why were they not on the estimate if they were required to complete the repair? Why was I called to pick my car up and pay without it being completely repaired even though I stated many times I m in no rush. Another issue that I had is that when I Took my unique Mini Cooper Roadster S model in, it had a racing stripe on the hood. When I picked it up, there was no racing stripe. I was not consulted about this at all. I am left with a car with a racing stripe on the back, and none on the front. If consulted, I would have wanted the stripe, even if it would have cost more money. Another issue is that the hit side driver side fog light is not working but replaced. When I called about this, the staff member insisted that it was working. Why would I say that it wasn t if it was? I was charged for windshield wipers and I know for a fact that they were not changed since I had marked them prior to service ($98.28). What else did they say they changed but didn t? I contacted the owner about my frustrations. At first, he seem to be concerned. He asked for our phone number. A couple of weeks later, he wrote, and said that he had left a phone message. I never had a phone message from him and gave him our phone numbers again to make sure that he had the correct information. I never heard from him again. I paid almost $8k of my own money to get an incomplete Frankenstein of a car back from them.

Mitchell Collision is First Class!! I took my car on Friday before Memorial Day. They had the car taken a part and supplement sent to my insurance company before my ride even got to the shop to pick me up. E, in the office, is amazing. He knows me by name after meeting me one time. Very good guy! Even with the long weekend my car was done by Thursday! I had gone to another well known shop and had to wait over a month just to get an estimate and Mitchell Collision did the estimate within 20 minutes. The work is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. I reccomend them to anyone and everyone who needs body work done. I'm beyond surprised and satisfied with their customer service, attention to detail and efficiency! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you very much !Service: Body & Trim

Fastest most professional shop i have ever dealt with. Job was perfect and ahead of schedule. Communication was frequent. Only negative was that the price was very high (avoided insurance for a minor repair). However, I didn t get competitive bids. I had sideswiped my car Kia Rio 2017 in March and ultimately severely damaging my driver side beyond belief. They scheduled me pretty quickly and my car was fixed in 2 weeks rather than the 3 weeks initially estimated. The mechanic even did me a favor of fixing my passenger wheel well when it was in the shop. The mechanic who worked on my car gave me a follow up call the very next day. Great service.The only reason I didn t give 5 due to the drivers side air bag panel popped off. I noticed it a few days after the car and never thought to call. Otherwise car looks amazing.

I would recommend the professionalism of Mitchell Collision to anyone! I had called other collision centers in the area and no one was as nice on the phone, attentive to detail and had professional follow-through like this company! When I showed up their business was clean and professional -their communication system with me was modern and up-to-date. They had no problem hearing me out and dealing with my insurance and making sure that everything was great at the end as well. I drove off as a happy customer with an awesome car ! This place did a great job. Not just with the car though it was done quite quickly I had problems with the insurance company and adjuster. No worries said Stacy as she explained the process and what she would do to help and she did every single thing she said she would. She to me was the face of the company and they could not have a better person for the job. Everyone though that I did have contact was always professional and polite.Thank you all for everything!P.S. the car looks great....they cleaned it inside and out...with such detail the gas cap plastic piece looked brand new...thank you thank you thank youI highly recommend!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had paint work done on my Elantra through Hyundai. Mitchell Collision was hired by Hyundai to paint parts of the car. Somehow the rims were damaged. I called the dealership and they refused to help. I called Mitchell Collision and spoke with Eusebio (E) who was wonderful. He said the owner would resolve the issue regardless. Within 2 hours the owner, David Mitchell called me and offered to pay for my rims being restored. Awesome customer service. Thank you again, Jenn
