Had a great first time experience here 2 weeks ago. Guy at window helped me find 8 different cars that might the parts I needed. Found them on the 2nd one! Prices were good also!

Last time I came here I had a good experience, but that changed today. I showed up at 11:30am and was rudely refused entry. I checked their website to confirm hours of operation, and no where stated they were closing early. I even checked their Social Media pages to ensure additional information wasn't posted there instead about closing early, which there wasn't. So they seem to close when they want with no care to inform their customers.

They're always bait and switching their prices. They tell you a low price over the phone. And then you get there and spend all your time pulling the part. And then they tell you a much higher price. Just got there pulling a second row seat out of a minivan. They quoted me $40 on the phone I get there and then they try to charge me almost $60 and some change.

They're always high on prices , never helping anyone out don't think your gonna get a deal no way . Junk yards are supposed to help people out if they need a part for there car cheaper then a brand new part , not the same darn price as new

Had to update this place. My husband visited here a couple weeks ago. The gentleman there was so so rude. He was very discouraging. It was so bad his supervisor had to take him to the side and speak to him about the way he was treating my husband. We've visited and purchased here many times. Never an issue. I'm not sure what was the problem with this employee.

Good place but there management sucks unprofessional they will allow Yu to pay to get in right before it closes and still make you leave when there ready to leave annoying horn constantly being blown when trying to talk to them that's there way of ignoring you just pitiful they should do better by there customers or stop charging people to come in then blame Google for saying they close at 5 but they really close at 4:30 get it together people!!!

Don t waste your time with this lot of simpletons. The place is a joke the chubby barely can speak english lady who told me the part I was seeking was there and in fact it wasn t is a joke. The premium lot is a joke they ll direct you to it and will say nothing about your tools not being allowed on until you re in there for some other guy to come up with an attitude telling me I can t have tools in the premium lot like he would ve dared touched me. Why would I pay extra for you guys to take a part off from the premium lot that s beat up ON TOP of the part it self when I can just order a BRAND new part. Like I said this place is a complete joke. Who ever owns this place is the biggest joke.

Looking for a transmission and the website says they have the truck but it doesn't say if it's 4x4. Call them up and they say I have to come their to find out lol

Went to pick up something small for my truck, and found plenty to choose from. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff directed me to the vehicles I needed to see, and the items I purchased were very fair priced. I don't go to junkyards expecting the staff to treat me like royalty, but the staff here treated me better than McDonald's. I will be back if the need arises.

Have had good experiences there & decent pricing. I'd give it 5 stars except there are no pics of the vehicles online which could sometimes save you a trip. Also, be aware that anything listed on "Row 200" is not in the general yard and you'll need to ask them to look at those vehicles in a separate area and they are not self-pull, you have to pay a fee for them to remove parts.

Looked online for a specific car I needed parts from,I'm almost 2 hours away I asked if they could check to see if the part was on the car before i drove 2 hours and they refused,,she didnt tell me anything more than what i saw online,the woman i spoke with was very rude to me and sounded like i bothered her,,sorry for asking to do your job,,,worthless and horrible customer service!!!

The place is empty! They have a handful of picked over late models. Hopefully they will fill the lot back up soon.Update 3/21/24Better organized than before. Rotate stock often, which is good. Prices have increased a lot for simple parts. But we all know who to blame for that!

Called first, said he had 2 of what I needed. Drove 20 miles and he had me looking all over the junkyard. 4000 steps I cheecked my watch. Charges me a dollar to look myself. Turns up he didn't have the part I needed. He tells me check back another time. YEAH RIGHT!

Pretty decent place, but be very mindful. I bought a few things from here and when I called to asked questions I found out that they were lying to me about many things. Make sure if you by any engines that they already pulled make sure they have some form of documentation that stated they tested the engine. Anything you purchased from here make sure you have a full understanding of there policy and returns. They will try to screw you over if given the opportunity.

Usually pretty happy when I go here but I went with a buddy to get window motors for his car and they wanted to charge more than they were at AutoZone brand new.. Wish we knew before we pulled them. The place is still very organized and kept up but I don't know how they stay in business when you can buy new for cheaper. Disappointed..

Easy to navigate and fair prices. If you're coming from a distance and not local I'd call ahead to make sure the vehicle you're looking at online is still in the yard. 24-48 hour delay. I found out the hard way and they only had one of those vehicles

I recently paid a visit to Marion County Auto for an interior part for my truck, the price was very reasonable and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Look no further ,this is the auto supply yard you want!!

Hey my name is Jessica and my husband and I purchased a transmission from a 2004 ford f150, and 2 tires from this junkyard and their associate Brian at the front was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us out being that my husband recently had surgery and cannot walk too far. This place is so unprofessional. No communications between each other. The owner Alex is a joke and goes back on his word all the time. They are crooks and sell you parts that don t work so you have to bring it back so they can try to sell you another one more expensive. They do not abide by what is said on their website. Do not buy anything from these people all they have is pure junk that doesn t work. Always have an excuse for everything. I will never buy anything from them again. I rather go to LKQ where they backup their parts.

This place has grown a lot since last year. There's a lot more cars, and there's a little bit of everything, including some older iron.The special weekends with the deals on parts in the side yard is an added bonus, provided there is something in that smaller yard for you.There's always plenty of wheelbarrows to help you carry your tools and small parts and they're not broken down junk ones like other yards who don't maintain anything.The yard is free of tall grass and weeds that you can't see through unlike other nearby yards.The staff are for the most part friendly, and helpful.The only negative thing I can say about this yard is the lack of customer restrooms, not even a port o john.Sometimes you can be out there for hours trying to pull parts, and the lack of restrooms for customers is a real inconvenience.And the nearest location is a mile and a half away at a convenient store.Still this place is a big help as this area has fewer u-pull yards than it used to, and there's not a jerk at the front gate who makes up his own prices whenever he feels like it, and hoards all of the good parts for himself.Thanks to this team for keeping this location together so that your customers want to come back.

Very professional organization!! If you need a good quality used part, this is the place to get it. I've done lots of business here and there customer service is second to none. This is the only scrapyard I will go to when I need used parts for my customers. Manny and company, thank y'all for helping me keep my business going!!

This is a great place for used auto you have to go out and get your own part off the trucks and cars but they have a large selection almost every model. You don't mind doing a little work you can get great prices for items that if you went to buy from a parts shop would cost you an arm and a leg staff is friendly and helpful they do have full service available they charge for it I'm not sure because I went out and got my own parts for a ram truck.

They will over charge u one time I went to get a intake and they charged me for a metal bracket that was on the intake said it was a rule for a core charge for itAnother time I had asked the lady there where a car was and was told to look in there it s in row 37 I could not find said car went back up there and asked her again where the car was a guy came in the office and said oh that car was scared last weekThis last time I was there I found the cars in there inventory list and went in come to find out there in the premium lot and I can t go there and pick the part if I want it as the lady again put it there would be a $36 to pull that part and then that part would cost an additional $30 oh I also had to wait till the next day they will rob u blind if u don t read there parts price list they love to over charge you for everything
