Once again the experience going into this shop was great. Great customer service very reasonably priced and there honest which is hard to find now a days. Have gone to them twice and will continue to go to them for me car needs. Highly recommended

Gregg Smith automotive has long been the very best in the area. I just learned today that Gregg Smith has retired and sold the business. They need to update their website to reflect that it is no longer family owned and operated. Time will tell by the reviews whether the new owners maintain the same quality of work and customer service.

Very professional and highly experienced staff, office and technicians, very impressive. I was rehabbing the ride and drive components of an older Pontiac Vibe and had had a complete overhaul, struts, brakes, front axles including CV's and tie rods performed at a substandard level. When I took it to Gregg Smith, they patiently showed me every area and component that had been incorrectly installed or was substandard and then they correctly performed the re-installation and replacement all of the components that I needed to make my ride safe. Additionally, they identified, diagnosed, and corrected several additional problems that the previous installers had missed. NAPA Certified and AAA recommended and now Recommended by Me, a new loyal customer! Thank you!

As good an experience as car trouble can be. We were even given a ride to the rental car company. Great communication system both automated and follow up by a call from a knowledgeable person, which kept us informed of the progress.

I brought my car in for a new front caliper and possible rotor. Maybe a 300 repair. They replaced both calipers, both rotors, one week old brake pads, all hoses and fluid, I got a bill of just over 1300.00. They said it was a safety issue. I am a licensed safety inspector in NH. It did not need the extra repairs. I called where they bought the parts as they seemed high. They charged me almost twice retail for all the parts, I questioned the business practice and honesty considering I have used them for 10 years. The original owners have sold the business, they are no longer the family run, trustworthy place they once were. Just relaying my experiences today. Be warned.

Excellent service as usual. Been using Gregg Smith Automotive for a few years now, and they can t be beat. Certified by AAA which is well earned they know what they re doing and they re honest, down to earth, and friendly too. I travel a distance (from Dunnellon to Belleview) to use them as my go-to car maintenance/repair place and they have never disappointed. Highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are very pleased with the service we received. Pricing was acceptable and the work was done in a timely manner. We will use them again. They changed the rear wheel bearings on a 2015 Subaru Forester at a way lower price than a local Subaru Dealer quoted.

Attention Villagers!Don t waste your time! I m a statewide fleet Maintence supervisor for a large fleet. I deal with many different shops and have never been told by a single one of them that we don t work in anything older then 2000 car.Pretty sad for a shop to turn away people. Especially someone like myself that in the past 3 years has put 36k into a 1990 pickup.

They do Great work , I've used them numerous times and it seems to always cost over 1000$ , again great work, but as a frequent customer I feel the prices are way too high, will shop around next time.

We took our car into a dealership with a problem that should ve been covered under warranty but they said it wouldn t be. We had Gregg Smith Auto look at it and found that the dealership had lied and given false information to us. We had them do some other repairs for us in the meantime and then took it back to the dealership. Gregg Smith Auto provided us the documentation showing they lied to us to make sure they covered the $1000 repair under warranty. I cannot say enough about this company. They have lifelong customers in us now. So grateful to have found an honest and knowledgeable mechanic.
