Initially, when I purchased my car year ago I was satisfied with their business. Which is why when my car was barely drive-able (after only a year) I didn't mind taking out ANOTHER loan with them by trading in and getting a newer car (aka extending my loan, aka giving them more $) because after doing business with them for over a year I was satisfied. However, I came in the week my payment was due last month (ready to pay what I needed to get a new car) and the receptionist told me due to storm and Sandra being out of town to come back the NEXT week Tues. I called Tuesday and let the receptionist, Essie, know I was on the way and she advised me to come back the NEXT day because then Sandra had to catch up on work from being out. Then I came the NEXT day and spoke with Sandra about getting a new car. She was able to get me approved by several lenders because I always made my payments and my payments were current up until that month due to me notifying them the car was barely drive-able and I wanted a new one. I was willing to pay what they wanted for me to get a new car that day. But then, after being APPROVED, she tells me to WAIT 3 days (when any other car company would sign on the spot when already approved) to find out what else the financier may need from me (she already had my proof of income and residency). 3 days came and went I heard nothing from her. The drive to Belleview from where I live is pretty far and I didn't think I'd make it in my useless car. So I called several times. I left messages with Essie (who acted like she had no idea either why Sandra would tell me to wait after being approved) and I left messages on their voicemail pleading with Sandra to call because I didn't know if my car would make it back and forth to work the following week. Heard NOTHING. So I decided, Sandra would surely contact me by phone, email, or text like she always does for a payment reminder if I've forgotten. However, I heard nothing. Then, the NEXT MONTH, (after being only ONE month behind due to their own inefficiency) Sandra contacts me and tells me if I don't make a payment that SAME day my car would be repossessed the next day (which I thought was funny due to the fact I was not able to get same day service). Nevertheless, her word was true THAT time because my car was repossessed due to me deciding to never give them a dime of my money again after not getting the service I desired after being a paying customer for over a year. This is a honest to God story and I told Sandra that they are wrong and are very poor at handling their business, not to mention big liars. I referred my two brothers to them after I first bought my car because I was satisfied at first. My first brother was skeptical of buying a Jaguar from them for the low price they wanted, but after being assured how it was such a great car and reliable he brought it and after a few weeks the motor blew out. And he had to curse Sandra out just to get a new one after selling him a lemon because she was not going to refund him (I was embarrassed for referring him by then). My second brother brought a Dodge Journey from Sandra that paint job was peeling and the car was discolored, she promised if he brought the car she would send it to the shop to have it painted. He took it home after the promise of her people painting the car the NEXT week (are you starting to see a pattern here). It has almost been a year and the car still has not been painted. These are very true stories and because of this I will NEVER do business with place again. If you are looking for fake smiles and congeniality go to Sandra. However, if you are reliability and professionalism, I advise go somewhere else. They don't play by the book and make things up as they go along to suit their need at the time.
