If you want honesty and integrity and very reasonable prices, then this is your place. I have only lived in Ocala for 3 years but we have had cause to use them in 5 separate occasions and every single time they were amazing. I referred a friend from work there for a set of tires and Baseline was half the price of the dealership. Give them a chance and experience old school service over today s flashy signs and bogus offers. Honesty and integrity have no price. Thank you

Very thankful for this place! They got me in on short notice when my car wouldn t start and got it back to me the same evening. I have always heard great things about them but now I can personally recommend them! Definitely people you can trust with your vehicle!

We are from out of town and our tire blew near their shop. They had to order a tire which came in the next day. Friendly and professional service. We were very impressed.

Totally disappointed. Bought 2 expensive tires and NO guarantee. Not mileage, time, trial period, or service. Poor customer care. I never thought any reputable new tires were sold w/o ANY guarantee. Someone should have spoke up.

I took my '72 Monte Carlo in for an alignment after Baseline was recommended to me by another shop that finally figured out they couldn't do an alignment on a car that old. Before they figured that out I had been quoted "around $300".Took it to Baseline and I was out the door for $80 and in far less time than "the other place" had said it would take. The folks at Baseline are super friendly and get the job done right. I highly recommend them for your auto care needs.

This place was really quick and people were very nice. Now how ever we thought there prices on new tires were a little high. They don't really have friendly parking very small not a lot of room so definitely don't take a big car in there. But over all they were very quick and nice. They get the job done. A gentleman called me and went above and beyond to make my experience one of a kind with them and they did just that. So I will give them a five star rating I have never had an owner try and get a hold of me to make sure I had the utmost best experience there. So I definitely give them the credit for reaching out and caring for the customers that visit them. So thank you for reaching out to meet the concerns we had. I definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

This is a very honest and helpful place. They have a good selection of tires and services.Most of the time, the job is done right the first time.But on the rare occasion it is not, they put it right, a hassle-free honouring of their warranty. Back in my youth in New Zealand, there was a well regarded appliance retailer named Alan Martin (d. 2007) of L.V. Martin & Son Ltd (now Smith City). His slogan was, If it s not right we will put it right, and it s the putting right that counts . I'm happy that this attitude is alive and well in Florida as well.They did a great job with my wife's Landrover and it's running very well. They even said we could return after a few hundred miles to check that it is still working.

Moved to the Belleview area a few years ago and a friend recommended Baseline for my auto care needs. I ve been here multiple times for oil changes and tire needs, and everything is always taken care of thoroughly and efficiently! So appreciative of the hardworking team at Baseline. 10/10 recommend if you live in the Ocala/Belleview area!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Called about getting my front break pads replaced, Eric game me a reasonable quote and said they. Oils do them first thing in the morning. Sold. After starting work on my car, Eric informed me that I would also need front rotors and rear pads. Ouch. (Who likes spending more money?) But again, a very reasonable price for the work to be done. Now my breaks feel GREAT and I m quite happy knowing my car and family will be safe! Thanks Eric and all at Baseline!

I've taken my vehicles to Baseline many times for different services. Their staff is always nice, polite and informative. Their prices are great. Called in the morning and talked to Eric Originally, Not only did they get my tire in that they needed to order the same day. They had me in at 2:00 and out by 2:15ish.great service fast speed Affordable unlike a lot of places I've been they have a great team and i will be taking my personal vehicles here again!

If you have issues with you car, GO HERE. Eric is an honest, generous, hard working man and I am extremely proud to have done business with him. He provided by far the best auto repair experience I have had in this country. I needed my entire brake system replaced in order to make a big 9 hour trip that evening. I was in a desperate circumstance. Despite his shop being decently busy, he and his mechanics did what they could to get my car done that same day, which was a very kind gesture on both of their parts. Not only that, but the next morning, he called me to make sure I d made it safely to my destination. This made it clear to me that he values his craft SO much more than the paycheck it produces. He genuinely cares about you, and it shows. And I honestly think that everyone should tip him if they are able to, because he literally saved me $600 when comparing to other shops in the area (especially a particular newer one just down the road). I wish I could rate Baseline Tire as 100 stars, because the way this man carries himself and his company is exactly how business should be conducted - efficiently, smoothly, genuinely, sociably, and most important: honestly. Pathetic. Gentleman running the desk paid very little attention when receiving the instructions for my vehicle and ended up replacing the completely wrong tire. An inexcusable lack of attention to detail.

I was in Florida for work over the summer and ended up needing my brakes replaced. Eric was not only HONEST and upfront about everything from their timeline and the prices but he went out of his way to make sure they could get my car taken care of in the small window of time I had before needing to head back to Arizona where I live. These guys have earned my lifelong business. I will be scheduling at least an oil change every time I travel to Florida from now on. They are reputable, no nonsense, good guys doing solid work.Important note: I originally went to Mavis who tried to charge me almost double what Baseline charged. I only left Mavis after they failed to get my car addressed and kept delaying the work prompting me to take my car to another shop that could honor their commitment. I m so glad I did. Saved myself over $600 by driving 2 minutes down the road to these guys.Thank you, Eric!!- Madicyn

I had a flat tire on my vehicle when I went out in the morning. I switched the tire out with the spare and took the original in to Baseline to see if it could be repaired, or if I needed to replace it. It was a fairly new Michelin but I could see a metal shard sticking out, and it appeared like it sliced a tear in the tire going in. They called me back and said the metal did not penetrate the interior very much. They patched it up and switched it back for me. 30 bucks. I really appreciate that they were honest and did not tell me that I needed a new tire. I will definitely use them again.
