Just wanted to give a shout out to the excellent staff at Performance Napa in Lake Placid. Our car battery went out with no warning leaving us stranded. They went out of thier way to get us up and running, even to the point of delivering the battery to us! Awesome hometown customer service!

I was stuck out of my car and Meriam cared and went above and beyond to help my to get the right tools and suggestions.I ended up buying some oil and materials also.Great staff and thank you Napa!

As I sit here broke down on the water. The great guys at napa in belle glade (Mr Richard and staff) are on the way with some fuel line for me to get going again. There is more to the story, but I'm just going to say they went above and beyond what they had to... First class folks

Been getting parts for years. It is always my first choice of parts. Store is well laid out and staff is tremendously kind and helpful.

I was in the store/all the staff were talking and making jokes, and no one asked if I needed help.Estuve en la / tienda todo el personal estaban hablando y hacindo chistes, y nadie pregunt� si necesitaba ayuda.
