I got into a car accident a few months back, and I was told left and right that my car was a total loss. I got rear ended and hit the car in front of me, I had a huge dent in the front and in the back. Finally when I found Dave he was more than willing to help me fix up my car, he gave me a great price and made my car look good as new. I am so grateful for their help and I left with my old car looking brand new!!!!

Went to paint parts of my car (bumpers, left door and hood). My windshield had a huge side to side crack. The guy told me he would pay half. Out of $300 he said, I would pay $150. Turned out the windshield cost $500, so I payed $250. I get home and my windshield wiper nozzle does not work. I open the hood to see all pieces broken. Total cost, $1,000 for the paint, $250 for the windshield and $100 for the windshield nozzle. Do not recommend this service.

SCAM! DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, DAVE STEALS MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND INSURANCE COMPANIES. MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP FOR TWO MONTHS WHEN HE SAID IT WAS GOING TO TAKE TWO WEEKS. WHEN I GOT MY CAR OUT OF THE SHOP, MY AC WAS BLOWING OUT HOT AIR, RAN HOT AND BROKE DOWN WITHIN 45 MINUTES. COME TO FIND OUT I HAD A BLOWN GASKET. HE NEVER FIXED MY ENGINE OR TEST DROVE MY CAR THE WHOLE TWO MONTHS, ONLY COLLECTED MY INSURANCE MONEY OF $10,000. NOW MY CAR IS DECLARED TOTAL LOSS WHILE I HAVE MISSED TWO MONTHS OF WORK AND WITHOUT A CAR WHEN HE COULD HAVE LET US KNOW TWO MONTHS AGO I NEEDED A NEW ENGINE OR A NEW CAR.

I had an opportunity to do business with Dave and his team. Someone recommended him to repair my vehicle. At first there was an issue with getting the parts in, but once we got over that hurdle everything else kinda fell in place. I was in constant communication with his assistant and she kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. Right before my vehicle was completed Dave gave me a thorough walk through of my vehicle and explained the entire process and I was very pleased with the results. Thank you for your professionalism and a job well done. I will gladly do business with this company if I needed to in the future.Service: Body & Trim

My daughter was hit by a truck which caused damage to my truck. I had no thoughts of not bringing my truck to Glades Collision and I knew nothing of this company. The owner and his TEAM was amazing. The whole environment and experience were amazing! I will recommend anyone to use your service The owner repaired a dint in my truck that I had no knowledge of. Wow Service: Body & Trim

Customer service was excellent. I was greeted at the door. Dave explained the service step by step. I received an estimate the day prior so there was no surprise. Yomi and the technician (her husband) went over and beyond to get me out in a timely fashion. It made my day. The service was completed within an hour. I walked out with the biggest smile and I'm so appreciative. Thank you for demonstrating excellent service, and great communication. Expert repair, body work, and paint to the rear quarter and lift gate of my 2019 jeep cherokee. It truly looks as good as new. Pleasant and friendly staff too. Save yourself the headache and take your car to an actual professional. This paint job was supposed to take max a week and a half and it took almost a MONTH of them postponing it week after week and not answering my phone calls or disregarding me entirely. When I finally could pick up my car, the paint job had been done carelessly and they ruined a brand new HID headlight. NOT ONLY THAT but they insisted I get a new bumper and I was told not to worry about and come to find out they were trying to charge me a ridiculous amount for something I DID NOT WANT. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. YOU'RE WELCOME.

I drove my brand new Camry to Palm Beach for the fifth time. I was stopped at a red light on Forest Hill when a car failed to see the light or the cars stopped. He rear ended me. Glades collision returned my car to me yesterday looking brand new and like it had never been messed up! I couldn't be more pleased that I took my car to Glades Repair and Collision. They made a very stressful event as painless as possible and I totally respect their professionalism and expertise!

We took my car in there twice and it looks awful, got orange peel in the paint, need to get guys in there that know how to do the job right. So going to take it somewhere eles... never again
