This place has: bad customer service, incompetent employees; empty shelves, and dirty floors. Everything is expensive as well. It seems like this company have a high turn-over rate because of new employees working there. The good knowledgeable, employees have left.

I ordered a part the manager told me it was coming the next morning so the day came to pick it up it still hasn t came in now they have to order it again I went to another store and canceled my order thinking it was was goin to be there I shouldn t cancel it from the other store because they had it

After asking for help twice, 5 people stood around staring at me including the manager and he was helping an employee do his job. So I went to original equipment and paid the extra money for what I needed. Never will shop there again.

The service was great. They weren't able to check my fuses, but I'm sure that's a company policy. Surrounded by great restaurants.

Very cordial. It was busy.Three lines, however,they move quickly and I was informed about the survey and the rebate on my purchases.

Auto parts isn t really what it used to be, the vast majority of the employees don t know much about the car parts that they are selling or they don t have much training in how to do their job, Auto parts also seems to be understaffed with employees.

A good couple of long time employees/ex co-workers. I almost always come here for my parts. Rarely do I have trouble with some of my orders

When there's a salesman who is also a certified mechanic, shopping there is a good experience. Otherwise, you feel like you're dealing with an idiot behind the counter.

Answers the phone & put you straight on hold currently on hold for 17mins, hung up twice called back still on hold. Store don't even be busy!
