Everyone was patient and kind. My salesmen Jaxon and Matt were both amazing, all the safe were great and helpful. Every question I had was answered without any attitude, that I ve had experienced at different dealerships. They had a great selection of vehicles and the best prices around. I love my new Wangoneer and I m so glad I went to Thunder to get this new vehicle for my family and me to build new memories. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great experience! The guys at Thunder CDJR were Great! Had a little experience with the first truck that I purchased from them that had some issues with it. After going in and talking to Bob, the sales manager they made it right by giving me the money back that we paid for the truck so we could purchase another truck. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be giving these guys a call when we are ready to trade my wife's Jeep Cherokee in. Thanks for all the help Bob, Jaxon, Keith, and Tom!

I purchased a Jeep Gladiator from Thunder and they were awesome. They gave us a more than fair deal on our trade and an even better deal on the Jeep. Their Service Department does a great job as well. very friendly and responsive. I've never had a single issue with these folks.

Had an issue that 2 other dealers didn t put much effort in to determine what the problem was. Thunder staff were very thorough and identified the issue and presented me with a fix and then performed the fix. Great service! Jason was excellent to work with and very polite and caring.

Easiest vehicle purchase ever! Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped expedite the process and made sure I was taken care of and pleased with my purchase. I m definitely gonna be recommending this dealership to friends and family. Ask for Craig if you go, he s the salesman who helped me out. He ll take care of you and make sure you drive out in style

I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion after having it misdiagnosed at the Jeep dealership I originally purchased the vehicle from and to say the process here was a world of difference would be an understatement. They helped me from the moment I stepped in the door. I felt like they did an excellent job explaining the process to me and assuring me my car was in good hands. I expected it to take a couple days to have the issue diagnosed since it was nearing a holiday weekend but they actually called me a couple hours later and had found the cause of the issue I was having and started the process to have it repaired. They also got all of my recalls checked and started the process on that. Overall I m extremely satisfied I chose to come to Thunder for my second opinion. I m expecting they ll do just as great when it comes to the repair.

Experience was not good. I had to have my tailgate lock replaced and the guy left a piece of my tailgate laying in the back of bed. I also went there for service, oil, filter, etc. They changed the oil and they left the drain plug loose. I didn't realize until I got home and had oil all over my driveway. Also none of the fluids were checked, radiator, windshield washer fluid, air pressure, etc. Have used this dealership for almost four years with no problems. Not too sure I am going back.

Roderick and Luis in services were awesome, as always. Had an issue with the battery in my truck. I didn t have an appointment but Roderick was able to work me in. Had to leave the truck over night but Luis called me first thing next morning to pick it up.

Parts department went above and beyond helping me locate the correct floor mats for my wrangler. The service department was very helpful in getting my recall complete. Always nice professional staff available to help in all departments.

Rod was awesome as always. And he gets 5+ stars!Only issue I had and it caused me to Lower my star rating is I had to stop and get windshield wiper fluid. That wasn't filled and the light was on.

Had not even made the first payment on my Jeep and had to wait a couple weeks to get my Jeep in for service when my dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. With my vehicle being my only means of transportation, I could not be without a vehicle for 3 days like Roderick told me. Although I purchased a warranty that should have covered me for a rental. As usual, Vince Fernandez came through and took care of picking up my vehicle from my place of employment and bringing it back when it was done, as well as going to bat for me!

Car repairs can be a hassle. Finding a reputable place to fix yours can be a headache. But WOW. 5 stars is not enough to give this place for the excellemt service! From start to finish, I felt treated like a V.I.P., not a...walking bottomless wallet. Jason Leontitsis, you are a wonderful, stellar example of a dedicated, hard-working professional who tteats his customer like someone special. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you. I ve been waiting for 3 weeks for parts for my hybrid Chrysler Pacifica. Parts to cool the battery. My dashboard is not working correctly either. I am not happy about this wait.

When they called they stated all my parts were in and ready. When I returned the call to schedule they informed me only half of the parts were in, they would not provide a rental car for them to complete everything without rushing since they said that it would be tight to complete it all in a day, but a ride to work. They asked if I would like a complementary car wash, I said sure, but I need the car done by 3PM (I dropped it off first thing when they opened.) I called at 2:40 to see if it was ready or close to it, they informed me it would be 3:15/3:30 before it was done even though upon drop off I stressed it needed to be done by 3:00PM. When I got there at 3:15 (Since it wasn't done when I asked by 3:00PM), the car had not been washed, I was given my paperwork and on my way, although I was late to my appointment. I would NEVER purchase another Jeep! It has been a total disaster since about month 3 and I only ever get recalls and run arounds. For a vehicle with 38k miles, I couldn't like it any less mechanically.

Took my Jeep GC there Friday, November 24th for oil change and tire rotation. When I got home with the vehicle my wife noticed the brake indicator light (from tow setup) was on. I looked under the dask and saw the brake light sensor was disconnected as well as the brake line was disconnected. This is all park of the flat tow setup. This caused my indicator light to come on. Somehow they disconnected them at the dealer's. Which was difficult since the brake line is screwed in. I thought maybe the mechanic my have caught the sensor and brake line with his foot. This isn't terrible but I called the service manager and told him my brake line was disconnected which could cause and accident while towing behind my motorhome. I had to leave a voicemail for him yesterday (Monday Nov. 27th) morning. I have not received a call back yet.

I purchased a Promaster for a business here along with an oil change package. Every time I go get an oil change it s over an hour. This past time I took it in, it took them 1:45 to do an oil change. This is unacceptable. I will no longer be using their service department
