I went here because my Daughter took my Kia here for my 1st oil change & I just followed suit for my 2nd oil change. The Assistant Manager did my oil change & all I can say is they were very fast but very Professional !! He was so nice & very helpful in explaining everything he did or checked out for me. I'm so happy that my daughter took my new Kia here! I absolutely LOVE this place! He was very thorough and checked everything and even the cabin filter which is your AC filter inside or behind your glove compartment and that thing was so dirty and nasty I was so happy that he checked it and replaced it for me I will tell everybody to go here it's a very wonderful and very nice and professional place to get an oil change!!!

Fast and friendly service! The two young men (Michael and Dustin) who serviced my car were very courteous and offered water to me and my daughter. What a nice gesture! Also, they were not pushy on adding services and products that I didn't need, which I appreciated.

I was helped by two young men named Dustin and I believe Michael? That was the other name on the receipt so hopefully it was his name! when I came in for an oil change they were very friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I pulled up! My last experience at a different take 5 location wasn t great so their service was a breath of fresh air! I also very much appreciated that they showed me the oil dip stick and new filter going in to confirm the work they were doing was actually done, With all the scams going around and pulling a fast one especially on women nowadays it was an appropriate and well appreciated step to take! The guys at take 5 were excellent. Kind and professional. They got us in a out in a flash. They also saw a few issues under the hood of a loaner car I was driving and they made sure they informed me of what they saw. I will definitely come back to this location. There were 3 gentlemen that helped us. James, Michael and Unfortunately I don't remember the other guys name. Thanks guys!!

Great service! Very considerate and friendly. They even took a look under my car and sent me a video of a leak I had to show my mechanic. Definitely pleased with the service I receive every time

Just had one of the best experiences at this facility. The team was great, but our technician (James) went above and beyond - he was courteous, professional, educational, informative and extremely polite. He seemed to enjoy his job and had a great attitude. Left me and my husband saying Wow, that was great service. This gentleman has earned you a lifetime customer. Thank you!

Great Service, Awareness, Kindness and always doing a job as a team to ensure customers are taken care of. It s the little things in life that will always make a difference and this team always strives to make sure they hit on all cylinders. This was my first visit to Take 5, I wasnt sure of prices or procedures. Vincent approached my vehicle and was courteous, very polite, informative and professional. The time my car was serviced was amazing, so much of my time was saved, no more than 10 minutes and DONE! Tremendously better than the alternative service at Walmart which was a 3 hour wait!Ryan also welcomed me and was courteous.I most definitely will revisit for my next service.

Experience here was horrible,the two techs. At the Bartow office was very, Unknowlegeable ,they l checked off on my sales slip,that they washed my windshield,checked my tire pressure, and windshield blades which they didn t, I m afraid they may have also lied about changing my oil filter.Bad service all around.

Card reader was down and the shop was down a person who had walked out. HOWEVER, this was one of the best experiences I ve had at Take 5. The two gentleman left standing explained what was happening , took no shortcuts and just made it happen! Thank you!

Impressive operation. Pulled in with no appointment and an unused bay was opened for me. The entire experience was excellent. Every aspect was explained and performed with professionalism and expertise... and the cost was below what I had expected.

Bartow location is the place to go if you need an oil change and have a larger than normal vehicle. They took great care of my camper van and even cleaned my windshield for me! This will be my place to go from here on out!

These guys were great. They greet you with an ice cold bottle of water and you get to sit in your car instead of a waiting room and they are Puckett split and reasonable. Highly recommend

ONE STAR ONLY IN ORDER TO REVIEW.....Stay away unless you enjoy having to return in order for them to finish installing hardware.They neglected to secure the skid plate correctly 2 times. And when I checked after they said it was corrected, there were still 3 bolts missing. NEVER AGAIN

I use Take 5 exclusively for my Oil Changes because I can stay in my car while it's being done and these guys are always on the job and get it done quickly and friendly. It costs more than say Firestone but then they don't forget to put your oil cap back on either and/or actually put oil back in the cat so just for that they earn an A+++ in my book and are worth the money. Give them a try you won't regret ut and neither will your car.

Dustin and James were awesome! They provided great customer service and eased my oil light concerns after a previous oil change with another company (Walmart) resulted in a stripped bolt causing oil to leak from my brand new car. They were fast and very knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely returning to Take 5 from now on for my service needs!

Anthony, Was very professional he answered my question honestly and he recommended only needed services which I accepted. Got a bottle of water that I needed, that was a courtesy touch. Pulled up last night (Saturday, December 9th at 6:57p while on a call) for a quick oil change, as I have several times in the past. Was slowly and apprehensively greeted by 2 guys. They acted as if they didn't know they were employees there. Needless to say, from the reactions, knowing they close at 8p I sarcastically asked, are you open? Again to which they hesitantly answered, "yeah we close at 8p." I said, great I need an oil change. The mixed or spanish looking rep said, if I can find the canister, pop the hood. Granted all the cones were still blocking the 3 entrance service areas. He fumbles around and says, yeah I can't find it, its normally on the left. I said listen, I don't feel like arguing with you two, if you don't want to do your jobs, I can leave and go to WalMart, in turn the white service rep says, "well we don't work on Beetles." I replied, that's funny my daughter or myself come here all the time and get this done without fail. I have plenty of receipts, so he says, "let me see the paperwork". They then further respond with, "our Manager will be here Monday, you can talk to him then and see if he wants to authorize the work." Sadly not, I ended up leaving since they were so unhelpful.

Take 5 oil change is a great place to take car or truck to. It only takes five minutes to do the oil service. I have been going there for a long time now. They are very friendly .
