Man, what a great experience from start to finish. I live 2 hours away from Bartow. Nicole absolutely manufactured an incredible deal for me from 120 miles away. She was professional, realistic, and most importantly she listened to what I needed. Kenny hooked me up with all the details when I arrived, and I was at the dealership for less than 45 minutes before I was back on the road headed home. The majority of that time was me listening to Kenny tell me what everything did inside the truck. I have bought countless vehicles from dealerships in a few different states, and this was the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership EVER. No greasy cigarette salesman here, top notch people, not pretending to be something they aren t.

Quickest vehicle purchase ever. Ask for Nicole, she was great to work with and did an awesome job answering all of our questions. She was also super friendly and helpful! We bought a beautiful Silverado RST and were there for less than two hours. It was just in time for our cross country road trip to Colorado thanks to the great customer service we received. We highly recommend Stingray Chevrolet Bartow . Thanks again Nicole!

March 6th while driving home from doctors my car stated lower engine power mode I immediately contacted Stingray in regards to my 2018 Malibu (70,000 miles) they said could not get in til following week Tuesday at 830 am I immediately parked my car drove my husband truck. Monday 3/11 we dropped car off at 330 in afternoon for Tuesday 3/12 830am appointment. Was told diagnostic was $135.00 on 3/14 they called spoke to my husband said that it was camshaft position actuator cylinoid valve and it needed to be cleaned as well due to all the gunk - the first price was $1000. They can get parts be 5-7 days without vehicle again THEY DO NOT OFFER COMPLIMENTARY VEHICLES but could use enterprise at their discount of $50 a day plus mileage which at time they had none available had a waiting list due to spring break. (3 weeks driving a 20year old truck back and work to hospital for work 70 miles away 1 way.) We then called warranty department (certified Pre-Owned warranty) she was amazing. Come to find out warranty would cover it - the dealership didn t think so then dealership tells us the cleaning is not covered but needs to be done to replace the part that would be $500.00. The warranty department is baffled and could not get a response from dealership either. Finally 3/27 I was able to pick car up paying $362.33. When asked the service guy seemed aggravated cause I was asking questions. His words was at 70,000 miles it should be done anyway and it s going into the part being fixed . Basically what I feel is because the dealership was doing warranty work they word things to make you think you need this done for what s being fixed but warranty won t cover it.Amanda Sparks- invoice 93220 A,B,Cmy information is available in my customer file

They kept our car for over a week and would not call me back. I talked with them on Thursday morning and was told they were waiting on the car warranty to get back with them. But when I called the warranty company on Monday morning they said there was no claim filed. So I called and left message with the service manager and then about an half hour later the service tech called and said that they got approval from the warranty company. But I was told they were waiting last week. Not sure it took so long for answers and no return calls after leaving messages last week.

Purchased certified pre-owned 2023 GMC Acadia Denali 8k miles (Saturday)2/3/24. Asked salesperson about puff of grey smoke when they started it and was told it was due to cold outside air and condensation. Drove 119 miles home to Daytona and parked it until Tuesday. Drove to work Tuesday (9 miles) and on the way home, engine light came on saying low oil. Called dealer and service was closed, Amber the sales rep was awesome guiding me through trouble shooting. Added 3.5 quarts of oil and took car to nearest dealer(3 miles away) Stingray General Manager told me car was run through 172? point inspection to be certified...was the engine oil not ONE of the 172 points inspected?? Not to mention I was told car had oil change and was detailed Friday. Noted the mud on fenders, pine needle laying in phone charging area and popcorn on the floor board(was told porter may have had popcorn on his shoe when he drove it through car wash) and mud was from dirt parking service lot. Since I drove 3 hours to get the car I didnt want to debate lack of care and set out on my way. I just picked up my car last week with brand new engine. Made 2 car payments while it was in the shop and ZERO compensation for inconvenience. When I inquired about trading in vehicle I was told they only had lower grade models and unless I wanted to down grade they couldnt help me. Stingray General Manager pushed me off to GM corporate and washed his hands of it. Other dealers would take it as trade but I lose approx $10k I suspect someone at Stingray knew all along or they didnt do an inspection at all. Either way, I would not purchase another vehicle from them and would be cautious to buy another GMC based on lack customer service

Absolutely outstanding buyer experience! I was shopping the entire state of Florida for a 2023 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD High Country DRW after my almost year of waiting for a Ford Super Duty that never even got a build date. Was pleased to discover Stingray Chevrolet Bartow had one in stock and willing to make a reasonable deal. (not charge me $7,000 for $250.00 worth of B.S "accessories" or "safety packages" like some other dealers in Florida.) I was even more thrilled when they agreed to honor my GM Supplier Discount via my employer. Highly recommend this dealership and the wonderful experience working with Sales Person Nicole A. She was eager to work with us and her pleasant no-pressure but highly informative approach was refreshing.

I have honestly never experienced an easier purchase of a vehicle. I put in an online inquiry for a new vehicle on a Sunday and was called by Mike shortly thereafter. He was very helpful and everything was handled easily through phone calls and texts. The dealership had better prices than most others for the vehicle we were looking for. We also ended up easily coming to an agreement on the trade we had. The vehicle was delivered to our home and the final paperwork only took about 20 minutes. The delivery driver was very friendly and personable. As a first responder, I can tell this dealership really values what we do. They sent me a couple first responder style shirts in the mail which was very thoughtful and appreciated. I absolutely recommend this dealership for anyone wanting a hassle-free and friendly experience. I wish I could have met these awesome employees in person. A++ dealership!

I had a decent experience shopping for vehicles and buying one there. I m not going back anymore for service, though. I took my truck in with an issue of the key getting stuck in the ignition and they told me they couldn t recreate the issue and it was working as designed. I then took it to another Chevy dealership in Lakeland and they found the issue and fixed it. I ll be going there from now on instead.

The dealership was very open and courteous straight forward. No extra pressure put on by the dealership to purchase no old used car tactics used by this dealership. I really appreciate it was clean. It was fast and it felt good to actually to purchase from this dealership. The salesman went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. She listen to my concerns, and she addressed each one in a timely fashion.

Called for service department. Needed to schedule thermostat replacement. Hung up on me three times. Picked up phone and hung up. 3x. What nerve.My next car won t come from them.Found Morgan Chevrolet in North Tampa. Fantastic Dealer. Once my extended warranty reviewed and approved work, Service did great repair. They re worth the trip from Lakeland.Regal Chevrolet here turned their noses at me because I didn t buy the car from them. So! $1800 their loss.Very happy with Morgan Chevrolet.

As a first-time car buyer, I was feeling very anxious and hesitant about making a big purchase. However, Nicole Andrews was an incredible help. She patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the entire process to make sure I understood everything. She even took the time to explain all the features of the car and never belittled my concerns or queries. Although there was one manager who was not very friendly and lacked customer service skills, Nicole's exceptional assistance kept me going and I am now thrilled with my new car. Oil change was ok. But $92 for an oil change is too much. Then trying to charge 135 to hook up to the radio was crazy. A full charge for 10 minutes of work is outrageous even for you. Then tell me it's 1300 to change rear shocks. The shocks are only 130. I don't know how you still have a service department other than all the warranty work

Don Griffith doesn't just provide you with numbers; he takes time to actually explain each vehicles pros and cons, pertaining to your personal needs. He is a car enthusiast who can explain engines, drivetrains and drive modes of each vehicle. Don is no-pressure and a pleasure to deal with.

Called made an appointment to replace ignition. The gal took all my vehicle info, show up on time, no appointment in the system and then they tell me they can work on my vehicle due to the age. Waste of a trip and diesel for something they should have know when I called. I m sure their service team is great otherwise.

Nicole was honestly fantastic. There were some unfortunate circumstances along the way that were out of her control but she communicated them with grace and empathy, even going so far as being willing to recommend us elsewhere if it meant doing what was best for the customer. In the end, we stuck with it and she went the extra mile to get us what we were looking for. Being able to do all paperwork remotely and have the Tahoe delivered to our house made it a hassle free experience.

The sales and finance team were very professional, courteous and receptive. I conducted all of the negotiations online and came in to sign the paperwork and it took less than 5 minutes. The sales rep (Nicole) was awesome. She walked me through all of the features of the vehicle and was very thorough and patient. This has been the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend Stingray Bartow to anyone looking for a great deal and car buying experience.

Rather give Negative stars to the dealership if possible. Went to look at a Rubicon jeep they had been just traded in. Liked the jeep on site without a test drive even and wanted it. The dealership then started to lowball me on my trade in, Don G the salesman wanted no part to help me finish the sale. Hearing how I was inconvenience of them for the sale, I should be greatful for the deal on the jeep and the extra work to get me approved. That's when the best part came in from Don "Oh well you want the jeep detailed go home and do it yourself". He continued on to tell me again how grateful I should be and either take the deal or don't but they arnt putting any time into the jeep.Well Thank you Jacob's Mitsubishi of Port richey for the 2018 JKU and deal I got with them!!!!

Jared was on point. He had our repair done on a timely manner. Had to come back because a clamp wasn t tight and the truck overheated. He had my husband come back to do an all around check to make sure everything was good. Even gave us a free oil change for our inconvenience. Happy customers for sure.

Please pass along - to whomever it may concern - that prospective buyers don t enjoy being accused of seeking joy rides when calling to ask about a vehicle. I m currently a Porsche owner and have an allocation for a Carrera S. I was willing to drive over an hour from my home to look at the Carrera S on your lot and possibly purchase it given that it s largely the same spec I have provided my Porsche dealership to build next year. To have a sales person say We don t allow joy rides after expressing my interest in viewing and driving this vehicle is completely disrespectful and a great way to ensure I never consider business with this dealership.

Nicole was awesome. She listened to me on the phone on what I was looking for and snapped into action. I met her at stingray Bartow Fl and she took me around the lot of some mighty fine Chevrolet 4 x 4 trucks. I seen the one I wanted and she started working on it ASAP. Within one hour and a half I was heading home in my Z 71 Chevrolet 4 x 4 pick up truck.
