All I can say is Trish and Cora who she was training were so amazing. I thought I would never see my car again and I thought I was lost with no transportation to get to that emergency or my car malfunctioning. They helped me in a time that was so hard , I was crying like a baby and if it was not for Trish , I would of been lost with my car being towed . I recommend this tow company . And I recommend this tow company even more because of two women making this happen .Service: Auto maintenance

STARS performed fast and friendly service on my mom's van. We needed A/C service ASAP and they helped diagnose the issue. Excellent rates for service and their towing was exceptional. The kindest most generous people we ve met in a moment of need. On a trip between Kissimmee and Punta Gorda to trade-in our vehicle it just stopped working. Our existing curbside had elapsed, leaving us stranded and frustrated. Stars Towing was quick to service, we ended up getting towed from their location to the dealership, about a 90min ride but they were wonderful.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

My car was towed here after a collision. I had just purchased an adjustable dash mount phone holder and found that was missing when I went to get my belongings. The interior of my vehicle was not damaged. They were not very friendly either.

Stars Towing from Bartow completely dropped the ball on my service. After waiting 5 hours for pick up I was told by my driver that the owner of Stars Towing re-routed my driver when I was the next in line for pick up. According to AAA with whom I placed the service call, I was given incorrect pick up times throughout my 5 hour wait. This towing service is completely unacceptable. I used AAA towing service last year and up front I was given a 3 hour window for pick up. Although I was not happy with the delay, at least someone told me the truth and I could decide my response for myself instead of being pushed off and pushed off and lied to. Terrible experience. I'm sorry to even give them one star.

More like Shady Tree. They'll quote you one price but raises it when you're ready to pay. Unable to get in contact with whoever is in charge. Owner is never at the shop. I advise you not to deal with them but if you do I beg of you to get everything in writing. This is not a place for a woman to go by themselves because they will absolutely take advantage of you. I would give this negative stars if I could. If you consider your time and money to be precious then please do not do business with these people. They destroyed my aunt's Jeep and refused to accept accountability. She had to take them to court but the money she was awarded was just a refund of what she paid and it didn't even begin to cover the damage they caused. I hate to sound like someone who thinks they should get more than what they're owed. I just want people to exercise caution before taking your vehicle to that shop.

This shop was hired to replace a clutch. Simple repair however they broke the lever assembly and took three weeks to get it figured out and took no responsibility. Five months later the clutch needs to be replaced again and they want me to pay again. Reported to the Better Business Bureau!

I was very impressed right from the 1st time I spoke with the mechanic as well as the owner. I found the customer service to be A+. The repair was excellent as well as time it took. I highly recommend this shop for you auto repairs. Fair pricing also.....

They picked up my boyfriend's vehicle And dropped it off where it was supposed to go but did not let the business know it was there, parked it in the back instead of the front & left the keys in the ignition. Will not be using them again.
