Had to get oil change and a tire fixed. I was met at my car promptly by Jeremy who was very polite and took care of me. I left my car when it was done he called and I went to pick it up. He greeted me again very pleasant and courteous. I want to thank Jeremy for the wonderful fast and prompt customer service I received from him. On a scale from 1 to 10 Jeremy is a 12!

I been a Ford Customer for many years never had any problems at but my biggest concern is this Service Advisor at Bartow Ford Aaron Trim this guy told my son that his transmission was bad and need to be replaced my son said are you sure Aaron Trim said yeah only 7.000 dollars I told my son to take it to the shop down the road and Chris said this not the first time he seen this problem with Bartow Ford so Chris changed the transmission fluid and flush out the torque converter for a 150 dollars and would you believe the transmission working perfectly fine this service Advisor Aaron Trim need to be fired make you wonder how many times he done this to others customers I won't do business with Bartow Ford as long as Aaron Trim is still the service Advisor Elder Ford and Lakeland Ford got my business

After purchasing a vehicle from Bartow Ford with a great sales representative, I naturally took my vehicle to get oil changes done at the quick lane for the first two years of ownership. Two years and about 25,000 miles in, I requested my cabin air filter be changed in accordance with the suggested interval by the manual. The service department advisor stated that it did not need to be changed. On the same appointment, the advisor mentioned that I would need a new set of tires (10,000 miles early compared to average). These two instances seemed suspect and warranted cause for further investigation. After further inspection by an experienced auto mechanic elsewhere, it was determined that my tires were rarely, if at all, rotated at each oil change interval even though it was being logged on ALL receipts/records. Additionally, the cabin air filter most certainly DID need to be changed. Furthermore, after this finding, I performed the next oil change with an experienced auto mechanic due to this poor experience. At this oil change, I found the oil drain plug to be BARELY HAND TIGHT. This service department s lack of thoroughness and integrity could have cost me thousands in engine repair/replacement costs in addition to a full set of tires. DO NOT recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. I am shocked and more than disappointed, especially after a great purchasing experience with the vehicle a couple years back. I imagine this service department most certainly takes advantage of the average customer who does not have mechanical savvy or know-how.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Bartow Ford quick lane is no better than taking your vehicle to a big chain shop. Over 10 Hrs and 3 visits just to get 2 TPMS correctly installed. 1st time 3.5hrs they couldn't find the parts. 2nd time 3.5hrs parts installed but not even remotely close to proper air pressure. One tire was at 58psi and other tire was at 78psi. When I got home, one of my center caps was halfway hanging off ready to fly off and my tires where not rebalanced giving my truck a vibration. 3rd time over 3hrs to get my tires rebalanced. If you can't get the little things right, how do we expect you to do the big things right... Do better Bartow Ford.

Amazing and honest staff. No pressure approach. Jared I m quick lane is awesome. I will not go elsewhere for service on my F150.

This is a very low BS setup. You aren't pressured to get stuff that isn't recommended by the manufacturer. Just be aware that Ford's recommendations can be a bit too frequent. Engine coolant and transmission fluid last well beyond 30k miles. That's not Bartow Ford's fault, though.The waiting area is clean and they keep a TV playing something interesting every time I'm there. The bathroom is maintained. I don't know what else to ask for, really.

Normally I have no issues. Went for a oil change yesterday, my directional tired were rotated, my staggered wheels, the fatter tire is in the front. Nobody works today to be able to get it fixed!!! Now have to wait till tomorrow. I guess not drive my car for another day. This is sad!

They were a bit busy, but I didn't mind waiting. They took care of me on a first come, first served basis. There were people there with appointments who appeared to be taken care of on schedule. I had an oil change and asked for an oil sample to have analyzed. They were very accomodating. I would recommend Bartow Ford.

So far now I have been here going on 5hrs. I knew my wait time would be longer than normal due the amount of cars ahead of me. Also being on a Monday after a holiday. But this amount of time is totally unacceptable. Usually the service is great here. Was advised by service there was problems with the machine thier using. But should it been a problem to be here for this excessive amount of time. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BARTOW FORD. I except better than this from you. I thought you were better than this. I guess I did go the wrong way this time. No quick lane this time around.

I was somewhat late in the day arriving so 2 hours wasn't bad. There were a lot of cars ahead of me. I usually get there at opening time and am done in a jiffy.While there I had lunch with the gentleman who sold me my car. Aundrae McGee. He's an awesome sales rep, no pressure and very knowledgeable.While we were eating, the gentleman in the service department that I always deal with, Robert Blackburn, walked by and called me by name! I knew he would recognize my face but wow, to remember my name! That's what I call awesome!I also got a little issue with the window tinting fixed that I didn't really expect to be done today. Nicole helped me with that one.Bartow Ford associates have been super. I recommend them highly! Tell them Mark with the blue Mustang sent you.

Perfect! Made my appointment for 6:00 pm. No waiting, not busy, very easy! Service writers had all my info, easy in, easy out! Most definitely approve of the after hours service for workin people!

Overall great service! Pretty quick for an oil change. I wouldn't get your tires rotated here though. They didn't put the lug nuts back on my front right wheel and I almost left the dealership like that. They made it right though.

I literally was there 8 1/2 hours in the waiting room. "Were they rebuilding your engine" you may ask.... Nope just an oil change and put four new tires on....smh

If buying a car from this dealership DO NOT use Chris Stricker. He will lie to you and if he doesn't like what you are saying on the phone he will hang up on you. Called and asked to speak with general manager and was told he would call back in a few minutes. Over 1and1/2 hours later and no call.I expect they will remove this because it goes against all their advertisements

Arrived on Saturday to get Oil & Filter changed. They informed me that it will be 1-1/2 to 1 hrs 45 minutes BEFORE THEY CAN GET STARTED. What's "QUICK" About That? I'm Outta Here.
