The staff is absolutely amazing! Very dedicated to taking care of their customers! Frank was my salesman and the process could not have been easier or more pleasant in any way! Went to look at a vehicle that was ok for me and my family and he found me something that worked MUCH better for my family and my needs at a great price instead of just trying to sell me something these guys went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle possible and I am thrilled to have done business here! Thank you!

My experience buying a used car here was extremely good!I first went to a big-name dealer in the area and got the bait and switch treatment, leaving very frustrated. It was such a pleasant and refreshing experience dealing with honest people like Frank Marcy my sales consultant and the owner. Thank you NewGen so very much!!

After being heartbroken by another dealership who literally left me 50 miles from home with out a ride home, then being told by a few dealerships because i recently cosigned for my wife no one could finace me I made my last call defeated. (Not a feeling I'm used to) Luckily Clyde answered the phone. After explaining my situation he said fill out an app and not to worry it wouldn't affect my credit and he would call me back. I honestly didn't think he would. Just like he promised,exactly when he said he would. To make a long story short I have a nice car and I'm extremely happy. He kept every promise and treated me like I felt I should be treated. I definitely recommend giving him a call and tell him Bryan sent you.

Got my first car from them in 2021 and it was Sadly totaled ! My insurance took awhile to give me my payout for the car and them the rest of the money for what I owed on the vehicle. They trusted me with a second car right away before even seeing the money from my insurance to pay off the first car. It took me 2 years to pay off my second car with them which I did today. My car is still running great !! Love them

I saw my dream car while searching the net. It was a longshot but with the help of Clyde Moses I bought the car and we had it shipped to Colorado. I paid for it February 2nd and it was in my driveway in the mountains on February 5th. Clyde is a true professional while also being someone that easily becomes a friend. He was there for me when ever I needed (and that was often) telling me schedules, answering questions and doing all the paperwork. Koodos to him and thanks for my new ride! Sherry Phipps

Just happened to be in the area and had my eye on a car for a few weeks that was on the site but said photo coming soon. The sales guy was nice but was with another customer. He tried getting me the keys but then realized the car still had not arrived. Their lost. I don t think a car should be advertised for weeks if you don t even have it in your possession and if so should say coming soon for the car not photos coming soon

Terrible place to go if you want a good car that runs. Got a car that had Major motor issues. Once I signed the paper it was to late when I recognized the check engine light come on days after having it I knew I had a problem. Wouldn t recommend.

Very nice people and they really worked with me so that I could get a car. They are also taking care of a few issues for me after I already got the car, and they have a 3 month warranty which is great!

I thought I was buying a good used car . Frank was my sales person and told me the ac worked fine, ice cold air .Well, that wasn't true . After making a few short trips around town it blew hot air much like the owner of the shop that also said it worked great when he sold it to me . I paid in cash out the door same day . My guess is they put a lil freeon in it and called it a day . So now I'm stuck paying to have it fixed . I didn't even put 100 miles on the car so I know it wasn't working properly when I purchased it .My issue is the integrity or lack of integrity I'd say .They won't stand behind their cars .Dont blame the customer when you know it was broken when you sold it to me . That's how you lose customers .I don't know if anything else is mechanically wrong because it's barely been driven but I'll update my review to reflect those issues as well ..Owner is Mghee not sure of correct spelling .

My husband, son, and I went to NewGen Motors in Bartow to check out what kind of cars they had to finance. From the beginning, Majid was so kind and helpful! He was very thorough in finding us a vehicle that worked for our budget, as well as our family. Clyde was awesome, too. He played with and occupied our five year old while we were busy signing our paperwork for our new Kia Soul. Vehicles were clean and top notch! Will definitely be back the next time we need a vehicle! We couldn't recommend anyone more to head over to NewGen in Bartow!

I am so happy and well pleased to do business with NewGen Motors. The process was fast and easy no stress at all. The entire staff is sweet down to earth and very helpful. I'm looking to do more business with them in the very near future. That's just how awesome NewGen Motors is. We went there today with son-in-law today and their prices were reasonable... they worked with him to get a good payment....they have a 3 month $3,000 mile warranty and the AC was not working in the car so they're going to order the part and replace it for free for him next week! You can't ask for more than that from a used car dealer! The owner and the salesman were so friendly and so helpful! I highly recommend them!

If you haven't checked out NewGen motors you should stop by. Everyone was very helpful and made you feel comfortable. Shoutout to my salesman Frank and also Clyde. I appreciate all your help. They walk you through the process and let you know step by step until it's complete. I definitely recommend NewGen motors.

If you are looking for a quality Used Car at a great price, I would highly recommend going here first! Majid and Clyde went above and beyond in helping make my purchase possible. Even stopped everything, at our request, to put it on the lift so we could see there was no rust. They were honest, kind and willing to work with us on the Purchase Price. Will definitely go back when and if I ever need another car.

Discussed purchasing a truck with someone at the dealership. On my way there about 45 minutes into my trip I called at 9 when they opened to make sure it was available and they told me that it was being serviced so I couldn't buy it, they told me they would give me a call when it was ready a week later I never received the call so I called back about it and they told me it wasn't serviced yet they wrote down my name and number and told me they would have me a call when it was ready 2 weeks later I called again because I never received a call and was told they sold it to someone else very inconsiderate a waste of time and money would not recommend buying from these guys.I offered to buy it on the spot and was told I couldn't and you weren't going to sell me a car without servicing it...I also had the same vechile at home that I could have pulled parts off of to fix that's why I was willing to drive 2.5 hours to get it. I offered multiple times to buy the car as is and nobody would do it youguys wasted my time and money

A good honest to deal with used car dealer. Helped me buy a used 2013 Toyota Prius. It's was easy working with my credit union for the loan. Now for the bad on my part I just had an accident one of the car persons gave me a good recommendations to get the car fixed. I will follow up on that later I will buy again from this dealer.

Honesty. Thats the 1st word I think of when I think of New Gen Motors Bartow. The entire process, reviewing inventory online, visiting the lot in person, speaking with the staff, and buying my car. Integrity and honesty best describes them. I could not be more happy with the end result as well. Highly recommend them to my family, friends, and others looking for an easy,.honest experience.
