Chad was very professional easy-going. My appointment time for the oil change was 8:30 9 o clock. I was on my way in and out hassle free highly recommend.

This was my 1st time visiting Kelley Buick. The only reason Is due it was time for my truck first service These guys there treated me great, they were very welcoming and took care of my truckChad was super helpful and polite! I think the service department team is awesome! This location will continue to get my business . I would definitely recommend them to everyone

My Chevrolet vehicle's battery stopped reliably holding a charge, so I needed to get a new battery installed ASAP. I called the local Chevrolet dealer, who said the soonest appointment for a battery replacement would be 2 days later. Then I called Kelley Buick GMC, who said they would work me in the next morning for this urgent service. Despite being busy that morning, they took my vehicle soon after I arrived and quickly replaced the battery for a fair price. I was delighted with the service and plan to take my Chevrolet vehicle back to Kelley Buick GMC for all future service needs!Services: Electrical, Battery

Needed help with the tail light harnesses to hook up a flat tow kit. Anthony and Ron came out and helped trouble shoot it. They printed a schematic and harness view and spent some time looking at the wiring with me. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

If I could give more than five stars I would Kelly GMC in Bartow is the absolute best my service rep Anthony is awesome and the service supervisor Matt is Amazing if you need any service to your vehicle please stop by and see these guys they are friendly and willing assist you with any auto service needs no shady mess!!! you won t regret it!!! My truck was in this shop for almost 2 months for a warranty repair . I left messages and got no call back . When I did talk to someone they said they would call right back and never do . I did not want to leave a review but when I finally got my truck back they made the worst mistake of all by not putting the hose clamp on the radiator hose . Truck barely made it home and now probably damaged for ever and this is a 3500 duramax.

Anthony in service got us out of a huge pickle. Long story short got our Yukon from a shop to his service department and got us a new trans in and out in 2 days basically thanks for everything!

Anthony is very helpful. This is the second time I brought my Yukon there. They are upfront with the expense of repairs and explain everything to you in dealtail.The waiting room is pleasent and clean.Services: Tires, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning
