I want to thank Mr. Kyle Williams by providing me a unique & well-exceptional online purchase experience. This is my first time getting a car online as I was having bad luck finding this specific trim in my area or anywhere in the west/mid coast. Thankfully it was confirmed the car is still available. I reacted immediately and took the opportunity to submit the credit application before anyone else does. After the approval, the next day Kyle followed up with me to complete the online purchase process and answered all of my questions regarding my car purchase. All documents have been signed through mail with no delays. Kyle also stated all vehicles on the lot passes through inspections so this gave me assurance and a satisfaction that I do not need to get it reinspected. The online process was very smooth & professional. I was planning on taking a flight trip but I found a delivery service with a good rate. Thanks again Kyle!

I want to say that I received the best service from George. We came in looking for a truck, he was very helpful and understanding. I been to several dealers and the salesman didn t pay attention to what we wanted and tried selling us other cars of what we didn t want, after telling them multiple times , we were specific. George in the other hand gave us numbers before running my credit. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice. We will definitely buy from him. BEST customer service I ve had!

Jon Andrews was amazing. He helped me from start to finish with my purchase. He allowed me to browse with no added pressure and decide what I wanted. He provided me with all information even the car fax before I asked. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for a car. The best part about everything was that I didn t have to sit in a dealership lobby for hours waiting. If you need a new vehicle ask for Jon you won t be disappointed.

I am very happy with the purchase of my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT 4WD Diesel. I got a very fair trade offer for my trade-in. I was able to do the majority of the purchase over the internet. When I arrived at the dealer to complete the paperwork, I was in and out within an hour. Outstanding. My salesman was Jon Andrew's, and I would highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for a new vehicle. I will most likely buy my next vehicle from Kelley Buick GMC again.

I ve never worked with such a caring and professional down to earth dealership. It was well worth the drive. My sales guy is the best of the best. He answered all my questions and there were a lot of them and kept me in the loop since my vehicle Was in transit and then when I arrived, he made sure the car was ready to go and had everything ready for me so I didn t have to wait around. I have to get a new GMC hopefully not for a very long time because I m absolutely in love with my vehicle. I will definitely be coming up Kelly. I did not catch the name of the guy that did the paperwork signing, but he was wonderful as well he made me feel like family just like Stephen did and it was just a wonderful enjoyable experience which you never thought you d hear to describe buying a car. And the price they offered me for my trade-in was very fair overall I m just very happy with the whole experience and especially with my new Yukon XL AT4. You ve got clients for life now guys. Service dept made this interaction very easy and stress free. Had to have my suburban towed in because it wasn't starting. Didn't have to be there for delivery of the vehicle. Starter need to be replaced. Matt communicated diagnosis, timeline, and quotes making me feel like I knew exactly what was going on with my car. Car was ready the next day. Tim made the car feel like it drove better than when I brought it in.

I purchased a 2023 Arcadia Denali, the service I received was unmatched. Stephen was honest, fast and efficient, not to mention an AWESOME communicator. Not super fond of dealerships but the wife and I had a great experience at Kelley Lakeland. Kyle (Lefty) was superb and there was absolutely no pressure that is typical from dealers. We got an ok deal from our trade in (I think everyone expects more) and the numbers worked. Joe in finance did a remarkable job explaining all the details. Great job!

Stephen Sellers has outstanding and impeccable Customer service. He is very friendly and after a few other tries at other dealerships. Stephen found me my dream truck. Also Kevin and the service team put a cover on the back of my truck. It was supposed to take a hour and a half bit only took 45 minutes. Super fast and quality work. I definitely would recommend coming here and purchasing a vehicle. You won't be disappointed and make sure you ask for Stephen.

This was by far the BEST experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I had been researching vehicles online for weeks. When I found this vehicle my husband said hop in and lets go get it. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and was greeted by Braxton. He took me to the vehicle I asked for and never tried to push something different on us. He let us test drive the suburban and told us all about the vehicle. We were ready to purchase, and they were more than willing to stay past closing for us. Our finance manager was amazing as well. He explained everything in detail and kept us entertained. If you're in the market this is definitely the place to go! When and if we ever need another vehicle they have earned our business!!!!

After a very nervous start to a 2020 preowned Sierra 2500 HD DuraMax truck, this dealership stood behind their promise of customer satisfaction. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Kelley Buick, and George specifically. We had such an amazing experience with him the first time, that we knew we were coming back. From walking on to the lot, and telling him exactly what we were looking for, he had a car in transit that was perfect for our family in a matter of minutes. Throughout the transit and delivery process, George was great at communicating the delivery times and also sending pictures of where the car was on the map. Our overall experience was top notch, and we will continue to use George and Kelley Buick for all of our automobile needs!

What a great experience! Braxton was my sales consultant and he could read my reaction so well he would know what to show me and when. It was a really smooth deal. No pressure whatsoever, which I greatly appreciated. Manny was so helpful with learning all the technology and toys that came with my new Enclave. And Angel worked incredibly hard to get me the best interest rate available for me. What a difference it made. The right interest rate today makes a difference in what you can buy, but Angel got me what I needed to buy the car I wanted! Brandon, the General Sales Manager, always made sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision. I guess you can say they are the whole package . Take a test drive - I didn t know I wanted a Buick until I drove one. Woo hoo I love it

First of all, go see Braxton when buying your new vehicle. He is not pushy, or the type of person that will rush you into buying a new vehicle. He is laid-back, will answer any questions that you have, and the type of person who is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure you know what you are getting into, and will let you drive the car more then the usual test drive. All I have to say is thank you, and you earned an A+ in my books. Thank you!

Hands down the smoothest purchase transaction I have had in years. If you want no pressure, honesty and a dealership that goes above and beyond...go to Kelley Buick GMC. If you want the best salesman...ask for George. I'm easy going, but I have high standards. I drove over an hour and a half to look at my new Yukon and it was well worth the drive and the time. I was honestly shocked when I shopped around for an oil change and found out the dealership was the cheapest quote that I found. Service was great and loved that they had a shuttle service to take me back to work while it was being worked on. Highly recommend!
