Review updated 2023/10/07:Just bought a car from Benji's nearby, was told it would be cleaned, and have an oil change done. Turns out, Benji's brought it here. JCs had my vehicle for 5 hours. I get it back, and it has no oil. Not "some oil". None. This shop is so incompetent they can't even CHANGE OIL without failing.Scammed $300 for a $60 OEM battery when I specifically came in for engine trouble. What kind of shop doesn't have batteries on hand to test with? What shop charges you $300 for a STOCK WALMART BATTERY? Attitude the entire time. Avoid this scam shop, they jack the prices to try and steal your vehicle from you.Notice: Under Florida law, Florida is a 2 party consent state. This shop also illegally recorded me without consent.Service: Engine repair

The car wouldn't start the other day. They didn't tighten down the connections on the new battery. Also on their paperwork it says they replaced number three high pressure switch on the transmission. They didn't they were placed the solenoid. I asked if they had checked the high pressure switch on number three, they said they didn't. On the paperwork it says they recommend a new one when it shows they replaced it. Just told me I needed a new transmission. I got to look in under the hood trying to find something wrong. Upon looking at it the second time either the high pressure switch or number three solenoid is unplugged. An accident or were they trying to get me in for another overcharge. Good mechanics but the blonde in the office needs to go. Please don't ever go there. Main Street Auto and Tire is highly recommended.

Awesome mechanic shop. Always professional, attentive to the customers, inspects your vehicle all the way through and tells you what needs to be done for upkeep maintenance. On time with repairs and does not make you wait long periods of time. They get your vehicle in and out.

This has been my first time using JC Auto but I m already very happy with them. I dropped my car off on the weekend, calling ahead of time they assured me they had a dropbox for my keys, but when I got there the service was even easier as there was an employee there to talk to about the car s issue. Just two days later, that Monday, I got a call from them in the morning to give me an update as well as a text with a full diagnostic breakdown, quote for the repairs, as well as a breakdown of what each repair will cost. I was able to get the car back the same day. It ended up coming to just over $500 which, for the amount of the things I needed done as well as the very fast and friendly service, I was more than happy to pay. I m very satisfied with my visit and will be using JC again when the need arises. :)Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Battery

I knew I would be taking a chance by not calling ahead and making an appointment, but this shop had great reviews and if they couldn t do it, I couldn t have waited and would ve needed to go somewhere else that could fix my car immediately. After speaking with the owner about my car s symptoms and his booked schedule, he volunteered to at least take a look/listen to the sound my car was making. I don t know, maybe to make a suggestion of what I could or where I could go instead? But when my car wouldn t even start because of a bad alternator, I think he agreed to take on my car despite his busy schedule because he felt bad for me. He called me later the same afternoon with the diagnoses and estimated cost of treatment, and because I felt that he was truly kind and honest, I told him without hesitation to take care of everything he found. He called me the next day to let me know my car was all better and ready to be picked up. I was so pleased that he could squeeze my car into his schedule AND be done the next day that I had to go buy him some donuts on my way to pick up my car. I felt like I was driving a brand new car it ran so smoothly. Thank you, Todd! Very impressed with this business. They ve made a repeat customer out of me.

True honesty is the best description I can give. The type of integrity that makes it easy to refer everyone I know to them. Great mechanic with a vast knowledge of automotive repair. Todd and JC's auto is the rare shop that restores a persons faith and trust in locally owned and operated businesses.

The folks at JC's took good care of us. Held true to the quote and fixed the problem on our 2009 impala. Next repair we need we'll definitely be considering here again.

I have been going here since 2009. They are the best auto shop I have ever been to. They are always busy, need to make appointment ahead of time. But usually they try to accommodate if it's an emergency. I have moved 86 miles away from him. But still I drive my car to him to get anything done. No one touches my car but them. I can sleep without worry about my car with them.

Mechanic's name is Todd, also the owner. Good Christian man who lives by his principles. That means he'll give you an honest quote. He will do an excellent job and keep in contact with you if there are any questions or he finds something that wasn't discussed. Finding a good mechanic who is honest and trustworthy is hard to accomplish these days. You can't go wrong with JC's Auto Care. Just picked up my truck and the bill was 25% cheaper than estimated. Can't beat that.

The owner and his service writer made sure my wife wasn't stranded when a Friday afternoon repair couldn't be completed due to unforseen circumstances. Al the service writer even drive my wife to a rental car place and waited until he knew she could get a rental car for the weekend. Great bunch of guys. We were on vacation and they had our backs and watched out for my wife's safety when I wasn't able to be there.

Todd and his crew are hands-down the best team of mechanics and technicians that I have come across. They fixed a problem for me that stumped every other mechanic. They are steadfastly honest and will always take the time to explain a problem and how to repair it. They always show me the part they replaced and explain why it likely failed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JC's Auto Care and would never take my vehicles anywhere else! A++++

I was recommended to them by a friend. It looks like they stay pretty busy so it's best to make an appointment. Mike is great at keeping you informed through the whole process. They do a great job at a fair price. I would recommend giving them a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Quite beautiful and very surprising to find a true God fearing man that more interested in honestly diagnosing the problem, explaining all options and completing all work in an excellent timely manner. I always go there for any and all car problems. The owner Todd is a great guy and helps me out a lot. He stays pretty busy so make sure to book an appointment. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Finding a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic is always a challenge. Todd, owner & operator, is one if the rare ones. He treats you and your car with respect and doesn't drain your bank account in the process.
