Traveling from FL back home to PA a large screw got embedded in my front tire. Luckily for me I wasn't far from Goodyear Auto Service in Bartow, FL. By the time I located them and arrived at their location my tire was already down by 50%. I walked into to store and was greeted by one of the employees (Greg). I explained my dilemma and he had me pull it into the bay right away and started working to repair my tire. Within a very short time my tire was fixed and ready for me to get back on the road. I want to thank Greg for his expertise and professionalism as he wasted no time getting the repair accomplished. If you live in this area I would highly recommend Goodyear Auto Service in Bartow, FL.

Impressed with the customer service received today. Pulled in with my truck running hot at 1:20pm. I just asked if they could check my coolant level bc I just needed to get home. They went above & beyond from there. The manager had me pull it right up to a bay, checked the coolant, it was low. They asked if I had time for them to see if they could see where it was leaking & I agreed. They quickly found the issue, fixed the issue & filled the coolant. I was home safely with a repaired truck by 3:20pm.Thoroughly appreciate them taking the extra steps above what I asked for. I am a single mom to a special needs child & this is our only mode of transportation. Thank you guys so much. You ve definitely earned my future business.

First off they are high in price and second they never have the size tires we need. Why do you sell tires if you don t have all sizes. And the guy Ricky is rude and answers the phone incorrectly

I couldn t have asked for a better oil change and at a quality price! Greg and Ricky really made the experience top tier, great customer service! Only place I will be going to get my oil change and anything else!

Happy to get my oil changes here, the price is great. Usually they take about an hour, I call a day ahead and make an appointment. There waiting room has coffee and TV. If you need assistance they are happy to make you comfortable. Staff is honest, friendly, knowledgeable and usually diligently working to get patrons back on the road.

One of Church Vans had a tire blow out and our church group needed help quickly. Nick and Ricky helped us in the most efficient, professional, and considerate way. Had us in and back on the road safely. Oh, and they made sure to double check our other Church Van before we pulled out to head home. You rarely see this kind of service these days, so Good Year Bartow deserves this recognition. I highly recommend these guys.

Very disappointed, I needed a new tire asap being that my drivers rear had just split as I was driving down the road and I drove straight in to have a new one put on. The great part is that 11a they got me straight in and had my tire size available in an overly priced tire. So they started working and about an hour later they were done. Great right? So I thought, I walk out to my car and to my surprise my busted tire is still on my vehicle. So I walked back in and asked if they put it on the wrong side and they asked me what tire and I said drivers rear, and he asked the guy who walked out to my car to check what tire and he said right rear. Quickly they grabbed my keys and said they would have it right out for me (took another 15 minutes). So I started reviewing my receipt and it stated that I received a free "tire inspection". When I received my keys back I asked the man if they actually inspected my tires wouldn't they have notice my tire completely messed up. And his response was that the "inspection" is checking the tire pressure. Which they still should have seen my tire but I wasn't going to argue. How can something be called an inspection if air is just being put in tires and the tires aren't being checked if they are safe to drive on? Also, I dont even know what tire was put back on my vehicle, was it mine? Or another used one? This was very disappointing service, especially since I have been bringing my vehicles there for years.

So amazing. Oil change, oil filter, tires rotated! In and out within the hour. Never had better service with friendliest folks anywhere! We will return to this location over and over again. Highest recommendation! Greg was our service person so be sure to ask for him.

I had a nail in my tire this past Sunday, Aug 6, 2023. I could not believe that Goodyear was open on a Sunday. They have amazing staff who are very professional and friendly.I had to get a new tire and was in and out in a short time.Thank you so much for a great experience.

I've always come here to see about every vehicle I had.They're open and honest and give the best advice moving forward with your vehicle.Keeping you in the loop whether you're sitting in their waiting area or home.Very hard working mechanics, I appreciate their time and their experience.

Dylan was extremely helpful when we arrived at Goodyear with a run flat tire! Thanks to his guidance and help we got back on the road with a new tire! I ve been going to this shop for a couple of years for oil changes but lately I ve had issues with my headlights and had to have both fixed. Today my car was sputtering and my check engine light came on so I came in. The manager , Ricky , told me it would be hours before they could even look at it and I d have to drop it off and they would give me a ride back to work. I got very upset and was distraught and he said they would at least put it on the computer to see what was wrong first. They did that and then said they could go ahead and do the tuneup it needed while waiting for parts for another customer. I was so very grateful for their understanding and kindness and really appreciated their help and how they did all they could to get me in quickly. Big shout out to Ricky who was so very nice. Wouldn t go anywhere else!!!

Great service here! Tamonte was an excellent service writer. I was greeted right away and even had a conversation about personal experiences. Also, his technician Diego was super professional and I was in and out! Highly recommend if you are in the area and are in need of some auto assistance!

Excellent service. Bought 2 tires from somewhere else and the other place did a lousy job on balancing the tires. Took it to Goodyear and now it rides smooth. Thank you for the awesome work.

Jeremy did a fantastic job. I stopped to air up a tire , he found a leak . Said we can fix that for you . I was was in and out in no time . Also Travis was very professional and courteous !

The guys at Bartow Goodyear are top notch. I take my truck to them for everything. It s nice to get the quality and consistency of a big name brand with the personal service of a hometown shop.

I was on a 210 miles trip from Naples to Oviedo Sunday when my TPMS warning light went on near Wauchula. My driver s side front tire was only 25psi and going down fast. No tire center was open in Wauchula on Sunday. I had my SUV towed to Goodyear Tire in Bartow. Turns out I had a big screw near the sidewall. The tire was not repairable and the Goodyear store did not have my size in stock. The manager, Travis Allen, contacted another store a few miles away.. It had my size in stock, but no service person to install it. Goodyear put on my space saver spare. I drove to the other store, bought the tire, and brought it back to Goodyear. Goodyear took off my space saver spare and installed the new tire. When I asked how much I owed, I was told nothing . Thank you, Travis and your crew, for being Good Samaritans.

Was on my way to bradenton to visit my dad at the hospital & my tire caught a big nail and went flat. stopped here to get a replacement and they were able to replace it in under 20 minutes, even being really busy. amazing customer service

I can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the Bartow Goodyear Auto Service. We've used them for multiple things, from plugging tire leaks to new tires to oil changes. They are so easy to deal with!! Thank you to all of the employees!!

Came to Jeepin with Judd event and two of our tire valves broke and had to leave the line to get them fixed!! Sherif told us about Goodyear close by. We got there and they were absolutely the best and most friendly crew!!! Got us good and back on the trails we couldn t have done it without Ricky Farley and his guys!!! Thanks a million guys

I was headed to Tampa for a medical procedure and got Stranded with a flat tire that AAA couldn t change because the bolts had rusted/expanded from the salt in the air. Goodyear stepped in, made it a priority! I was one hour late but they were able to wait! I am so appreciative!!!

Very impressed with this young hard working staff. Great Guys, from the manager to the tire tech's. I had been traveling on I-275 near Hillsborough rest stop and sprung a leak in my tire. It was unrepairable, due to the puncture on the shoulder. Called multiple places to locate a exact match. Only had 22k miles on my tires, yet Ford doesn't provide a warranty on their tires from Good Year. Some gave me the run around, with deposits, No firm day of delivery, etc. This location ordered it w/o a deposit and had it delivered the next day. Brought the vehicle in and they took care of the issue very professionally. Great to see there are still tire service centers that truly have a passion for their occupation. Great guys!
