Daughter bought a used tire. For $70.00. Which was terrible. but she didn't have a choice. On her way to work tire went flat and left her stranded. My husband called to see if they would send their service truck out to fix it. Owner was rude and said NO. So leave a single mother on the road. She was able to get someone to fix the flat. Worst customer service and service!!!!

Owner never has the tires that you need used or new it s horrible when he is local in Bartow.

Went in to get a new tire, machanic broke two of my wheel studs, and just looked at me like nothing happened then went to the main boss to asked what he was going to do fix them for me for a discount or what and he stated I had to buy the parts and pay to have it fixed when I wasn't the one who broke it. I didn't tell the employee to go ahead he already broke one off trying to the wheel off then broke another putting it on. Manager is rude and pathetic.

They lied to me about the price of a tire. Charged me $178 for an off brand tire after assuring me I was getting a deal for $60. I was stuck in the rain and they took advantage. Thieves. I hope they go out of business.

Worst place ever. I don t recommend. Took a family vehicle and they caused the vehicle more problems then it had to start with. They basically stoled $500. The owners are rude and unprofessional.

They have helped me a few times since we moved here last year. Ordered 4 new tires from them and they were perfect!

Purchased a tire from this place and the next morning it was flat!!!I had my Receipt but not the tire.I had picture of the flat tire that had two holes and apparently was dry rotted. He put my kids and I in danger with giving a customer a tire he had to have know it was bad. YOU'RE A MECHANIC HOW COULD YOU NOT SEE THAT ITS DRIED OUT!Never will I go here again and I definitely wouldn t suggest it to anyone else. Don t deserve not one star rating.

DO NOT GO HEAR THEY ARE RUDE IN DISRESPECTFUL THEY SALE DRY ROT TIRES AND THEN HAVE THE NERVE I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB RUN AWAY FROM HEAR FAST AS U CAN AND DO NOTTTT LOOK BACK

I most definitely WOULD NOT recommend I got a tire from here literally two weeks ago today and it's going flat granted it's a used tire that cost me 42 dollars just for them to tell it's no warranty on used tires and they can't replace it I read the reviews before I got the tire but decided to give them a chance but people believe the reviews most definitely won't get my service or money anymore

Just a Mom and Pop tire shop. 1 Mechanic on duty.Bathroom was clean, Though the door is missing a handle leaving a 2 inch hole as a means of opening the door, Hope your not shy about your business.... But overall fair prices. I would go there again....

Bad business. Horrible customer service. Told me one price over the phone and charged me more after they finished the job. They even had the nerve to actually be kind of snobby about it. If I had not desperately needed that tire I would have left and went elsewhere. Nothing good to say about this business.

Worst experience ever I would not send my worst enemies car to this place my car was there for over a month and they did not fix the problem I picked it up with the original problem that it came there with on top of now I have more problems because now I have to put the inside of my car back together because it was not done properly and half of the stuff in the car that they took apart was not even put back together. I don't know how this place is even still open this place is a joke and wants to charge an arm and a leg for doing nothing except for giving me more problems cuz now I have to come out of my pocket even more to fix stuff that was not broken when I took it there

Avoid this place like the plague. I don t know about any other services, but if you re returning a U-Haul; do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The employee completely ignored my husband even though he was the only one inside. When my husband spoke to him, he was very rude in responding.
