QUOTED 850.00 OVER THE PHONE TO BUILD ME A RADIATOR FOR AN LS SWAP. I WAS ASKED TO BRING IN THE OLD RADIATOR SO THEY COULD GET THE PROPER SPECS NEEDED. THE PRICE WENT FROM 850 TO 1350 WHEN I ARRIVED IN PERSON. WHEN I ASKED WHY IT WAS SO MUCH MORE THAN QUOTED HE JUST SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND BLAMED IT ON THE COST OF COPPER AND BRASS. I TOLD HIM I APPRECAITE IT AND LEFT WITHOUT BUYING A RADIATOR. CALLED BACK TO SEE IF SOMEONE ELSE COULD EXPLAIN THE ADDITIONAL $500.00 I WAS TOLD HE OWNS THIS SHOP AND HE DOESN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH AND HUNG UP. I CAN UNDERSTAND A LITTLE MORE COST BUT $500 SEEMED EXCESSIVE ESPECIALLY WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION OTHER THAN HOW MUCH COPPER COST AND A SHOULDER SHRUG. I'M SURE COPPER DID NOT GO UP AN ADDITIONAL $500 IN MATERIALS. DISSAPOINTING BECAUSE I'M TIRED OF TRADING ONLINE BUT AT LEAST THE PRICES ARE WRITTEN DOWN AND DON'T CHANGE AT RANDOM.

Chancey's took good care of me and my radiator. The repair was timely and has held up just fine. I would send my friends that need radiator work to this shop.

I work here we offer great service and if you wanna know anything about yr car just call and ask ive been working here going on 16 years every thing I do is very personal and will notify anyone with additional problems thats has to do with the job or job requirements and if you have any thing go wrong that has nothing to do with ac or radiator replacement during any installation or diagnostic we always have it photographed and listed before any work is done do to sertin individuals who have no clue what there talking about and we encourage anyone who has had any problems happen afterwards to bring it back so we can further review or Acknowledge the problems at hand thanks the Foreman joshua chancey..

I paid a lot of Money to get my radiator repair it lasted about a week and it started back leaking . I had to take it to another shop to get it repaired properly .

If you want it done right this is the place.Repaired gas tank many years ago and rebuilt radiator couple of months ago.
