Matthew Robinson was my sales Rep, he was on top of everything helped me find the perfect RV for my situation and made me feel welcomed at Camping world. I would recommend to friends and family looking into a RV.

They Promise stuff and don't keep it.They prolong things on purpose. And they won't even compensate for the fact that the part came in late. They should still find a way to get a person out there immediately. I have to wait until Monday to finally get someone out to fix Knowingly it was supposed to be done today. So I Advise not to go to any camping world because they can't keep promises. If you read more posts from this Camping World specifically, then you understand why I'm saying this. There is another one that literally lost a pop up camper from this company

Went just to look and wound up purchasing a small travel trailer. Sales person showed us several models we were looking for and stayed within our price range. No pressure. We had plenty of time alone to discuss the choices. Financing and insurance went quickly and rates are consistent with what I had look up.

I ve never bought an RV before, and I was intimidated to do so. Misty gave me the best buying experience I ve ever had when buying any sort of automobile. She was patient and kind when explaining things. Especially things that most people know when it comes to rvs. She was accommodating to my needs and comfort. It was especially appreciated when it started to rain unexpectedly, and her go cart had a rain cover! Thanks Misty!

First-time buyers but long enthusiasts, my wife and I went in to dream. Turned out that Mili was very helpful and knowledgeable. Never pushy. Not stocking salesman. Just very relaxed and ready to help us dream. We loved a particular RV and ended up buying it. From Maribela, who helped us when we went in to do our paperwork, to TJ who did the financing paperwork, to Matt who did our walk-through, everyone was great. We did buy a used unit that was missing a few items, thus the 4 stars, but nothing negative to say about Camping World. We truly enjoyed our experience and feel like we have people that we can go to if we have any questions in the future. Thank you all for the great experience.

My husband and I were searching options for retirement living as we visit Florida quite often and will eventually end up living there in the winter months. We decided to stop in and look at some travel trailers and I m glad we did. Jason was very helpful and friendly. He took his time and showed us many models. He is very patient and not your typical pushy salesman. He is very knowledgeable and helped us weigh out the pro s and con s before making a decision. I highly recommend him if you re even thinking about purchasing from camping world in Bartow Fl. We look forward to working with him in the near future. Thank you Jason.

This review was intended for the Fort Meyers Location. However they blocked me from being able to write a review. I purchased a 2021 Forest Camper on March 8th. 3 weeks later we noticed black mold growing under both sinks. The mold is in the flooring, walls and surrounding wood. The Black Mold is so bad that we called it in to see what our options were, but we were given little help and direction. Everything seemed to be out of pocket to fix all though we purchased an extended warranty. We also asked to take it back in, and get a full refund, but that was denied. We are now working with their corporate office. I am hoping with them I can leave a better review in the near future.

PAID $1100 FOR "SERVICE". THEY WRECKED MY POP-UP. We brought our Pop-Up Camper to this location for warranty work. We also had $1100 worth of additional services done at that time. When we came to pick it up, we discovered one of the bed supports was crushed. (I figured it happened when they used a forklift to move the RV while the Beds were set up, despite all the warnings in the manual NOT to do that!) Despite "Jessica" initially agreeing to have us bring it back in, our service Rep "Julia" refused to see us. She tried to claim it was pre-existing damage, despite damage to both the frame AND the pole! (Surely their service techs would have noticed only one of the two poles on that side fits in that bracket now?! And they just "magically" knew to put those two together rather than mixing them up if it were pre-existing?!) She even trotted out the manager who kept repeating "Probably's Not Proof!" over and over again like it was somehow a magic get-out-of-jail card just because I didn't have... video evidence of them using the forklift, I guess? The stupid part? I got it repaired somewhere else for under $100. They took a customer who had already spent $1100 with them, and gaslighted me over $100 in damage. Document EVERYTHING and take pictures of your entire RV before you trust these people to do any work. Better yet, just go anywhere else.

Matthew helped us tremendously. It was our first time gathering information and he took his time to show us multiple campers and answers every question we had, he even went above and beyond and gave us extra information that at the end we didn t even had anymore questions to ask. We definitely recommend Matthew at Camping World as your sales advisor. Thank you Matthew for making our first experience a great one.

We were trying to trade a fifth wheel that we were under on. It was a difficult situation and very hard to do something. Jason in Bartow, Fl went above and beyond helping us. There were ups and downs for about 3 weeks and even after my wife and I had given up finding something Jason did not and because of that we are now in a Class A that we love.Jason did a great job and was awesome to work with from start to finish. Thank you Jason for always making us feel like we were a priority and we also want to thank TJ and Will because they worked hard as well.

I would not recommend the service department at the Bartow location. The service manager Ted could care less about the customer. If you have an issue he will not try and help resolve it. I had to reach out to the manufacturer myself because they kept blaming the manufacturer for not sending the parts. Which was not the case. I tried to send him proof and he would not even look at it. I had to reach out to the regional manager to get help. So I picked up my camper on 4-3-2024 after 2 1/2 months. I walked inside and this is what I found in my shower. They used my brand new towels and wash clothes to clean up something and left them in the shower to dry I guess. I mentioned to the service advisor and she could of cared less.

Great selection and customer service. Maria was our Sales Rep and she took good care of us. The sales team was very nice and not pushy at all. They drove us around in a golf cart so we wouldn't have to walk in the hot sun. They offered water and they had a customer lounge. All in all, a great shopping experience.

Carl met us as we first walked up and from the first second he was so helpful, and friendly is an understatement !We were genuinely just looking as we were traveling from out of state and he took the time to find out our desires and preferences and spent his time showing us exactly what we came to see. I can t recommend him and Camping world highly enough! I also can t wait to shop online for some things when we get back home!!

Came in for the block party, and to look at some campers . Walked through the door asked if we had an appointment. Didn t think we need an appointment to look at campers. Then she said oh, we can get you in, but you need a phone number and an ID. I ve bought two campers, and never had to have an ID to look at them or a phone number. I guess I won t be coming back to camping world. Never had to have an ID in Maine to look at campers.

We were heading home from Florida to NH and needed air in our motorhome tires. We couldn't find the stem valves on the back tires as they're dual wheels. We stopped at Camping World in St. Augustine Florida, and although it took quite a bit of time, they had to take the back wheels off to put air in all of the tires and released some where there was too much. They did all of this at no charge. Very polite and efficient. Thank You! We made it home safely.

Let me preface saying that my salesman Allen was the best. The methodology and FEES are terrible. And the sales manager wasn't highly informed or I would've towed away a new Coleman camper. And we were not informed when arriving that they were going to run a credit check. They did that before we even looked at campers, didn't know till we checked our phone later and received the text from our credit bureau monitoring. Never again... Even if I need supplies.

I was extremely disappointed. Going to give them a try for the first time as I ve been a loyal Lazydays customer unfortunately they were worse than the situation I could ve imagined I cannot speak for them in repairs, but I can speak for them in wanting to help a customer, I explain to them that I have a 2022 travel trailer. When I purchased my unit, I made sure and purchased every warranty under the sun. I explained to them the situations that I had, and the only thing they can keep repeating to me is diagnostic fees, diagnostic fees, diagnostic fees. I completely get it as being in the automotive industry there is diagnostic fees, but a vehicle has warranty or aftermarket warranty. We stop advising the customer and know that we can get the job done in this case. All they were worried about was diagnostically fees. Fortunately, I called my manufacturer direct and got extreme amount of help with them, and my unit is being picked up and delivered directly to the manufacturer In Indiana and they are going to do factory repairs at the direct manufacturer it would ve been so much easier and they could ve gotten credit if they would ve helped me do that and advise me that I just needed to call the manufacturer direct as the multiple problems that we are having we re big problems with this unit that s only two years old. Unfortunately, all were worried about was diagnostic fees.

They guy was nice. But the problem was how much they wanted down. They wouldn't let us do payments and they only had one we was able to look at. They had no used campers. It was a waste of our time and money for gas

Drove hours just to be shown a camper that was extremely water damaged. We brought a moisture meter. You could smell it immediately when you walked in the unit. We are still receiving soliciting phone calls and emails asking us if we still want the unit

Camping World in Bartow is phenomenal! Everyone has their horror stories of RV dealers, but every thing about this buying experience was great.Met Allen McSorley and walked us through what we were looking at. No pressure, just a knowledgeable fun guy.Ended up buying a 2024 Forest River Saber. At the closing and walk through, Matt was awesome. Everything about this experience was great! And so far nothing but good things to say about Forest River.

We bought a Keystone Cougar 22MLS about a month ago from Carl, who did a really great job walking us through and educating us. We took it out for our first trip a week after we purchased it and were expecting a great time. The fridge never worked!!!!! The lights came on, but it never got cold. How does CW say that something is ready for pick up, and then not check the fridge? That seems like one of the most important things to check. We then drive it immediately back to Bartow, which is actually out of the way for us, and drop it off with service.Taylor tells me she is going to call me and give me an update. No call after 3 days. I had to call and find out what was going on. Taylor was not there. Huh? Finally got a hold of Cami and service hadn't even looked at it yet after 4+ days. Wow! They finally got someone on it and determined it was a bad fridge. No kidding. Then I find out they don't have one and it needs to be ordered and may not come in for about 1 week. Cami gives me no commitment whatsoever on any dates or times on when it will be available. None. I had to be the one to walk through the steps to try and to get some time on when I could expect it. It feels like she really didn't want to commit to anything. Hoping to go on a trip over Thanksgiving but may have to cancel our plans because of a fridge that was not inspected before we took possession after we bought it.Cami was supposed to work Monday, but then didn t come in. She was supposed to call me and let me know that someone was working on installing the fridge, and we could pick it up Tuesday. My wife reminded me to call just to make sure that CW is working on it. Talked to Julie (Service Manager) in the late afternoon, and she didn t know anything about the RV. She found out that my RV was assigned to a tech but that no one had worked on it. Juile told me that she was going to find out the schedule and call me back.CW has had my RV for 3 weeks, and we've only had it for 1 week. Wow!!!Just not very happy with how the service has been handling this.

First of all I would like to thank William for the great sales experience in buying our first travel trailer. If there would be anyone I would refer to assist in buying a new or used R/V it would be Will. With that being said the reason for only giving one star would be due to the poor service of the service department. We waited for the trailer to be inspected for over five hours although they did repair a few minor issues it should have never taken that long. As I was waiting I took the time to order a pair of plastic finders that were broken on the trailer. I was told the price would be $112.00 for the part and what ever the shipping would be after the item had arrived, and Kim the lady that help me could not tell me the price of shipping and had assumed around $60. The part arrived and I was hit with an additional $170.00 bill for an item that weighed around eight pounds. At this point I asked if I could return the item and Kim had told me no so I asked her if I could have some time to sort things out due to I had to replace the A/C unit on the trailer that I was told before buying was fine. I then purchased a new A/C unit and paid in full. When the unit came in and I went to pick it up I was told that Kim had said that I could not take my A/C unit that was paid in full until I paid the remaining amount of $170.00 on the plastic finders. Kim told me herself that I had time on the extremely over priced finders and how dare her think she can hold something that I paid in full. She is very rude not only to me but others that come into the store. My wife and myself witnessed her being extremely rude to another customer as we were waiting for parts. She gives Camping World a bad face and I truly believe she needs to be trained on how to treat customers that provide her a paycheck and or eliminating her from your team completely. Everyone else that I dealt with was top notch. They all deserve a raise just for having to deal with Kim everyday.

They won't let you look at campers without a salesperson in tow. I walked out of Camper World and did my research at Lazy Days. I later bought from Lazy Days. Many people want to be left in peace to look things over before talking to sales.

Great experience purchasing our first RV. Heath, our salesperson was AMAZING from beginning to end. Polite, knowledgeable of Coaches, and made our buying experience a positive one. If you're shopping for an RV, see him at Camping World Bartow...all parties we dealt with were top notch from front desk to the close of the deal

My husband and I just purchased this 2021 RV from Aly at Gander RV. July 9 we decided to go look at campers. We had never done so before. Aly showed us several different ones and reiterated she would be happy to show us campers all day. She worked very hard to find information we requested and she responded to all calls, texts, emails, and questions quickly. She was great! I highly recommend asking for her!Carl (manager) did our walk-thru. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. We both liked him.Craig did our final paperwork. He was quick and thorough.Joe delivered our RV for us. He was awesome. Had some super helpful tips and was very nice.Overall we had a wonderful experience and we would recommend Gander Bartow! Thank you guys so much!

The first thing I want to make clear, that Heather did her job well and was very professional. My issue is with Camping world policies and cost of parts and labor. The cost for parts and labor is completely outrageous and it's price gouging. I will never recommend Camping World to anyone I know. We stayed at the World on Charlotte twice within the last 2 years. They also did work 2years ago.on our motorhome last year
