We brought in a family vehicle for a diagnostic due to issues we couldn t resolve ourselves.We were under the impression a diagnostic would be 100-150 dollars which other places around Lakeland and bartow charge 75 plus tax or 100 plus tax .They took FULL advantage of the situation and charged us $400!!! For a diagnostic test - just to find out what s wrong!I had a very high opinion of Bartow Ford until we did this!That s taking FULL advantage of people in a tough situation!AVOID their Service department at all costs, they should be totally ashamed they are doing that to people. Businesses started out with the intent to help people , not screw them at every possible angle

This place has a policy of lying to you just to get you in the door. Then they will lie to you some more.They are completely dishonest and untrustworthy.Avoid this business at all costs.

I hate to be petty but if you pay for the works package then you should also fill all fluids. My wiper fluid was so low that not even 1 gallon of rain x that I bought from the store filled it up. I ve also had a tool stolen from my trunk from here. I understand how these places work as i use to work for Reeves Import Motorcars. You deal with a ton of people, a ton of cars and try to hurry and get it done but people would appreciate it more if you were just more thorough with everything, even the small things such a wiper fluid. I m just going to find a different place to go to. Tired of dealing with large dealerships because it just seems to be the trend and makes sense why they get such a bad name/rep.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Motor had a design flaw of which was not under warranty. After it was replaced, service rep helped get a $4k allowance so it was not so expensive. Wish they had at least cleaned the car.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

The store looked deserted but was actually kinda nice... not very busy. Customer service was good.

Have been using Bartow Ford for over 10 years for car purchases and service. Our last visit was horrible. We had a particular issue with our car that is known to Ford. When I attempted to explain the issue the service person blew me off telling me it was another issue. I was told brand new cars come off trucks with dead batteries and it is only a battery issue. The service person did not want to listen to me when I insisted that we get everything checked out. He instead turned and attempted to get my husband to send it to the quick service lane to have a battery change. When I received my car back the only notation put in was dead battery. Very disappointed as we just had it replaced a year ago.

I requested a warranty service while having a warranty service by Ford. I was told by the service department I had to go to a different department for the correction.
