Listen!!!!!!! Luis Q. saved my whole life!! I was frustrated, in tears, about to trade my car in because I didn t know which lights I needed or what else was wrong with my car! He was patient, he showed me what I needed and even helped me with the lights. I love him and will support this store because of him.

I just wanted to come on here and say, I had such a great customer service experience with the employee named Pedro. He went above and beyond to listen to me and my car needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered to help in any way he can. I m so grateful to have met him, I will continue to come back for my car needs to Autozone. Thanks again

Don t go in there and ask for help you are an evil human being that does not deserve the breath. You re robbing from them while you re in the store Sam specifically is not interested in working and has the worst body order you ve ever experienced in your life

Pedro was awesome, he helped me find the correct headlight and brake light bulbs for my car and even installed them for me!!!!! Definitely recommend stopping in for all your auto needs

The customer service employee.was.awesome - tested my battery and showed me it was done. I did overpay for the battery - $225 compared to $125 at Sam's, BUT they also installed it and took care of the old battery. So, it's definitely worth it. I sure didn't feel like learning how to install a battery on Christmas eve!!

Michael was a savior when my car broke down during the hurricane and even triple A didn t show.He installed my serpentine belt and did some other troubleshooting to get me on the road back to St. PetersburgI ll never forget what a good guy he was. 10 stars!

Awesome experience! Autozone always takes care of me! I recommend them! I thought I might need a battery, got it checked and replaced in less that 10 minutes! Leanora was quick, professional, and pleasant to work with!

Carlos just replaced my battery for me. He was very fast and efficient and made a start of a bad day turn great for me. He worked very hard and had a great attitude while I got to sit in my warm truck. This guy is gold to this company and deserves a raise for what he brings to this business. Thanks Carlos. You made my day so much easier!

Life savers. Power was out due to the hurricane. I had a broken shut-off valve / connector on the fuel line. They provided parts that got my generator running. Cost less than $20. Most other stores were closed.

Staff was friendly and helpful on warranty exchange of THEIR PART... Unfortunately Corporate needs to CHANGE POLICY... I have a check engine light and code related to their faulty part... They refused to clear the code, though all other retailers do this service...Manager even stated their code reader cant...Being a service tech that has used all brands of code readers I know this is not true. I get it, clearing codes can be a liability, BUT WHEN IT IS OBVIOUSLY CAUSED BY A FAULTY PART YOUR STORE SOLD AND IS THE ONLY CODE...CLEAR IT FOR THE CUSTOMER... CREATE A WAIVER OF LIABILITY IF IT IS SUCH A CONCERN...THAT IS VERY SIMPLE AND A TRUE COURTESY YOUR COMPANY SHOULD NOT DENY WHEN A CUSTOMER REQUESTS...
