Adams and Son have done my ac fixture on my 95 grand marquis, and I haven't had any problems with it. They have also done my alignment as well, and I am a satisfied customer. I highly recommend them for your needs of your vehicle.

Excellent service! Looked at our truck today and explained everything perfectly. Would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them for diagnosis and repair. Pricing is great for general repairs and not ridiculously marked up as you'll find at most shops. *update..we received a thank you card from Adams & Sons in the mail after our visit! What a surprise and delight that they took the time to send it! That s great service!*

I called and took my SUV into Adams at noon. The night before I got a flat and broke a wheel stud off. They we're very busy but worked to get me taken care of before I had to drive it home. They were quick, polite, professional, and inexpensive! If you need car care or repair in the Bartow area you should absolutely use Adams & Son's Service!

Stopped in hoping they could check out an oil leak I was experiencing. My oil filter turned out to be loose. I didn t have an appointment, I was on my way to work in Brandon, and they were so kind! Checked it out right away and fixed it quickly. I am so thankful! Strongly recommend!

Great place. The best and most friendliest mechanic shop I've been to in a while. Prices are great they are not charging an arm and a leg like a lot of places and they will do everything they can to help the regular guy and they never make u feel like your less a person than anyone else

Came in yet again. Nice to be rembered from visit to visit. This is my go to place for repairs and oil changes. Very trustworthy, fair price for quality work!Very friendly place with reasonable prices. This is my new auto repair shop.Second visit to this place was just as good as the first. I needed brake work done and gave them a reasonable budget for the repair. All four brakes done within the budget and they were able to get me in right away! Love love love this place. They exceed my expectations. At Adams and Sons I don't have the worry of getting ripped off or over charged. It feels like I have a family member who is a mechanic.

Got into a minor fender bender that caused me to get a flat, I was close by and found their shop. They helped me right away and were able to help me get home by fixing my flat. Definitely appreciate their service. Would recommend to family and friends.Service: TiresService: Tires

Just wow. This is a family business so right off the bat I figured I'd get good service. I was right! These guys were kind, quick, and price was right! What more can you ask for? If you are in the area give this place a shot. You won't regret it!

Everyone is very nice and personable. I have found my new favorite automotive shop. I had a good feeling about them as soon as I walked in the first time. Not only will they look at the problem that you come to them for, they give an overall check of your car and kindly advises you on your vehicle's overall situation. There is no pressure for additional services, only information. I'll be going to them for any of my automotive needs. Great service and their prices are more than reasonable. A great place to have your car worked on.

I moved to Bartow about a week ago and I needed an auto repair shop. I chose Adams & Sons because of the many positive reviews, and I'm so glad I did! I called for an appointment and was told to come on in. When I got there they were able to check out my car immediately. It appeared to be a minor problem with the a/c system, but they kept checking and discovered my compressor was bad. I had it replaced and the work was done all in the same day! The people are professional and knowledgeable as well as warm, helpful and very caring. I will definitely make this my go-to for car repairs.Service: Air conditioning

I moved over a year ago to Bartow, FL. I found my way to Adams and Sons with apprehension over bringing my old car to a "new to me" auto repair shop. I found a relaxed atmosphere with a very attentive owner who put the car on the lift right off, pleasantly chatted with his customers, and explained to us what was being worked on clearly. I had scheduled for a major issue with my car, expecting I would have to return for two other minor issues that needed fixing. All three issues were fixed within a relatively short time. My final bill was very fair and manageable. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop to all in the area or passing through.

I've been a satisfied customer of Adams and Sons since 1993. They've always been fair, informative and decently priced. Even when I relocated to Tampa I still had my vehicles repaired with them because they're trustworthy!

I was supposed to drop my car to find out what was wrong with my AC. I couldn't get up with a ride, so I couldn't. I felt sick about that. I saw from their website they were open on Sundays. I telephoned to let someone know that I'd drop it off. The recording said closed. I came down with bronchitis and couldn't get there. I've spoken with a few people I trust who told me they were very good mechanics. I've been looking for a shop to take care of my baby. I've paid these "so called" reputable shops and they'd say it was fixed. Not! Then something else would go wrong!! No more! I've taken care of my car. I purchased it brand new in 2008. No problems till moving to Florida.

I came from Pittsburgh Pa i needed work done on my car after stopping at a few places i came across Adams and Sons and i couldn't be more thankful. They check off every box in terms of work and services . They have genuine conversation and they explain what's wrong or could be and help you understand. A group of men who love what they do and make sure that you love your car even more for getting it done here!! Come here first and i guarantee you'll be satisfied!

Customer service as well as quality that is becoming exceedingly difficult to find in this day and age. A very well run family business that is very welcoming and community oriented. I appreciate finding a good doctor for my personal health I am as grateful to find a good mechanic for my car. They will go the extra mile for you.Thanks Ray & Family - Peace & Blessings!

In town on business when I started getting a loud grinding noise from my brakes. When I called, they said they heard the urgency in my voice and were able to squeeze me right in. The service, customer service and quality is all top notch. Would highly recommend getting any work done at this establishment. Thanks Bill!

I got there at the same time as their lunch. These guys still worked on my car right away. I had a striped screw on a battery terminal. They replaced the screw and got me a new battery. I highly recommend Adam and Sons!Service: BatteryService: Battery

I've been going here for a while. The people are friendly and helpful. I had some brakes replaced here that also went bad shortly after and they replaced them right away at no charge. Good honest people and great work.

The owner was not even interested in fixing my truck. All he continued to say even before I brought the truck to his garage was it needs a new motor. Didn't care to or even give suggestions of what could be fixed. Just complained that the under carriage of the truck was covered in oil. ( which is the reason it was there) refused to fix anything and still charged me $57.00. For nothing. But still continued to tell me it needs a new motor. I took the same truck to Main Street Auto where they had no problem in fixing what I needed and never complained about oil underneath. Nor did they tell me I needed a new engine. What is really sad is my family has taken cars to Adams and Sons for years.. Well, not any longer.

Amazing, honest, mechanics; fixed my CR-V with a brake problem that Honda said would cost upwards of 1.5k and they charged me half that however it happened again so I took it back they checked it for me the next day and updated me every step of the way. I will bring all my cars here from now on and I suggest anyone looking for a honest mechanic do the same very happy with yall

Put a new starter on my truck and they missed a frayed wire. Brought it back and they fixed it for free because they said they should have caught it. These guys are not only honest, but very good mechanics. They are the best I have found in Polk county.
