Asked to have an oil change on my RV, was told the cost would be 119.99 no told it was 119.99 plus 150.00 for the oil. 270.00 for an oil change?Had othe issues that I wanted to be addressed, was charged time but not resolved said that I would need to contact the manufacturer to get the part to repair it myself.Wanted a complete inspection since I recently purchased it used and have no confidence that appliances were checked but was definately charged for it.

Should be ZERO stars for these rip off artists and liars. Pretty sad when you say a battery is bad and sell us one. (We trust you saying it was a bad battery) We have the good since to keep the core instead of giving it up. Take it to 2 other parts stores and they say the battery is fine. Then call you and the store operator says " Oh we'll take the new one back and give you 15$ back." Although we just paid almost 300$ for it. I hope you know that one day you'll have to answer to God for your deceitfulness. Avoid this place!

Needed help with our motorhome and these folks were awesome! George, the service man, explained each and every thing he did. We thought it was a major, expensive, job, but he showed us the problem and fixed it. The service manager came out and looked at a slide problem we mentioned, but didn t think they would be able to fix. While they didn t have the part, he diagnosed it, gave me part number to order later and names of 3 other places to try and find the part. The whole thing cost a whole lot less than we expected and they were awesome!!! Thank you so much!!Services: Electrical, Battery

They removed 2 leaking hydraulic cylinders for my motorhomes slide outs. I took them to be rebuilt, and they reinstalled them. This was no easy job, but they were able to do it. The labor time they charged was very reasonable. I m a happy camper.

On 3/2/22 I called Stewart's Mobile Village RV Repair in Avon Park, FL, and spoke with Glenn. We agreed I would bring in my RV on 3/28 for roof recoating on 3/29. I would pick it up first thing 3/30 because we had a long travel day 3/30. He asked me to call on 3/15 to remind him to order the materials. He estimated the cost would be $700-$800.On 3/11 I stopped in and spoke with the woman at the front desk who confirmed my appointment and said she would notify Glenn about materials. I called again on 3/15 as asked and again went over my time requirements. I was assured it would be no problem. On 3/28 I dropped off the RV, again told them my travel schedule and confirmed they had my phone number in case of problems. I then drove two hours away to stay with family while they worked on the RV.On 3/29 I called to see if there were any problems with the job. I was told everything was fine and they would call if there were any issues. No calls. On 3/30 at about 9:30 a.m. I showed up to get the rig. I was told it was not finished and would need another coat. I asked why it was not done. Answer - it needs another coat. We danced the it-needs-another-coat dance until I gave up asking. I asked why didn t they call? You guessed it - It needs another coat. It was like talking to a parrot. When I got the bill it was $960. And that included about $100 for the coating they did not use. They took the unused coating charge off of the bill. I had a schedule and had to be on the road. I left with one coat. When I hooked up to the RV I discovered they had shut off the battery (for two nights?!) which shut off the refrigerator and I lost everything in the refrigerator. Another $150 lost.Avoid these people at all costs. They don t care about customers. They either lie or are just sloppy.

When I called Stewart's I had no idea what to expect. I had to leave a key for them to fix a problem and to trust them to fix what was wrong. This turned into a wonderful experience and I'm so grateful for all that they did for me. They fixed the problem and got in touch with the manufacturer and they were able to get it all taken care of with the warranty and I didn't have to do anything. AMAZING!!!!!! The service people I worked with were so nice and they went above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely use them again. Thank you everyone at Stewart's.

Told me they were having labor issues, waited till the day of appt. to inform us they could not/ would not do the repair. Waited +\- 10 weeks for appt.. We are locals, and can certainly appreciate employees not showing up for work because OBIDEN is a better option.Having said this they did rig my new Jeep w tow bar and lights and did a wonderful job a while back. Do not want to issue a negative review, just wish they would have told me 10 weeks ago they didnt want the work and I could have searched elsewhere for service. We wish you well.

I called the service department for help with a busted strut on my power awning. They were booked out a couple weeks but instead of leaving me hanging they gave me the names of a couple independent repair guys and vouched for their work. The first one I called was able to come out the next morning and get me fixed up. I'm impressed that they were willing to send business away in order to help out a guy in need. Thank you.

I have had Stewart s over to my RV twice in 2 weeks for 2 different problems. I have received the best service ever! After making the mistake of hiring another company to repair my furnace and him being here 4 times and telling me it was fixed and it was not!!I went through the cold nights using micro furnaces to keep warm. After much frustration I called Stewart s and they diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes. It is working great! And today my shower was leaking and George came and fixed it pronto.Koodo s to Stewart s for excellent customer service. I will never use anybody else again. Stewart s it is!

I stopped at their shop with an appointment to have my front ac serviced in my RV due to a leak when it rained. It took about an hour and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately when I got on my roof a few days later to service my solar panel frame I noticed that one of the screws in the ac cover was not all the way down and was at an angle. I tried take it out and it just spun so now I have a stripped screw in my ac cover. Now you know that technician knew what he had done and just left it for me to worry about. We are full time rvers so I don t have time to take it back and we are not going through that area again so I guess I ll fix it at my next stop further South in Florida. Hopefully I won t have any problems with the rain leak that they supposedly fixed. I m finding these kinds of service problems the more I travel, people in the RV service industry just don t take any pride in what they do.Service: Air conditioning

Thought I had finally found a good place to have RV repairs done, guess not. They call you with additional repair suggestions, I guess I needed a new kitchen faucet, well now I have a new faucet that leaks under the sink and into the storage below. The old faucet didn t leak, so I paid $120.00 to get a leak. I paid $500.00 for a generator carburetor that I could have bought on Amazon for less than $100.00.Stay away from this place !

Spent 6 months in their shop and $5,000 later slide out still leaks. Everytime they claimed it was good, it would leak every time it would rain. Always a new problem they didn't catch, causing the leak. Never again use these guys

I highly recommend this company for RV repairs. These guys are awesome! The technicians Johny and Glenn were here on time and worked hard to get the job done. They had excellent communication between themselves and us. Top of the line no doubt.

During our time in Florida this winter I managed to damage the trailer power tongue jack beyond repair. Needing to move from one park to another I was in real need of help. Fortunately I stopped at Stewart's. They had a new tongue jack available and installed immediately so I could be on my way. Very nice people and extremely helpful.

After getting a really bad 30 to 50 amps electrical upgrade "somewhere" in Georgia, I came here with lots of doubts because my generator wouldn't start right and I had to keep my Ford engine on in my motor home on all the time to keep it on (as soon as ignition was off the generator would turn itself off). Here at Stewart's, a technician named John identified bad connections with the wiring system; something I also believe because the Georgia guy was not a certified technician but the owner of a very small RV camp - a mistake I will never do again. The switcher relay was also bad so I had to get another one from Camping World (that's another story itself the switcher had to be compatible with the new circuit box). John identified the problem is day one (a little less than half an hour), the next day he worked with the atutomatic switcher itself and the wiring system (about 90 minutes) but we needed the right breakers, so in third day he did that and also identified another battery cable problem (about half an hour or less) which was responsable for the generator no charging well. While he was working on the cables he told me to check the gas level in the truck engine and the oil of the generator; so it turned out the low oil was making the generator to shut down. So I fixed this myself with his directions (I know I should have done this before but I am new with RVs so I am still learning the basics). By this time ( I had estimated it'd be at least 2 hours but more because generally speaking RV dealers usually like to "round" numbers to their benefit), I also bought generator oil, gas stabilizer (for future long planning storage) and something else I can't remember right now. So with all the rounding and parts he also used for his work (a junction box at least) you can imagine my shock to find out they were only charging me $253.03! I looked at a board in the retail store and it says they charge about $103 something per hour of labor. This is much less than an Iowa RV service center who was charging me about $130 an hour (good service there but expensive too) and less than other 3 RV dealers in Georgia who were advertising their services for between $120 and $125 from what I recall. Besides this great service and very reasonable fee (these two guys usually don't go together), they only charged me $10 per day for staying here. Sure, they didn't have a picnick table (I never use it any way) but they had full hook ups here. For these reasons I am more than happy to give them 5 Starts (in total with service here and "service" in the other place). I ended up paying about $800 in parts and about $650 in service. This was not bad because in Iowa they told told me the 30-to-50 amp upgrade would go for about $2,000 in total and in two certified RV centers in Georgia they told me it would take them about two days of labor and the other up to a week (which was very ridiculous); so even though I took a big chance in GA, things are turning well in so far thanks to this RV repair center in Avon Park in Florida.

Outstanding service! They made absolutely sure that the equipment was operating correctly before the unit and I left their shop. Very very satisfied.

FirstAnd foremost, this company is the real deal. This morning Travis Hall and John Yohe arrived at our campground and performed extensive repairs on our new forest riverWildwood trailer. Right from the beginning, Travis and John were extremely professional and were very knowledgeable . My wife and I were surprised at just how quickly they worked and how reasonable there rates really were. We've worked with this company before, but they really stepped up their game when they sent these two service technicians. I can't say enough about Stewart's and hope that Travis and John's efforts won't go unnoticed.

Very nice people who did their best to find and correct a problem with our RV. I guess if the problems had been repaired, they'd get 5 stars. Everything you need to keep your RV operating as efficiently as possible.

Both ac's on our rv were not working. Called Stewart's on Friday, she said bring it in Monday. Did that, one ac was kaput for sure. New one ordered and installed by 5:00 pm Tuesday. Need ac in Florida even in February. Stewart's bailed me out of a big problem.
