Had an alignment done here after purchasing tires in Naples Fl. Quick Lane spent a lot of time on our F350 with numerous attempts to fix our problem today and test driving it to be sure it s perfect. Thomas our service writer was Mr. Customer Service taking the time to explain to us what was going on with our issue. All in all 2.5 hours later we drove home to Lake Placid happy campers. We have all our oil changes done here and other work next door. We pass by the Ford Dealership in Sebring and go 10 miles further because of the customer service here. We are always happy that we do this.

I had "the works" bought my truck at Jarret with the maintenance agreement, so the visit was free. Bonus. Done in just a little over an hour.

Today was my first time coming here. I had an appointment at 7:30. They were quick to get the car and start to work. They showed me my cabin filter which I never heard of before. Have had mostly very good experiences with this oil change location. Have been going here for years and multiple vehicles have had work done here. Had a issue with having a dirty car after the mechanics got in it before but overall all the other times have been very good. Will continue to use this establishment and will recommend to others. This is by far the better place we have had work done. Reasonable priced compared to other places.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Service reps are well mannered and knowledgeable. Plan and expect to be without a car for at least half the day, even with appointments. On the other hand they provide pick and drop service if needed, so thats a plus.I would definitely recommend the technician/mechanic to be more careful with keeping customer vehicles clean from grease and oils, for whatever reason my rims where covered with grease marks.Overall am satisfied with the service they provide.

I have used Bill Jarrett Ford & Quick Lane for many things since I moved to the area. Although I didn't purchase my F-350 from them, they have always treated me like one of their own. When it's time to trade, it'll be at Bill Jarrett Ford. Make an appointment at the Quick Lane Today!

Made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I brought my vehicle in on time. I left my phone number just in case I needed to be contacted since I was going to walk to Walmart to pass time. I was told it would be approximately an hour. I came back an hour later and my vehicle was still parked in the same spot. I gave the benefit of the doubt and asked if my vehicle was ready and I was told it had not even been worked on yet. Despite having open bays they were too busy to begin the work on my vehicle. When asked why someone couldn't have called me to let me know it would take longer, I was given excuses and not an honest answer. Needless to say I asked for my keys and left. I have been at this location many times but will not return. What is the sense in making an appointment? How hard would it have been to make a courtesy call to let me know they were behind? Very disappointed.Update:I spoke with Thomas, and we discussed my review. After our discussion, I am changing my initial review. He was very understanding and cares about the consumer. I will consider going back when I need another oil change. Thank you for taking the time to contact me.

The mechanics are great. The service writer/guy at the counter is not the most friendly, nor does he make eye contact. He makes you feel lesser than he when speaking about your car issues. The mechanics are the only reason I go there, and it's close when I am in state.

Walked in at 1pm for an oil change. Sign said QUICK Lane. Place has about ten bays. Nine were empty and lots of Quick guys standing around chatting and looking at their cell phones. They asked if I had an appointment since they were booked heavily I looked at the empty bays and said "yeah I can see that." I said I just want an oil change. Guy said they could "squeeze me in" at 3 or 3:30. I walked out.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were awesome! It really was Quick. Seating was social distanced. They sanitized my credit card and keys when they were done w/ them. They lmk how everything was and didn't force any additional servicing or anything. I think I've found my forever car maintenance place!

Very professional atmosphere pleased with everything . I went for an oil change and got a nail in one of tires I just thought that it was that it needed air but they fix it and made my day easier .

Went there 1 time for an oil change, granted I didnt have an appointment and they said they would work me in. 2 hours later it finally got changed. Called on Monday for appointment for Saturday and they informed me that they were full and I could drop off car for a chance to get it changed, couldnt guarantee me that it would happen. Very unhappy with their service.

Rude. Wouldn t even air up a tire for me. Said needed to come back next week to put air in a tire. So much for quick service

I had appointment Thursday got called into work . Called this morning they say there booked all levels day for oil changet it's 7 30 -4 I think me and my family been been buying cars there for years. Just to let you know.

I have visit this place many times and this morning I need air in my tires. I drove in a 2 guys was there. Can you believe I was 10 min waiting and know one came up to me and ask me if I needed help. I had to leave bc I had to go to work. Was very sad I was treat like that.

Facility was unable to remedy problems associated with new tires. Had to go to the local tire dealer and they fixed everything won't go into details.But don't waste your time at Quick Lane in Sebring there nothing more than just an oil change shop
