In our scariest moment, we knew that Macklin had us. Ms. Kara (I believe is her name) worked with us within reason (they are, after all, running a business not a charity) and was empathetic. They went above and beyond as we know they usually do. We always recommend them and they have never disappointed. They do the job as promised, promptly and pleasantly.Service: Car towing

Honestly had the best experience with Macklin Towing. Richard provided the best and quickest service. He went as far as helping to transfer a vehicle to our trailer and we are really grateful for that! Thank you again

Richard the owner answered on the first ring at 1:30am on 9/17/22. My husband and I were headed to a job and blew a trailer tire. He showed up at Walmart in Avon Park within 10 minutes of us calling him with a tire. Great customer service and super helpful. Quick response time, very Professional . Came quickly and pulled my stuck vehicle out with skill! Very knowledgeable in vehicle recovery and not damaging the vehicle being freed . We were heading to a family wedding in Ft. Lauderdale when a dry rotted tire blew. We called a local tire service (Laye's) and they called Macklin. We were told it would be 30 minutes. They were there is 15 minutes. They gentlemen that came to our assistance were very professional and courteous. He kept our safety in mind while standing on the side of the road. My vehicle was loaded and delivered to Laye's very quickly. Would highly recommend using there services. We made it to the wedding with minutes to spare. Thank you! Thank you! These guys are the bomb, had our bucket truck buried right to the frame and these guys got it out like it was child's play. Great price and just great country folks. If you are having doubts on calling macklin towing i am here to tell you put that doubt away because i can say with certain these guys are the real deal they are very professional. I needed a tow and to my fortune i was walking distance to macklin towing they got there in a flash and got me on my way home. Very grateful for Macklin Towing!!! One of my drivers got his tractor trailer stuck in some soft sand and Macklin was Johnny-on-the-spot and got him out in no time. Not to mention was at the site within 10-15 minutes. Very helpful considering my driver was almost out of his DOT work hours and still has a 90+ minute drive home. Thanks, Macklin Towing!!! I will definitely use you again!

While traveling to the coast I followed my GPS and ended up stuck on a sandy road.Another company worked for over an hr and gave up.Macklin Towing was there within 30 mins and pulled us out in less than that.Charles was professional and very sympathetic,and escorted us back to a hard road.Highly Recommended5 stars

Broke down in Lake Placid. Tow Truck #6 was there within 30 minutes. Excellent response time. Then, had to drive 79 miles to North Fort Myers. The tow truck was clean and smelled nice. The driver was sweet too. Highly recommend!

I was stuck in the middle of the road my car sank in sand. It was hot and starting to rain. I was upset and scared (the are wasn't that nice). And then my knight in shining armor showed up to pull me out of the quick sand and followed me to a hard road. From call to arrival was less than 20 minutes. I felt like a valued customer. Charles the truck operator was fast and professional and made me seem like I was the most valuable person at the time. I would use them again.

OMG they were so great! They had great customer service they spoke to me like we were family! I'm a delivery driver and I got stuck on the side of the road I was having a terrible night but they flipped my night around completely they were very sweet and they were very helpful and I got back to work and on the road so thankful for them best tow truck company out there!100 out of 10. Would recommend!!!

Had to have my car towed! Called this company they where there in minutes. The gentleman that towed me was very helpful, friendly and respectful. Long story short my engine was shot. They are going above and beyond to help me with another car. Seem to be a one stop shop.

Worst company to do towing literally did not know how to override a Lincoln navigator to put it in nutreual immediately starting yelling at me for a simple drop off vehicle at another location, refused to let me overide the shifter to put in nutreual and said he's taken the vehicle to the pound, telling me he lost money because how long it's taken to complete this job.Service: Car towing

I called Macklin's to get my truck towed I was very shocked the owner of the company came to do the tow. After talking to him about what was going on with the truck he said his shop can fix it. Car gave out late at night on my way home from a night out and I called Macklin Towing. Charles was there within a half hour and turned what felt like was going to be a disastrous night into a smooth and professional experience. Huge weight lifted off my shoulders!

Macklin towing is the best around!!!! I was stuck on the side of the road late one night and called Macklin Towing and Charles showed up in less than 20 minutes!!!! The owner and the workers will go out of there way to help someone!!!!!! Great service and Great people!!! I will only use Macklin Towing!!!!

This was the best experience I've ever had a a auto mechanic! I origanally took my car another shop called Quick Lane near Walmart and they told me that they were unable to fix my brake and blinker lights that weren't working because I had wiring issues and it was too much work for them AND I WAS CHARGED A FEE BY QUICK LAME 4 NOTHING !!! I was frantic because I didn't want the hassle of being pulled over or getting a ticket. I called EVERY auto shop I could find online! I finally found Macklin Towing and Auto Repair. They fixed my brake and blinker lights in 5 minutes cheaper than what I paid Quick Lane to tell me they couldn't fix it!!!! I refuse to take my car anywhere else from now on. Friendly and Honest, Low cost service! I got really lucky finding them.

Richard Macklin came out to the college to help me with a flat tire on Sat,. April 20, 2019. He checked for a spare and I didn't have one. So he took me to a tire place and helped me buy a used tire. Then he took me back to the college and put the tire on for me!! It was hot out and he went out of his way to help in the kindest way, especially because I was so upset and worried about getting back to Lakeland. He calmed me down and made me so happy that there are people left in this world that wonderful!Sincerely,Catherine Minick
