Kim and the staff were great to me. They took good care of getting my tires and balancing and alignment. They found a problem with my steering wheel and it was fixed on the spot. I am very grateful for their service and I will go back for them to take care of my car in the future.

We ran over a sharp object yesterday,Thursday, afternoon which damaged a tire beyond repair. I called and was told they would have to order the tire and it would be in Monday at the earliest. Seth called Friday afternoon to let us know it was in and they could service the car the same afternoon. Seth and the staff were all very friendly, accommodating and professional! Would absolutely recommend Laye s !

I just moved to Avon Park, after booking an appointment at the local Ford dealership, I canceled and made an appointment at Layes for 100k maintenance on my 2012 Raptor, quite a few items. I was treated with courtesy (something severely lacking at the local Ford dealership) and timeliness. No upsells. A report when all work was completed (on time I might add!!). All of my vehicles will be going to Laye s in the future.

Huge shout out to Layes Tire services. I ordered tires from a big brand name company (before I knew about Layes) and they assured me they could mount and balance my tires. They aren t anything crazy 285/75 R16 but they are on a dully truck. Let me just say that they were the front tire of the dully not the rear. Well after taking the day off and going to the big brand name tire store, I was informed that they couldn t install my tires after all. I told the employee they were 16inch wheels I didn t see the issue. His response was The wheels aren t the problem, the rims are. This guys works at a tire shop and doesn t know Wheel and Rims are the same thing. Anyway, I m glad I found Layes and they will continue to get my business. I highly recommend, great customer service and the job was completed professionally and quick!

I was looking for a shop to mount and balance a new set of tires and what I got was that and more. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. The staff was super friendly, kind, and very attentive. Laye's came highly recommended to me and I'm a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I bought tires for my truck. They broke several lug nuts off. Broke an abs sensor and charged me for that. When I picked up the truck every emergency light was on my dashboard was on. I told the mechanic he said disconnect the battery it will reset the codes. I did to no avail. It cost me another $1500 for another shop to fix all Layes tore up. Never will I use or recommend Layes Tired again.

I have a 2002 Honda CRV I bought it new. Starter was bad. The replacement bill was $1006.00. Matt Laye said that he is not the cheapest in town. He is right there. He has a good shop and his employees are welcoming, but he buys his parts retail and then marks them up again to his customers. That starter that costs @ $200.00 On line cost me $450.00. Oh and of course he will not let you get the parts. I will look else where for my next repair job.

After the local Nissan dealership failed twice to correct the alignment on my daughter's 21 Sentra...twice!!!...A friend of mine referred me to Laye's...The car drives straight as an arrow now! Justin and his team provided excellent customer service and quality workmanship!!! 10/10 recommend using Laye's Tire Service

I had a nail in my tire and my husband called at 4:30 to see if someone could look at the tire. By 4:40 they had my vehicle in the bay replacing that tire and had me out by 5:00. Many businesses would have told me to come the next day because it was close to closing time. I am so grateful that your business took care of my vehicle so quickly. Thank you so much.

The guys at Laye s are absolutely amazing. We have a 32 foot class A motor home and needed two front steer tires and they were able to order and install within 24 hours getting us back on the road at a great price. I can t thank Laye s enough for their fast, efficient, and kind service.
